I spent my formative years in Hillside and this park was great but just regular. They have updated it and its awesome, the playground has so many different games and areas, its so pretty and entertaining. I take my daughter now when we go visit my father and it is a great atmosphere, games for young to older kids, basketball, soccer, you can run your dog in the field or go for a nature walk in the forest, just go over the bridge... So many memories when I go but now it is modernized. You can also do picnics and parties, not sure if you need permit, and they have bathrooms.

They are really building this park up to be a nice little gem. So far, Ive noticed a new rubbery material walking trail being built, a new eating area with tables under an awning and the playground equipment was up updated a while back.Bathrooms are always clean and close by and there is plenty of room for the kids to run and play. They need some more benches where parents can sit and relax while the kids play, but its still coming along nicely.

It is ok. I dont like the new equipment and the trail is a bit narrow. It is a cute place to take pictures...And the bathrooms are always open and clean...

Its a beautiful park. Our church had our meet and greet there last Sunday! Me and my wife will be going back for our power walks. Only 4mins.from the our house...

Loving the new gravel path! Its about 1 mile and runs along the fields side, winds through the woods (cool & shady) and ends at the bridge entrance. Beautiful gazebo just put up in the picnic area too. Great job!

The splendor of nature, and the constant reminder of being in the hood with trails littered with Entourage blunt wrapers and empty dime bags.Actually very scenic, and the train tracks run right through it, so if you like trains... this is your spot. Chipmunks are cute...watch out for the crack heads.

Good place to play basketball on the weekends. Come on all are welcome

Conducting a paranormal investigation at this park, so far have covered the river area using a ghost box and received multiple responses back. The river area is in fact haunted

Comfortable, large fields good walking paths and playground for children.

Great park very clean the obstacles are fantastic, my kids really enjoyed themselves here. There is a little basketball court and a nice large playing field.

Hillsides House Music Festival was a great family day out. Conant was everything. Very spacious and the kids had plenty to do. Awesome location change.

Decent and friendly part

Very clean bathrooms, equipment, & grills!!! Very safe area monitored by police which was extra special. First time grandma with my 1st grandson & 1st time at park with him on a swing! No better park 4 this 1st time experience!!! WILL ALWAYS TAKE HIM THERE!!! ALWAYS!!! THANK U!!!
