Love this store. They have all kinds of brands and prices are typically lower than Joanns. The only thing I dont enjoy about this specific store is that it feels messy. That might be because its so small and they try to cram all that cool stuff in it. The staff is nice too, clearance is not impressive.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, and helped me find quickly what I was seeking. The store was well supplied and well organized as well.

One of the more relaxing experiences Ive had. Customers and 2 employees I spoke to were very nice. Customers respected each others space. If I go back I will try to know better what I need though. Felt guilty when I saw the line that had formed outside. There wasnt one when I went in, Ive only been out a couple of times, and I forgot that stores limit the number of shoppers. Wasnt in there long, but still.

Ordered something online and decided to do store pickup. There wasn’t an option to go in and get it, only curbside pickup which was fine. She came out after about 10 minutes of waiting after I called to let them know I was there and asked me to roll down the window which I though was because the items were large. She hands over the items and adds “just so you know we ask that you roll down your back window or open your trunk so we can place it in”. Then walks away making hand gestures and muttering to herself. No where did it say that and she did not tell us on the phone or before she handed us the items. Sorry that I did not know how curbside pickup works in covid times. I thought it was super rude and would have followed whatever guidelines if I had been told them.

I love Michaels! The app is great for discounts and telling you what events are going on. They seem to have everything Ive ever needed and the staff are extremely nice and helpful!

I was chased around the store by an employee telling me to pull my mask up and that I shouldn’t be in the store! I was feeling faint and light headed so I would pull my mask down a bit when not near people. This was very stressful to have an employee yelling and following me around the store!!! I’ll never go back. I prefer Hobby Lobby more anyway.

Havent been here in a while. Lots of new items. Things have been moved around. Some great deals on yarn. Even picked up a few patterns to try.

Went in store for painting supplies and was out in no time.

Kat in the framing department made a big impression on us. She was engaging, interested, and seemed to love her job. Kat has very good customer service. She helped us find the perfect matte and frame for a special photo of an incredible piece of art our friend had made us. It’s always wonderful to encounter young people that are engaging and know how to speak to the public.

We were in the store for 12 minutes. Not one employee acknowledged our presence. Nobody asked us if we needed help. I sought out an employee and had one turn and go the opposite direction. Not a great experience.

Love this place! We purchased three of the Halloween Lemax from here this year! Always have a great selection of seasonal merchandise.

I was given a Time when the framing department was going to be in. When I showed up at that time, they told me it was going to be another 2 and 1/2 hours before they came in. I dont feel the employees are properly trained to know what time things are going to happen in the store.

Management is better at a McDonalds than this place.

I was in today and a nice, young, blonde girl was helping me. She is very thoughtful and cared a lot. She made sure I found my items and checked me out! I think her name was Katie . It’s hard to find young people who can talk to older people! She kept showing me stuff to buy my grandkids, all the ideas were what I needed! I will always come to micheals!

Always seem to have good luck finding what we need at Michaels. Prefer it over the competition. Sale prices are usually good and online coupons make it better.

Excellent craft store. I bought a planner that was on clearance. Great buy! They have some cute planner stuff. Some of which I bought also on clearance. I love my new planner. If you have an item that is full price, newspapers have a coupon for 40% off a regular price item also you can get the coupon sent to your email, the coupon is on the app, or just login your Michaels website and you should be able to get it there also. Great coupon to use if you have a expensive item to purchase. There is also coupons for framing too.

This location is amazing! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I went in looking to buy 15 skeins of yarn for a few blankets and the employees were incredibly helpful, grabbing them from backstock, showing incredible patience when I realized I had to change my design, and helping apply coupons. I can’t say enough good things about this store and the actions of the employees have made it an easy choice to return here over other stores for future projects.

The store was well supplied and neat. Mostly warm enough since everywhere is chilly right now. Got some good sales on things, the cashier was friendly and the bathroom was warm.

This is my local craft store (I wont shop at Hobby Lobby because I dont support their political affiliations). Michaels has top brand products interspersed with their own brand stuff, which may not be as top notch, but is still fine. Will definitely be back.

It was nice to have everything there. There just seemed to be no employees on the sales floor outside of customer service. I would like to see more of that, because it was kind of a haggle to run from opposite ends of the store to seek help from someone.
