Very dissatisfied, we reserved 2 buses for a Sweet 16, the pick up time was for 6:30 for the Birthday Girls classmates. Obviously the Guest of Honor wants to walk into a room full of her friends. The first bus did arrive on time, transporting only half our guests. The second bus finally arrived at 7:30, when the party was set to begin at 7pm leaving us with about 50 more students that needed transportation. We had to pay for individual UBER trips to be able to accommodate the remaining students. The staff was great, the management sucks.

For my birthday me and my boys got the sprinter limo. That was really cool. I Recommend it 100%The driver was on time, the car was clean and we did not have to drive or look for parking after drinking all night. Great times.

If I could give this 0 stars, I 100% would. Horrible, unprofessional service.. especially coming from the owner of Route 22 Limo - Oscar.Changed the terms of our contract less than 4 HOURS before they were suppose to drive us to the airport.. with a contract/rate we agreed with them more than 2 MONTHS ago.The owner - Oscar, was not willing to budge or negotiate at all after changing the rate and charging us more than DOUBLE the original fare.He cursed out my step dad on the phone and was unwilling to talk, own up to it or even apologize. SCAMMER knew we would be in a last minute bind and have to accept.He then declined to take us only 1 way to airport after we agreed to the rate but refused to have his service on the way back from airport.100% do not recommend. Unprofessional sleazy business.

Used this Limo service for my senior prom. Absolutely a great time. Arrived before time stayed for pictures, the driver was very polite and even gave me his number just incase anything happened, etc. Overall, a great experience, I highly recommend.

Terrible experience with the owner Oscar. Tried to change the price when we booked a month in advance. Said it was a mistake they made and tried to charge double 5 hours before. Then cursed out and refused to make it right. This guy will not own up to his own mistake and doesn’t have any knowledge about customer service or how to treat a customer. I would highly recommend not using this service they are not reliable and do not treat customers right! How do you call yourself a business owner but you curse out paying customers.

Last Saturday we went to the city. We had amazing time. Our driver, was so polite and knowledgeable. I totally recommend Route 22 Limousine.It was my first time in a limo. It was great!

100% satisfied. Have used Rt22limo for my wedding 30 years ago. I use them regularly. Nothing but good service with a smile. We had the Chrysler limousine for my daughter’s wedding. Wish we had the same car for both weddings.

I love how nice the vehicles are and they came in at a really nice price for my daughters prom. The whole experience was pretty seamless and the kids all had a great time. Felt comfortable with the company and happy to get everything at a competitive rate.

Such nice vehicles. I have been using different limo companies for years in the tri-state area and these limos are so nice. The people are high end and cool to deal with. They have good pricing and no funny business but the part I love the most is how slick everything is. I like to travel in style when Im having a party or going to the city for a night out and this is a good company for that.

Don’t used them !!!I had to get a ride to my wedding because the limo broke down my bridesmaids had to take a ride from different people .I was late to my church ceremony I wouldn’t take any pictures at church because I was running behind schedule!!!But I made the best of it !!But guest what this company took 3 weeks to call me back and when I ask for a partial refund no sorry we can’t do anything !!!!Worse experience ever don’t used them!!

Used this company for a wedding and had a terrible experience. First off, when they arrived at the location to pick up the bride the party bus was warmer than the sun. The AC did not work at all. Driver kept arguing with us saying it did but it never did. Driver drove rough and I had someone inside the bus having a heat stroke. Just for reference this was inside bus #725. When going to take pictures after my ceremony I told the driver to drop us off at the original location because everyone was sweating inside the bus. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY.

Great rates for limo service in bergen county. Needed a limo to take a big group about 45 miles there and back. The driver was really nice and accomodating and the customer service was really good throughout. Made the process really easy and the limo itself was beautiful

Rt 22 has been our family’s go-to limo company for all our transportation needs. We’ve consistently experienced excellent service, their staff are great, friendly and punctual. We’ve used them for our wedding and birthday parties. I can’t believe what I’m reading in the low rated posts?!?! They are priced super competitvely. Depending on the event, we’ve used a variety of his vehicles - all suited us perfectly! We will continue to us Rt 22 limo for all our special events and parties.

