Our wedding was cancelled due to COVID, so we did not actually get to see Kit in action... HOWEVER, weve had countless email exchanges with him over the last year and can say he is an absolute gem. Hes super responsive, we felt that he genuinely cared about making our event special, and he was always very accommodating and flexible. This kind of quick communication and thoughtful care is rare, and it made such a difference in easing our wedding planning stress. We wholeheartedly recommend Kit for any event.

Kit Taylor did a fabulous job at my ceremony and wedding reception. He was professional, kind, punctual and very attuned to the us throughout the wedding! Everyone loved our DJ and I was just so impressed with his work. He played songs from a list we gave him a week in advance. He filled in the blanks where we didn’t have a plan, and he organized the reception and kept things moving!!! Loved him️️. I would highly recommend him to anyone for a wedding or any event. We hired Kit as a pianist for our small, 40 person ceremony/reception, and he put on an unbelievably amazing performance! He learned several new songs specifically for our event, and he absolutely nailed the sound we were going for. All we had to do was ask, and Kit was responsive to our needs. He was on-time, courteous, and seemed to truly enjoy his work.We loved the beautiful music he created for our special day! We would absolutely recommend him!

Best combo musician/DJ in the Northwest!I was especially nervous about coordinating the music for our ceremony and reception, because the quality of the music can really make or break a celebration. But after one meeting with Kit, I knew our wedding was in good hands. Kit took all of our suggestions for mass music, cocktail hour piano arrangements and DJ reception set, and made them even better. Everyone was blown away by his singing/piano playing during the ceremony and the dance floor was full all night. On top of that, Kit is just a generally kind, humble and fun person to work with. Kit played piano at our daughter’s wedding last week. She had a Catholic Mass at a small church in Sisters, OR. His playing and singing were beyond excellent, inspiring all attendees regardless of their faith tradition. He also transcribed and performed music from Pride and Prejudice as a prelude (a request of my daughter). He worked beautifully with a local violinist, Mirabai Peart (also highly recommend), both at the Mass and later during the cocktail hour. Additionally, he served as MC and as the DJ, saving the trouble and extra cost of hiring another person. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Plus he is incredibly easy to work with. Two more children to go and would absolutely use him again.

Kit did both our ceremony music as well as DJing for our reception. He did an amazing job for both. Kits especially good at reading the room, and he single-handedly took away a lot of stress of the day.

Kit came highly recommended from a friend of mine. We took advantage of the discount he offered which we found very generous, and he did an amazing job. Played our piano requests during the ceremony and cocktail hour, and kept the guests moving and dancing during the reception, as well as providing microphones for speeches. It was pretty much perfect. He was there from 10AM to midnight just to make sure things were flawless. Very dedicated. I would highly recommend Kit for any event!

There are zero regrets here! We booked Kit to play the piano during our cocktail hour and then DJ/emcee during our reception. He was professional, fun, and very easy to work with. He had a great system set up to make sure that all of our song requests were played. I had MULTIPLE people comment during the wedding about how he was a great find, the best emcee theyve ever heard at a wedding, etc. Im pretty sure one of our guests was trying to book him for their daughters wedding, before our reception was even over, because they loved him that much! Hiring Kit was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

Kit sang and played piano for our wedding mass, played piano for our cocktail hour at our outdoor reception site, and was the DJ for the remainder of our reception. Kit persevered through a power outage during his set up time, heavy winds in the outdoor site, and having enough equipment for three different set ups.Kit was very careful to meet with me beforehand and email back and forth with me so he understood our timeline, the vibe we wanted, the specific music we wanted, etc. We even shared google docs.I was very impressed by Kits ability to be flexible on my wedding day and move with the chaos. He did a wonderful job and we demanded a lot from him! He is a fantastic pianist and singer and was a great DJ for our dancing crowd.

Kit Taylor is an amazingly talented musician and accompanist, and I am honored to endorse him and this business, although my own wedding took place too early for him to attend. I have, however, watched and listened to his musicianship for several years, and I am truly amazed by his talent.If Kit plays your wedding or reception, you are getting one of the best. Period.

Kit played piano during a memorial service for my father at Skamania Lodge. He also provided piano and vocal accompaniment to my niece as she sang a song during the service. And afterward, played piano throughout the reception. Kit is a talented musician and very easy to work with. He arrived early to the event to rehearse with my niece and she thoroughly enjoyed working with him. Kits playing throughout the event, and his accompaniment of my niece as she sang her song, was perfect. Or as my niece put it afterward: Kit is amazing! My family and I really appreciate the extra effort Kit made to make this important event special for us. Cant say enough good things about Kit. So far Ive used him twice and will continue to use him in the future for my events. Plays beautifully!

Kit gives private singing lessons to our 15 year old son. We have seen our son improve considerably and he really enjoys learning from Kit. Kit is super talented as a coach and as a musician. I highly recommend him!
