When I called the academy to get more information on the certification, I had no idea the knowledge I would attain from Stacy, the head of the school. She really knows her stuff! If you want to become a great dealer then Mizrachi academy is the obvious choice. Stacy is a wonderful person who is genuinely invested in your success. She is a phenomenal teacher who has 25+ years in the business. Her extensive knowledge gives you an advantage while learning because not only will you learn the various games that you will be dealing, but she teaches you table awareness by familiarizing you with the common mistakes that players and dealers make. She is a perfectionist, which makes her very detail oriented. You get 100 percent of her effort and if you give her the same you will be employed very quickly. She keeps her classes small, so that you can progress quickly. Being a casino dealer is a tough, high pressure job and the worst thing you can do is make a mistake that costs someone money. Stacy prepares you for this by teaching you failsafe techniques/procedures while applying pressure on you while practicing in the box to make sure your prepared. She also has connections with several casinos in south florida and will set you up with an audition when you complete her course. I had a job just 6 weeks after picking up a deck for the first time and at my casino nearly 1 out of 4 of the dealers here came from the Mizrachi school. She is an excellent teacher, she is a perfectionist so she will be strict until you have perfected every technique, nobody says its easy but if you put 100 porcent of effort you will succeed. Stacy is a great teacher. She is very detailed oriented and will teach you each game that is required to do at an audition. She knows the games well and provides tons of situations that might happen in a game and in a hand. She will teach you very well the techniques that are required to be a dealer, she is very experienced. She will be tough, but is for your own good, casinos have rules and as a dealer you have to follow those rules. She will explain those rules, and give you a lot of game awareness and knowledge. I will definetely recommend Stacy as teacher, but remember as a student you have to practice and put in the work.

The lady Stacy is at con artist, she says one thing them completely changes to her benefit. She is only there to grab your money. She is never there; why are this other people saying she is a professional and take care of them; that is not true.