RUINED OUR WEDDING!It all started when the party bus picked us up at the hotel. The bus had a check engine light on and wasn’t working properly. We arrived at the church but it took forever because the driver did not know where he was going and was going in complete circles. We asked the driver if he was lost and he admitted he took a few wrong turns.Now here is the really bad part, once the ceremony was over at the church, the owner of the limo company informed me that the bus would not start. He said that a sensor needed to be replaced and a replacement coach bus with no bathroom would come pick up our wedding party. My first thought was they knew the check engine light was on since the morning, why didn’t they try to fix it when the mass was going on? That would have given them 2 hours to install a new sensor. I proceeded to tell the owner that I needed the party bus because it had a bathroom. My 7 month pregnant sister was on board and needed a bathroom because of her situation. At this point, there was nothing we could do but wait for the coach bus.So the coach bus came and picked up the stranded wedding party from the side of the road in Elizabeth, NJ. My wife and I left in a separate limo to Lambert Tower. The wedding party was supposed to come meet us in the backup coach bus. The major problem was that mid ride the coach bus decided to stop on the side of the highway for 1 hour and a half because the driver was informed to do so by the owner. When the wedding party asked the driver multiple times how come they were stopped, he responded with the same answer: he had another job to go to, and the owner was coming back with the fixed party bus to relieve him. The coach bus was needed elsewhere. Because of this 1 hour and a half delay, we were only able to take one picture together with our wedding party, because we literally had 5 minutes to snap photos and leave. I paid so much money for a photographer and it was so sad that we missed out on so many great photos! I understand things happen, but all the bus had to do was just go straight to Lambert Tower and not stop on the side of the highway. That would’ve changed everything.Finally we all arrived at the reception. We arrived at 6:45 pm. Cocktail hour started at 6:30 pm. We were all supposed to arrive at the reception for 5:30 pm for pictures and to settle in. We just could not believe the day were were having.The following week after my wedding I spoke to the owner and he claimed that the bus only sat on the side of the highway for 10 minutes and the reason for this was so he could switch buses because there was traffic anyway. I told him that’s not what the bus driver told everyone. My father and multiple groomsmen told the bus driver please do not switch the bus, let’s just keep going because we are already so late. The bus driver did not acknowledge their requests and admitted the coach bus had another job to go to. According to all 26+ people on board, the bus sat on the side of the highway for 1 hour and a half. The owner lied to me to cover up his mistake. The owner said he had a GPS tracking system in the bus that would prove he was right about the 10 minutes, but when I asked him to email it to me he refused. If he were honest, he would have sent me his records. I asked the owner for a partial refund, which he said was not possible.They completely ruined our day and were very unprofessional. The owner was so rude when I spoke to him over the phone and did not offer any solution to take responsibility for his wrong-doing. He wouldn’t even let me speak and talked over me every time I spoke. I paid so much money for these limos and the service was absolutely atrocious! I should have received some sort of refund to compensate for a terrible day, I didn’t even get a simple apology! I am extremely disgusted with Route 22 Limo’s service. The worst part is that I will never get that special day back again! All I can do is warn everyone about this limo company and the dishonest business they are running. I urge everyone to stay far far away!!!!

Three words, unprofessional. rude. horrible.My family and I had planned a trip out into the city and the experience we had with this company was garbage. First, our driver was supposed to arrive around 3:00...then we got a call from the company saying that our driver was going to be late. This continued for an hour and a half. The woman from the company RUDELY proceeded to blame the drivers lateness on ANOTHER costumer, who said that they were late leaving the airport when we know that theres a 15 minute waiting policy. After this inconvenience, the driver finally showed up a half an hour late. The ride going to the city was awful, you felt every speed bump and he clearlydidnt know where he was going. Dont waste your time and money on this company. It was nothing but a scam, never again.

