Stockyard is awesome! I love coming to the stockyard! Tom and Lyndsey are personable and care about their customers! They abide by cdc guidelines and make sure their customers and staff are safe!

This place is great. Wide open floor and very nice people. It saddens me that people have nothing better to do than to complain about you trying to reopen. You cant say how much you love a business then scold it for trying to stay in business!I, for one, cant wait for you to reopen for good! Anyone who is afraid of a social environment should just stay home. Let the rest of us live our lives and dance!

New to the area and called a few bars to find a place to sing karaoke, Tiffany answered the phone professionally and took time on a busy saturday to help me out. I have been a faithful patron of your establishment but was quite concerned that you decided to try and bend the rules in regards to staying open for dance lessons after it was decided that bars should be closed and non essential social gatherings cease. I find it quite immature that I voice my opinion, as any paying customer has the right to, and my comment gets deleted from your FB page as well as being blocked from commenting further or sending a message. As a business you should be trying to do what’s best for your community by not promoting non essential, social gatherings. Good thing they were on to you and shut you down!

Concert was great... We had the best time watching Diamond Rio. We loved the staff and venue was amazing. Such a great place. Cant imagine how nice the place is so go check it out.

Came here for a great time and found it. The place is really nice and to be honest one of the nicest honky tonks i have ever been to. The specials are great and the music is awesome. I was impressed that the area offered this nice of an establishment. We will be back and looking forward to catching a concert.

If your looking for country, this is not the place. Line dancings all they do here. Not very good at that.They would not what country was if they fell in it.Bartender we had was pretty good.

A surprisingly wholesome bar/nightclub where many come for the line dancing alone! I recommend watching some YouTube videos on line dancing before you come; there is a lesson or two before dancing starts and the rest of the night songs are played and if you dont know the moves, youre out of luck unless you pick them up quickly. Everyones friendly and everyones learning. Even with two left feet, still a very fun environment and worth coming to every week.

Went last night(Thursday) and walked in after the line dance classes. This is my observation. Great sound system, large dance floor, great drink prices, (2.50 for a bud and they had other drinks that werent very expensive), free pool and darts, and you wont sweat in there because of the cold AC. The floor is all line dancers and the DJ plays mostly new country. The only old song I heard was My Maria. The DJ wasnt the best. Sometimes it was like listening to a CD. He would talk, play a song and leave the DJ booth for a few songs, the song would end and there would be silence until the next song came on like a CD. This happened through out the night. I have never seen that. I am use to DJs blending one song after the next. Just my observation on the whole night.

This place is great. Specials and best music in the area. The location has an amazing dance floor and plenty of bar space. Next door at The Holiday House the food is great to stop in before or after the night they are open late. Breakfast all night and it didnt hurt to sober up a little after a night of all u can drink. Just bypass the hot dog stand you thank yourself later.

Was ripped off by the staff . They pretty much robbed us by talking us into sink or swim12 dollars a piece then sink or swim ended a half hour later . All we had time to do there was stand in line for 2 weak well drinks and get attitude from the not good bar tender. If you want to be abused, hawked over and ripped off then this is the place for you.

Never thought I would give The Stockyard A one star review ever. For over a year they were a 5 plus star review for us with every visit there an amazing time and experience and have brought numerous friends and family there for a fun night out throughout the year. That unfortunately all changed tonight and made a much anticipated fun night out for my birthday planned for over a month one of the worst nights out in a long time and completely ruined my birthday celebration. We seriously didnt have any issues with the unfortunate drunk idiot fighting that occurred during Colt Fords appearance. Security was amazing and on top of every altercation immediately as they always are and your bar staff at the main bar was beyond awesome as well. Unfortunately your bartender at the bar by the exit was not happy to be working tonight or whatever his problem was this evening and he took it out on your patrons by being extremely rude and inappropriate to say the least

We danced we drank and then we went to the place next door and ate. Good times Americans have here. Cant wait to come back.

