They DO allow parking in front of your home, but just not overnight. Overnight parking on the street is a safety issue, as emergency vehicles may not be able to get by. Theres no problem with parking on the street in the daytime though. Nice park, great atmosphere and like living here (although they seriously do need to mow the lawns, as Ive never seen them this overgrown.)

As of May 1st 2017, this place will no longer allow tenants to park on the streets in front of their own houses. This has not been a problem for the last 6 years, however now all of a sudden with new management apparently its an issue. Other than the parking, this place isnt that bad, but when the guest parking area consists of maybe 6 spots, if that, this can be a major issue.

Its a nice mobile home park. Visitor parking lacking.