Let me start this review off by saying DO NOT use this company. Listen to the terrible reviews that are on yelp and google and don’t try and and give them a chance. They have low prices which is why, of course, I decided to go against the reviews and take a chance that others were exaggerating. However, they were far from exaggerations and I got stuck in a two week battle with this company. Please read this entire review so you DO NOT get stuck having a similar problem with this scamming company.On May 16th I booked 2 cars with Route 22 Limousine for my wedding; a Chrysler 300 stretch and an Excalibur. The booking process with Danny went smooth and it seemed as though I no longer had to worry about the limos for my wedding. However, the very next day I received a phone call from Danny asking to call him back as there was a problem with the stretch that I booked. Calling him back, immediately, I proceeded to tell me that someone already booked the limo and he wasn’t made aware (not sure how, but that was his excuse). He told me he spoke with the owner who had a GREAT replacement vehicle for me for NO extra charge. Although i was upset, I was ready to see what this replacement would be. A Mercedes sprinter van. Yup, a van. If you don’t know what this van looks like, please take a brief pause and go check it out. Of course, I was upset that they tried to replace a beautiful limousine with a van. After explaining that nothing else was available for me, I asked for a FULL refund on both deposits that I’d already paid (1 deposit for each car). He continued to talk about the van saying it’s a great choice and eventually said someone would call me back about the refund.The next day, a woman called and said she put the refund through late the night before, however, one didn’t go through right away. So, I’d be receiving one refund before the other - by Monday and Tuesday the LATEST. The weekend passed, Monday and Tuesday came by so quickly and Wednesday I decided to call them after not receiving one of the two refunds. Danny picked up the phone and said to me that he would be me on a brief hold to find out what happened. After a couple of minutes, I was hung up on. I called back immediately, getting Danny on the phone again and he said he would still find out. I explained that I wanted to speak to someone else and asked him to transfer me. He told me he COULD NOT transfer me to anyone as his phone doesn’t allow it. However, he’s already transferred me in the past so I know this was a lie. I was told I’d receive a phone call in just a few minutes. I, of course, didn’t receive a phone call. So I continued to call getting Danny on the phone each time. Dialing every extension, I continued to reach Danny every time. Conveniently for him, the Owners voicemail was full. This back and forth game of hang ups, being placed on hold and being told I would receive a call back lasted for TWO WEEKS! I finally was able to speak to someone else who said she called the credit card company they work with and asked them to put it through again and that I would receive my refund by Tuesday, May 18th. Of course, I did not.The next day I called back and for the first time in two weeks, the owner, Oscar answered the phone. I explained to him what was going on (which he states he had no clue was going on) he checked out what was wrong with my refund where he told me the reservation number was entered multiple times, causing the refund to not match an account. Obviously, this was done on purpose. He assured me he would speak to his staff (and the call center that Danny works for). I finally received my refund the next day on May 20th.This is the WORST customer service and company I have EVER dealt with. I’m not one for reviews, however, in this case I feel it’s important that people know what they’re dealing with.Route 22 Limousine is NOT a professional company, however, they’re filled with SCAMMERS! Don’t be scammed!!!

Similar to other customers- we had a really unfortunate experience using this company. We had reserved a fabulous party bus to take a large group to and from a concert.To make a long story short- They gave away the bus we reserved (a month in advance) to another party and could not have been more rude about it. It was a classic bait and switch. When I talked to the manager (25 minutes before pick up time)- he made zero apologies and told us we had 2 choices- take what ever they send or cancel the reservation. I am really shocked a company can stay in business with that type of customer service. Hope no one else has to experience that stress when coordinating for a large group. There was a thousand better ways they could have handled messing up a reservation.I should say that the driver was very nice. Wasn’t her fault they sent such a terrible bus or that the manager was so rude about it.

Be warned when booking this business. The units decor was very nice, however upon arrival the door to the bus broke, trapping one of the guests inside for nearly an hour. The driver requested we supply him a hair dryer and screw driver, as well as power in sub-freezing temperatures as he attempted to pry the door open. We then spoke to a man name Oscar on the phone, claiming to be the owner who proceeded to curse at myself, my mother, and the host of party as we tried desperately to get them to send us a replacement bus and at the very least secure a refund of the nearly 700 dollars spent on unit. Obviously tempers ran high on our part as time past, missing plans that cost us additional hundreds of dollars. Oscar being the professional manager he is, told us we were out of luck and that the company was not liable for the mechanical failure of the bus. When the issue of refunds came up, he told us in your dreams and when we threatened a lawsuit he laughed saying thats what insurance is for. Eventually we had to call the cops to get an official police report of the incident for the future legal proceedings and to finally get our friend out of the bus. At the end of the night we had been cursed at by the manager, missed all of our plans, were out nearly $1000, and a 25th birthday surprise was completely ruined. I believe in second chances but I implore anyone considering booking with this company to think again. They provide no customer service, no contingency plans, and do not concern themselves with how their service or lack there of can affect their customers. It is actually very surprising that in such a saturated market, they would care so little about customer service. I will be editing this review with a picture of the police report for proof of how truly horrendous the experience was.

After waiting for weeks to get my quote and calling almost every other day, I should have expected that the trip would be just as bad. The driver to my location was no help with using the music system and let us figure it out. The return trip was the worst as the driver was late, complained all the way saying that there was never a driver scheduled for my trip, the office is the worst, that he was doing the company a favor because they were friends but the pay is bad, and that thanks to him we were able to get home. Mind you my trip was planned months in advance. I told the driver, left messages with an executive, wrote it on his receipt, and told Liz in the office that I was dissatisfied and wanted a manager to call me. Still nothing. And the best part they overcharged me! Thankfully I had my emails from Liz who is in charge of the office showing what I was quoted.Would never use again. Worst service ever.

