I really enjoyed this trail, its well kept and has some fun side trails that lead to beautiful wooded areas. Theres plenty of wildlife alone the 1 mile loop.Great spot to stop in for a run.

Jarvis Creek Park: What a nice town park! Free admission and free parking, nice facilities, and a fitness trail nearly one mile in length around the parks lake. You can see white ibis, blue heron, anhingas, alligators, and other birds and wildlife. Weve been visiting Hilton Head since 1997, but never stopped at this park, even though weve driven by the entrance on Hwy 278 dozens of times. For some reason it came up on my radar prior to this years visit in Nov 2019, and I am so glad we took the time to check it out, sit on a swing and enjoy Mother Nature, and walk the Jarvis Creek Fitness Trail.

Its very beautiful and well maintained. Its a great place to see alligators too.

Our go to when we dont feel like the beach. Lots of birds. Never been there without seeing a few gators.

The trail around the wetlands is fun, if youre quiet you can sneak up on wildlife. We found a turtle party going on with 10 turtles, then a heron came and ruined it. The littles enjoyed the playground, and I took away a star because the bathrooms needed tending.

This is a nice little park with 2 playgrounds. Has a trail that goes around a pond and into the woods. Have been here several times over the years.

Best place to just mash the pedals on your bike. Lots of wildlife