Let me tell you. I just moved here from the East Coast. And Crystal and Lots are the best bartenders I have ever encountered. Being a guy from South Florida. They are doing the best job I have ever seen. Cant wait to go back to the stockyard and see them again.

They need to get rid of the column blocking the view from the VIP area. The place is great, but how can you design a venue with a huge column blocking the stage from the “VIP” area?!

I got there early enough for lessons. My ineptitude is in no way a reflection of the instructor. This place is always clean and attracts a very nice crowd. Wish it had better beer selection, but such is life.

Ive only been a couple times and after tonight we wont be back. Shutting down the club cause some fights. If you cant handle it then you dont need to be open unfortunately or get better security. We will stick with the Dallas Bull.

Best country line dancing I have ever been to. I recommend this place 100%. The people there were very friendly. I didn’t even know any of the dances but they make sure to teach you. No one really just looks and laughs at u, they help. It was like hanging out with a huge family who loves to line dance. It was a 1hrs drive for me but it was worth it. Dress the part! I didn’t and regretted it. U know the drill, boots, jeans,etc. Busiest night is Saturday but I went on a Friday and still had fun. The place is HUGE.

Huge new country venue. Made it to a show for my first time and had a blast. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was the VIP / reserved area had a bar, but still was slower than the main bar just due to the fact there was only one bartender running it.

For country music its not bad. Drink prices are a little high. I was DD and my coke was $5. DJ Manic Moss is awesome and definitely entertains the crowd.

Great place very nice inside from the dance floor to the bathrooms. Smoke free is a big plus for me . Unfortunately we went on a Saturday night for line dance lessons. I don’t know on your website but Saturday night is for advance lessons. We where so lost . We did talk to the instructor who does go a little too fast but he did tell us Thursday night is for beginners dance lessons and even said he would work with us if we can’t early . Will be going on Thursday night instead.

Literally the epitome of why people hate country music. New truck, cold beer, dirt road, simple adjective. Caters to line dancers, even when there’s people who want to two step. Some nights there’s a DJ that will play a good variety of country music and ALL requests or at least try to accommodate everyone. Drinks are a little pricey, as well.

Line dancing, and a great bar. Cheap cover. Its Saturday and it is $5. Dance lessons early in the evening ~7pm. Electronic darts, and it seems like nice pool tables and nice ques. People come for the dancing, so wear your boots. Guys, leave your pocket knives in the car because there is a full frisk with wand on the way in, and they make you empty your pockets. Good girl to guy ratio.

Very disappointing to see how they re arranged the VIP area...used to be nice...now like lets see how many cattle we can cram into this area! Especially for the extra money for the area. Dont waste your money!

Nice country music cowboy vibe venue

Im only giving it 4 stars because its not that great for beginners in comparison to other places Ive been. The lesson I got to participate in was for intermediates and most of the dances through the night were hard for me to figure out as a beginner.The atmosphere is nice and it is smoke free. They do have food outside and the security check before you get in made me feel very safe.

Why one star? My son bought a Colt Ford ticket for me for mothers Day. We get to the front and they will not allow my son in cause he has no sleeves on his shirt. Now this goes for all men but the women they can wear tank tops. If you going to have a dress code for the men it needs to be the same for the women. My country roots run deep and this aint right. I will drive to Tampa before coming here again. Half the people that were in line wouldnt know what country was if it slapped them in the face. I saw so many women who showed more than arms.but I guess that is ok, muscle shirts arent allowed but there was a guy who had one on so all I can assume is if they know.you its ok. Also didnt like the attitude of one of the security guys, I get they have a lot.on their plate.but to bow up at me.for.walkimg into an area that I did not know was vip is not cool at all. A simple this is only for vip would have been simple. I dont care if.your security or not, never bow up at a woman. Never again will I go here, I will stick to the places that are not double.standard and attracts a better crowd of people.