Route 22 was a great choice for our wedding day transportation in October 2016. I did a lot of research for the wedding transportation and they were the best value. They truly are the best priced in north and central NJ. We got a party bus and a classic Bentley. The staff was very friendly and we were able to look at as many vehicles as we wanted and they made us feel very comfortable and also were very accommodating when we worked out the schedule for the day and did not try to add more time just get more $. Tax, gas, and gratuity were all included in the final price so that was one less thing to worry about that day. The cars were clean, the drivers were friendly and they arrived where we needed to be safe and on time. They also had the cars stocked with ice and had a red carpet and champagne toast for the bride and groom which was a nice touch. Overall, I would recommend Route 22 for your wedding or any other private car needs.

Good morning we utilized Route 22 limousine on Saturday October 27, 2018 to transport over 25 persons to Philadelphia for The Terror Behind Walls. It was a horrible experience. It was the little things that annoyed me with the bus driver and his acquaintance. The fact that they were unbothered about us being stranded and cold was beyond me. We had to ask them several times to either turn on the heat or close the door so the heat on the bus would circulate. Just unprofessional on so many levelsThe worst of all the host had to purchase vehicles so we could get back to New Jersey safely, because something was wrong with one of the tires on the bus.

Now let me said that the driver was on time, patience and very professional. I had problems with the limo the company choose to send me. I called to book a white limo for my daughters prom. I spoke to a sales rep name Oscar who told me that they only had one white Chrysler 300 left and the deposit was $183.00 to secure the vehicle. No problem, I will take it. We did a rough draft, I gave him my debit card information then I received a text from Oscar a couple of hours later stating that he made a mistake and charged me the full price instead of just the deposit. That really wasnt a problem for me, I took it as okay I locked in what I wanted. The day of the prom a black limo showed up, it was filthy, you can really see the dust on the hood and the windows, it look like its been just sitting in garage for a long time not being driven. I called the company and spoke to a female sales rep that kept repeating that it was a Chrysler, she then tell me that on my paper that Oscar filled out that it never specified what color the limo supposed to be. Im very upset that they would do something like that on someones special day

This was a horrible experience!!! We used this limo company for a family wedding and had a horrendous experience. We had two party busses and somehow one managed to get there almost an hour before the other, even though they left at the same time! Not only that, they charged us over time for that driver taking a longer route! If both the drivers were using the same GPS system, then why would they get there an hour apart? It makes so sense. We stayed over night at the venue and had a smaller bus take us home the next day. The bus was unable to go over 45mph on the highway, the driver had to keep the air on low in order for the bus to be able to maintain that high velocity. It was making all kinds of sounds and even the driver was concerned if the bus was going to make it. He said he had been with the company for 2 weeks and was leaving that this type of thing was common. The owner would rather cheaply fix the vehicles in his own garage than get them properly fixed. The driver said he was leaving this company because he could not stand driving around customers when safety is not this companys first priority.

BEWARE!!! Horrible Experience!!!I was in a wedding party where the bus broke down. We had to wait for a replacement cheap bus that only took us to Irvington (from Elizabeth). 38 members of the wedding party and family waited over an hour and a half (ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD IN FIN IRVINGTON)for the original bus to pick us up and take us to the reception hall. The bride and groom were only able to take a few pictures at a park before going to the reception hall. After the night, the owner was unwilling to cooperate with the groom.We understand that things happen, but paying for a service and being given the run around and lied about the time line of events that took place that night is unacceptable.DO NOT GAMBLE YOUR SPECIAL DAY WITH THIS COMPANY. Lets start by saying they gave me the WRONG bus. I had 4 people standing for a 2 hour trip. I called after my event and the lady on the phone was completely unprofessional and nasty! She spoke over me and said it was my fault so theirs nothing she can do. I have email proof of everything including conversatios where I had asked to confirm the specific bus i asked for. The lady on the phone yelled at me, did not let me explain the situation and was completely unprofessional. The driver was a great guy that was the only good thing about this company. Save yourself the hassel and BOOK any other company! When I told her I had email proof of my reservation she asked me by who and i continued to respond and said from the same email you emailed me from. She laughed and said you dont even know a name im sorry theirs nothing i can do. Ive never experienced such an unprofessional business!

