Went to take my son boxing for the first time and coach BJ was so patient. Such a great boxing class, my family absoltely enjoyed it!

My kids are taking boxing. Coach Bj is fun and engaging the kids are having a amazing time! highly recommend!!!!!!

Very nice place! Lotta memories! I remember 70s, 80s-Aviles, Mattos, Alameda brothers, Filoteo, Lorenz,Feliciano, Azevedo, Wilson, etc. This rec was the main sparring/training area!! Also, Valentino, Cabalis, Gamble etc. The best was here!! Too many memories not enough space! Check this out please! Talk to an old timer, stories galore!

The Muay Thai instructors work very great with keikis of all ages, very impressed.

Bring a fan, it can get hot.