Love this place! So glad it changed from the pool hall to the dance hall. They still have a few pool table and they are very patriotic. I have been there a few times for concerts and just on the weekend and I never overhear anyone having a bad time. Some of the music is the boom boom club stuff but you have to play that now a days to bring in the snowflakes. There is no smoking inside thank God and there is a door charge. Its well worth it!

Fantastic country bar that kept me dancing all night. Absolutely worth the drive from Tampa. Its clean, staff is friendly, drinks are perfect and the music is some modern and some older country.Great place that I cant wait to come back to!!

Anyone who loves country music will love this place. I love how new everything is from the dance floor to the bar to the bathrooms everything is nice and new and the seating area around the dance floor as wonderful.. It has a real club feel inside and the staff is nice. The only thing I dont like is that, We do not know how to country line dance... So that being said, That means we can not dance on the dance floor because it is country line dancing only 24/7 on the dance floor. It would be great if every 4th or 5th song they invited everyone to just come up and dance to one or two songs any style, And then they can go back to regular country line dancing... but they dont do that here. So there is a division here and thats not cool. Every song has its own Particular dance and if you dont know it.. then youre not dancing! Those who know how to do the dances and those who do not. I have been here 3 times and I have not danced not a single song.... And I love dancing... sad

I went to the stockyard for the first time last Saturday for Tyler Farr and everything was so awesome!!!!! The staff was great.. the only thing I didnt really like is how long u had to wait for a drink but there was also a lot if people there so it was to be expected!!!! I will be back for Michael Ray and i cant wait!!!!

This is my favorite country bar hands down. Best place to line dance, have some drinks and relax with good people. I live in St. Pete and I would definitely prefer to drive 45 mins to not have to deal with the 18 year old crowds. I recommend The Stockyard to all my family and friends.

This is such a great place. Its clean, safe, and smoke free! I have severe asthma and cigarette smoke is a trigger. I deeply appreciate the establishment making this a place where everyone is welcome. Not everyone who wants to go out, is a smoker. I cant thank them enough!

We are in our 50s and I would say this place is geared toward a much younger crowd. DJ music is so loud you have to scream at each other to have a conversation. The AC was cranked so high we froze, glad to have found some hoodies stashed in the car. The bands are in one corner so that everyone funnels in to get up close; we paid for premium seats and still didnt get to sit down, and this area was as far away from the band as you could get! People who paid less for General admission got seats and were closer, it just didnt make sense. The drinks are very expensive. We thought the band started much earlier and waited in line outside from 6 to 7, then 7 to 10:30, when the headliner actually started. By then there were tons of drunk, screaming people who made it almost impossible to hear the music anyway, or see anything because half the people held up their phones right in our faces to take videos. If you have any sort of disability, be prepared for hard, backless stools (if you can get one), or standing on a concrete floor for hours. Also, the security SEEMED tight, but as we sat in the car waiting for the headliner, my retired law enforcement husband saw many holes in the system that were rather scary.The younger crowd seemed to be having a blast, the staff were all very nice and helpful, but these old folks are going to skip the late night scenes from now on; been there done all that!

Pretty nice. BIG dance floor, dj did good. No cover, reasonable beer prices. 2 bars and pool tables if ya get bored dancin or watching the ladies dance. They do have decent national bands from time to time.

Kiddie bar at best, we did not get past the front door due to the extremely rude bouncer being quite nasty to a female patron for being outside of their designated smoking area (the woman WAS outside on a public sidewalk). I told the bouncer I thought his treatment was rude & uncalled for, he dismissed my concerns with then go somewhere else we took him up on it. Not willing to spend my time or money with that kind of attitude right from the start.

Great drink prices and the atmosphere is a lot of fun! Make sure to wear your dancing shoes!! Non-smoking inside is a plus!

Fun place has some odd balls in the bathroom but w/e it is what it is. Fun place no smoking allowed and elderly friendly. Very nice.

$10 cover fee. Not bad had fun line dancing. Bartender kept on point with making sure I was tee-top.