I booked thru gigmasters for a 10 hour party bus for $1200. In the text/email I specifically said I wanted a unit with a bathroom as one of my guest has a medical problem. Prior to paying over the phone, I AGAIN verified that this unit had a restroom. The unit gets to the house and DOES NOT HAVE A RESTROOM. I called, tried to make it right for them to transfer out the bus with one that had a restroom. They said they didnt have one. So, I had to call and get another bus ($2800) that has a restroom as it was last minute. The a-holes charged me for a 10 hour day although I used it for 45 minutes. The only reason I used it at all, is I thought they were going to swap it out for one with a bathroom. I will be reporting them to as many companies as I can. I get it, misunderstanding happen. But to charge me for a 10 hour day when I clearly requested one thing and got something different makes these people CROOKS!!!

I don’t know where to begin. I got married last summer, my husband and I choose the Rolls Royce and a party bus. The day of the wedding the party bus shows up late granted we were late as well but I called to tell them that before they arrived. After we finish taking pictures the party bus driver refuses to move unless we paid a late fee of over $200. Reminder they were 30 minuets late as well!!!!!!!! No one in my briadal party brought money with them to the wedding. We had to call the office and pay by credit card, and the lady on the phone was nasty!!! The bus driver was nasty as well. It took us 30 minuets to resolve the issue. Ohhhh and guess what? THEY GAVE US THE WRONG PARTY BUS!!!! When I told the lady who works there over the phone, she said the bus we had was nicer then the one we choose. So they knew they gave us the wrong buss!!! The bus we choose was much nicer then the one that showed up at our wedding. After that, the bus driver drove sooo slow we had to tell him to drive a lot faster since we were already late!!!! I was 40 minuets late for my ceremony thanks to them!!!! Do not do business with these ppl they are nasty, rude, and not professional. They send you the wrong limo and try to justify it. HORRIBLE!!!!! RUINED MY SISTERS WEDDING DAY!!!! We used this place and the driver came late. Worst part was they took the Bridal park and held them hostage. The limo was already pre-paid but they FORCEFULLY DEMANDED over $200 in cash or else they would not move. We offered credit and debit cards and they refused. It was over 80degress and the AC did not work so the bus was very hot. The company also came with the wrong bus and not the ont the bride and groom chose. The drivers were RUDE beyond compare. The bus remained parked for 45 minutes refusing to move and making the bride over an HOUR late and guest upset and the prepaid venue ran behind. Hired a town car to take us from Iron-bound area of Newark to the cruise pier in Bayonne, NJ. In light traffic its about a 30 minute drive.Our driver showed up early to take us to the pier. When we returned after an 11 day cruise, the driver showed up when promised. Very nice driver.

We book a party bus for our wedding at this place they were 45 minutes late on top of that they gave us a nasty ugly bus that has nothing to do to the one that we paid for. The people over there are very nasty. Please do yourself a favor don’t deal with them.

Terrible place will never rent from them again. Gave us the wrong bus. Never gave me the drivers number to contact him . Also the driver didnt listen to us at all and the power went out on the bus.

I was shook down by the bus driver and had $400+ dollars charged on my card after we had paid in full.Party bus driver was late to pick us up.I was best man. After the church, before going to the reception, I hopped on the bus to tip the driver. After tipping him, the driver told me he was over time and going to leave. He said he needed a form of payment for possible over time or he would leave us all. (yes, leave the wedding party at the church) I gave him my debit card to JUST NOT LEAVE THE WEDDING PARTY. I did whatever I could to avoid that situation. In hindsight, giving your CC to someone without seeing charges is dumb. I filled out a blank carbon copy paper and he scratched my cc number onto it.The groom told the driver, dont charge the card, I will cover any extra expenses. Regardless, the company charged me $417 extra.I called asked why I was charged, they told me I CALLED IN AND APPROVED THE CHARGES. Someone pretended to be me to approve them.All lies.The driver took my CC number, called in the approval and charged us $400+ on top of all the regular fees after being late to pick us up. They took advantage of the fact that I would do ANYTHING to not let my brothers special day be ruined.The manager Oscar would not hear any of this. I had to do a chargeback to get the money.Honestly, beware of this company. Their drivers are scum that shake you down at the worst time (in the middle of a wedding) and the manager is just as bad. Wont hear any of it. Wont check GPS times, wont look at phone logs, etc.Use Uber or any other company you can find. Dont let this group of shady people ruin your special day. There are endless other options.Looking forward to their response, because they refused to figure this out on the phone.edit: The forged documents to fight the chargeback. Chase fell for it, Im getting copies to show to the police. Will update.Also, his reply below is all lies. How can I be late when they were picking us up from our home? They arrived late to our house and finally made it to the church over an hour late. Just like Oscar, we have video and photographs with time stamps. So not only is service bad, he is a blatant liar. At my wedding I had the same experience as the others stated the driver took the longest route got ous stuck in traffic and we had to pay for another hour . I would not recommend this company not even to my enemies, it was just a terrible experience u dont want to deal with b.s... On your wedding day or any event.

