SCCA TRACK WAS FANTASTIC TODAY. Great board, they run it has a tight ship always a ton of fun. All the guys that participate are so cool, no egos Just Want to Have Fun

The circle track is great and the drag strip has been resurfaced and looks good. The SCCA does road course runs on the gokart track. Hopefully folks will see the need for a dedicated skid pad so grassroots drifting can happen here and not on the roads.

Right in Hilo they have a drag strip and an oval track for the car enthusiasts. Too bad we came the wrong time, theres a drag race this Saturday.

I had an awesome time got to watch a lot of good drag racing to drag race strip now is been renovated so that its really a nice way to go spend the day good job hilo drag strip!

Great place for the whole family

Oh cant get better than drag racing on vacation. Of course it helps watching my young cousins dominate. Raycen taking the win on Saturday in his 8 sec starfire and then Kiah she is one fast lil lady in her 7.7 sec Camaro taking the win on Sunday

FUN for the whole family! The recently renovated Hilo Drag Strip is a great place to go for kids of all ages to enjoy! Most race weekends go Saturday & Sunday (weather permitting, but if get passing drizzle they will still try dry off the track & continue). Bathroom facilities are nice & clean. Concessions serve a variety of food & usually are to benefit local youth sports teams. If you get a whiff of nitrous & feel the urge to get on the track, GO! Have FUN!

Grate place to have a beer and watch cars go really fast

Nice new renovations on the track and the restrooms. Good show 4 stars due to that fact that with an hour and a half left before the end they were still charging full price at the door. Then tried to charge 2.00 more as well... She saw my eyes get big then went back to the 16.00 price for two adults. Hood fun though.

I went to the motocross track. There is a drag strip, go kart track and, I believe, an oval road course. It is not Road Atlanta by any stretch. But, it is nice to have such a facility in Hilo.

Went for kolohe fest. Drag racing, live music, food, awesome cars.

Always fun, grew up with my dad taking my brothers and I to the drag races in Honolulu. Funny how much you can miss the LOUD sounds of cars racing!! So nice to finally have a place to hear and watch small kid kine day stuff!! The louder, the bettah!!

Local fare. If u like this sorta thing! Its loud, u hear wrenching, generational families and of course BBQ!. Parking can be difficult on muddy days, unless u got a 4X4.!

I have never been to a drag race. A friend took me & I enjoyed it so much.

Enjoyable as long as you come prepared. Theres a great atmosphere, but its always improving.

Not a fun place to take the kids. Kinda boring, but my hubby and teenaged son enjoyed themselves. My 3 younger kids 4ys-7months were not entertained

Aloha, A choke Mahalo for running a fun race track.... but actual event times are needed so all racers know when they can race allowing us to watch others race And the print out of the time tickets needs darker ink so we can actually see our times, mahalo, David

Friday trials great, Saturday too much waiting to race my Corvette, Sunday was tourture, waiting in the staging for time trials for hrs without being able to see the races and then when I got to run and it was my best time and speed ....then when I got back I was not given my time ticket, was told that the time trials were done for the day. After paying in advance for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and then being treated like this I will tell all my car friends about the bad treatment and non organization. Mahalo