Went to Michael Jackson show,Jan.10th.Really, do you think lip syncing is entertainment.Left after first set which was only about 4 songs.So disappointed.Complete rip off.

I was absolutely blown away by this place! Awesome décor and the layout was brilliant! The dance floor grabs the center of attention and the DJ was great. It was an abundance of seating and walking around wasnt a chore. Without a doubt; I will be going back. There was no waitresses taking drink orders....just go to the bar and order your drink. It was quick and easy and not overthought! Great job! The security was just right. They handled a couple of situations (people that had either too much to drink or trying to drink on the dance floor) with class and allowed the person to keep their dignity which is important! 1 opportunity would be to have an open or free dance time allotted. I am very new to country line dancing and I dont understand the many dances (each different) that relates to particular songs. I am a novice....so hopefully it will come in time and practice and they have lessons in place I found out that will help with the learning curve. :) Another great idea! I still think its an opportunity for newbies that like to dance a chance to dance with others, so I am rating them a 4.9 out of 5! :) I am sure when live bands play here, people will dance more freely and not be overwhelmed with a large group of line dancers which I found very entertaining to watch nonetheless.

The old staff guy with a mustache bullied me out of my seat, beacuse his drink was there. Was quite rude even though I promptly moved. They also do not allow vaping or buying a draft beer unless you buy a special drink pass only good till 1 am.

Excellent venue! Walking in, we felt as if we left Pasco Co. & entered a club somewhere in Texas. The Stockyard is a VERY clean, non smoking establishment. Drinks are are priced appropriately for the area. Staff & security were professional & helpful. Sound was clean & well mixed by a house soundman. I highly recommended anyone who likes country music to visit this club in Holiday, Fl! Well done Stockyard, well done!

Rude female bartender on the upper floor damanded better tips had a huge attitude. She confused me with someone who had not been tipping and blew up at me. My friend gave her an additional $20 and we stopped ordering drinks. Tiny guy carrying buckets of ice was rude and keep yelling to get out of his way and was belligerent with each trip of ice. (Bar arear was packed kinda hard to get out of his way when theres literally no room available anywhere). On a busy Saturday night you would think an employee would be accustomed to the large crowd. They kicked everybody out around 1:40. The employee by the restroom proceeded to yell at me to leave while I was waiting for my wife to come out of restroom. First and last for us, better things to do on a Saturday I suppose.

Sure, there are better clubs in larger counties, but the Stockyard is IT for Pasco. The bartender was a little overworked the night we were there, but he was super nice.

You cant get a drink! I stood at the bar for 35 mins then was finally asked what I wanted then 15 minutes later I was brought the wrong drink!! So I had to wait another 15 minutes. Over an hour for one weak over priced shot of Jamerson and a cup of water! Service is poor! The opening band Skyler Clark was Terrable! It was so very Hot! The ac could not keep up with all the people. This might have been an off night for the bartenders it was a concert night headliner Joe Nichols tequilla makes her clothes fall off but anyway they could have been better prepared. IMHO

Literally the only reason they even get 2 stars is because there is on dj there, cant remember his name, but hes a taller skinnier guy with glasses, hes the only dj there isnt absolute trash. The others wouldnt take requests unless they were usual songs anyway and one was also condensending to my gf when she asked for another song since he crossed out 2 songs we requested at two different times after about 3 hours of not hearing either of them. Their dance floor is one of the worst Ive ever been on. Their choice in music is also garbage, I understand not everyone likes what we do and vice versa, however, Ive never heard worse country music in my entire life and they line dance to everything and have no dance floor etiquette and get in the way of two steppers... Lol jk no one even knows how to two step there..

I give this place to Stars generously only because the first time I came here I had a great experience the second time tonight the place is so packed you can barely move inside and Im not exaggerating overpriced tickets at the door and when I couldnt even get to the bar to get a drink I was not in the place 5 minutes I ask for a refund they told me no extremely dissatisfied.
