A very good experience with Tony, the director, as our guide. Much information, photos, artifacts, and videos to peruse. Abbott and Costellos Whos on First is a must see. Not crowded at all during the week. Needs to expand museum space, but tough times now. Inside an office building which needs to improve bathroom facilities. Overall a good value, especially with a Groupon.

I visited National Comedy Hall of Fame and had the opportunity to gather with friends to honor a well deserving new inductee, Elliott Smith, Comedy Magician. We started with a tour of the gallery, very well done and definitely kept my attention throughout. Being surrounded by history, artifacts and memorabilia brought back so many ways comedians influenced our childhood through the radio, television and movies. What an attraction this is!!

I was so happy to find this diamond in the rough. Tony, the curator, spent a lot of time telling us personal stories about interviewing many of the comedians. The museum is well stocked with videos, pictures, and other memorabelia,. I highly recommend a visit to museum.

We went out to visit the National Comedy Hall of Fame and interview Tony for the Greater Pasco Chamber of Commerce. I was amazed at everything that was there. The history of comedy and the comedians of yesteryear was fascinating. Thank you Tony for the personal tour. I look forward to returning soon!

Wow … you don’t want to miss this!Whether you live in Florida or are visiting, going to this museum is a ‘must do. Not only are there many static displays of the history of comedy and comedians from past to present, but many audio and video recordings that you will not find or see anywhere else. What makes this museum different and spectacular is the Curator - Tony Belmont who personally met and interviewed many of the internationally acclaimed comedians from past years. The history of these pioneers of comedy would be lost without this collection paying homage to these brilliant and exceptional comedians who paved the way for our present day traveling and stand-up comics. The self guided tour will allow you as much time as you want or need to peruse this incredible museum and all is collections. Mr. Belmont is usually there to share some incredible stories of his meeting may of these iconic performers. Well worth the low admission price.

The National Comedy Hall of Fame is a real national treasure! As founder of The HUMOR Project in 1977, I have had the good fortune to speak to 3 million people in all 50 states and on all 7 continents. Actually, the NCHOF is truly an international treasure. This comedically-curated, not-for-profit museum is a wonderful AMUSEum... it offers a delightful blend of information and laughter as you walk down a Mirthful Memory Lane and learn about and experience comedy and the great comedians who have brought so much laughter to our lives. Now, in the midst of the calamitous coronavirus, we need the positive power of humor more than ever. When you visit and experience this museum, you will know for sure that laughter is the jest medicine.

I was so surprised at this museum, in the most positive way I can say.I hadnt ever heard of it before, but I love museums and thought Id give it a go, and I am so glad I did. They have soooooo many exhibits and rare pieces from Hollywood throughout the ages. The staff were all very knowledgable too; they were able to tell me personal stories about the comedians and knew facts that you couldnt just find on Wikipedia. This museum really is a rare gem, and criminally underrated. If you have some free time and want to have a lot of laughs, youve gotta check it out!
