I purposely just purchased a home here. The community of people are the very best on the island. They are down to earth and so friendly. Plus its one of the communities that help when ever and who ever. The surroundings and neighborhood is stunning.

Wexford is prestigious, private, quiet, and tranquil. The harbour with its beauty wile looking out at at the innercoastal waterways, The golf course overlooking the beautiful marshes, the 5 star clubhouse with fine dinning makes this one of the best of Hilton head island.

We moved to Wexford from Michigan 3 years ago and found an exceptional community and group of friends. The amenities (golf, tennis, a very special lock-controlled harbor) are tremendous and are managed by a professional and friendly staff. This is a great place to live.

Excellent service and atmosphere

I really dont think anyone could want for more. Wexford is an amazing place to live. The low country setting is beautiful overlooking Broad Creek with meandering canals and lagoons mixed in with lovely homes and gardens. But even more than the scenery, its the people who make this a wonderful place to live. We are a caring, fun loving, active and vivacious group of residents. The mix of golf, tennis, boating, educational forums, bridge, mah jongg and the like provide us with innumerable choices. The staff is among the best. I am proud to be a Wexford owner.

Wexford Plantation is an outstanding, private, residential community located on Hilton Head Island. It is one of only three East-Coast communities with a harbour protected by lock gates. Wexford sets a high bar for all the private golf clubs on the island. Spectacular in most every way.

My husband and I looked at many communities prior to retirement. Nothing compared to what we have found in Wexford Plantation. We have been here 6 plus years and cant imagine living anywhere else. There are so many ways and opportunities to be involved as well. I have often said, I didnt know I was going to want all the things we have gotten in this neighborhood.

Wexford Plantation offers the opportunity to live in a residential community in an idyllic setting, with outstanding amenities including championship golf, yachting, a top-ranked tennis program, and a very active social life. Having owned here since 2008 and lived here full time since 2013, we cannot imagine a more perfect place to settle in, develop friendships and experience all that Hilton Head Island and the surrounding area has to offer!
