After operating for years all the residents were told by the tribe who owned the property everyone had to move out by X date. That was 2 years ago and the property still sits like a wart. The tribe uprooted hundreds of families because they needed to expand their casinos but apparently they found out no one is really all that interested in more gambling. Would not move into any property operated or controlled by the Seminole as you will have the carpet pulled from under you when you least expect it.