Arrived 30 mins late, driver then took another 20 mins before we left home to load end point on gps. Missed ENTIRE half of a concert.... Find another company this ones unreliable. Manager doesnt have courtesy to even talk to you or apologize.

Worst limo company do not go with! used them for our wedding, the airplane door on the limo was broken, nothing was done about it, we used a belt to hold the door shut while in motion. called the company 2 days after, they said its not our problem. do not choose, terrible customer service

Horrible service! Never will rent from there again. Limo bus was down the block for 40min about 20 houses away parked for no reason. I had to go outside walk down the block and tell the limo guy to pick us up in front of my house. We were extremely late to the church because of this. Then charged me $65 dollars for extra time needed. I spoke to the receptionist and she said that since the gps showed it was on my street, again 20 house away that it meant he arrived on time. Please dont waste your time at this place. There are plenty of limo places around. Goodluck

I rented 2 limos for my wedding, and xfiniti 22 passenger and a chrysler 14 passenger. First when we rented the lady (dont remember her name) but she was real nice and gave us a great discount, few weeks later i decided that it would be more cost effective if we got the party bus since we had such a large party and the reception and church were only a few blocks from each other. I called and was told to get a party bus it would be 1950. This raised a red flag because i remember when we initially reserved our limos the party bus was a lot cheaper. Our two limos combined were 2000. So i had a friend of mine call as if she was just booking a party bus for a wedding with 35 people they told her 1250, when i called them on it the lady said the person you spoke to must have been confused. Lastly the day of wedding our limos came on time but both our limos had lambo doors and we had to keep asking the driver to open them. I paid for the luxury vehicle for that very reason and wanted the full luxury experience. In front of the hotel he took forever to open the door to the point that one of my bridesmaids opened the door herself to let herself in the car because it was so hot. The 2nd limo had an odor of a freshly smoked cigarette. The best man had to open the wine during the toast, It did the job though the limos are very nice on the outside. Oh last but not least the limo hit one of my guests car, they had to call the police and file a accident report.

I rented a limo for my husbands 30th birthday for our family and friends. I was going into the city to go to 230 fifth lounge. The limo driver was suppose to be there for 10pm. He was not. He called my house at 10:03pm asking me where I was located. He didnt arrive into my complex parking lot until 10:10. So he was already late. We were 2 blocks away from my house when we had to turn around because I left my wallet at home. We were back on route 18 5 minutes later. My reservation was from 10pm until 2am. My venue reservation was for 11pm. I only arrived at the venue at 12:06pm. The driver did not know where he was going and called me to have me text him the address of where we were going. We got into the city at 11:25pm by Ericsson pl and Varick street. From Varrick street it takes 16 minutes to get to 230 fifth. Why did he leave Manhattan to get onto the queens borough bridge to get back into Manhattan? I have proof of this as I have my gps on my phone records where my location is every 3 minutes. I had to stay an extra hour past my time because by the time we got upstairs to our table, sat down and had ONE drink, it was time to get back onto the limo to be home by 3. I had to pay for that extra hour. I called the company not once, not twice but 4 times to get a response from someone. They of course did not want to refund me the extra $140 I paid. They also lied and said that someone threw a drink in the limo and spilled a drink on the limo driver. The person who their talking about is my husband. He did not throw anything. There were 3 people in the limo at the time this occurred and all three of them explained what happened as well as my husband since he was the alleged thrower. The receptionist then argued with me instead of talking like a normal person. I asked to speak to a manager and she was just as incompetent as well as talking over me. All I was asking was for the $140 extra that I had to pay refunded to me. I cant believe that this is how a place does business. Needless to say I wont even rent a town car from them. Or I might miss my flight...

They were 1 hour late for an airport pick up. Blamed it on traffic but according to all traffic reports there was no traffic in the area. We missed our flight. There were 6 people from different cities who all had serious issues getting home.
