I absolutely love this place. The staff were amiable; they were fast and respectful. Jose gave me such a great experience while being there! He was helpful and made sure my friends and I had as much fun as we could. I got to race in these fast karts. The outside of the building could use some... bedazzle! But the inside of it is stunning! I would 10/10 recommend to someone else and come back again.

A little spendy but well worth it. Especially if you can get with a group of fairly experienced drivers you will have 100% more fun. If you get with a couple knuckleheads then it just kinda wastes your time but still fun. Food and drink also available. A lot of fun for a large group of friends indeed.

Went to this location with a massive group and I was expecting it to take a long time to get us all set up and ready to race, however it was a smooth sign up and the staff was really helpful. An associate named Jose was super efficient while giving off amazing vibes. The hospitality that he showed towards our big and obnoxious group really made me feel welcome. It was very much appreciated. This place is lots of fun! Would race all day if I could afford it!

This place is alot of fun and the staff are great but its to over priced for just 2 people going around 2 times. They dont give you much track time, they only give you 12 laps which is around 4:30 minutes which doesnt feel long when they should give you a little more time. I understand that other people want to get in the carts too so you cant be in the carts for to long but just a little more time and/or lower the price would be great. Overall this place is amazing and the carts are amazing, super fun place for any person who just wants to go fast and have fun.

Expensive ($30 per race first time since you have to pay $7 for a membership and a head sock, $23 thereafter) and not as much of a thrill as I was hoping. Go karts dont go very fast, especially due to all the corners that you have to navigate. Steering the carts takes a lot of force so they arent very responsive. I guess all of these features are to ensure safety of drivers, but it also decreases the fun. Its unlikely that Ill return. Driving my car is more exciting. I guess it could be fun for kids who cant drive yet (At $30/~6 minute race, thats ~$300/hr - more expensive than skydiving )

This place is absolutely great, when they want to be. Last time I came up here I called that day and they told me they had nothing. When I drove up there was two birthday parties and an hour and a half wait in between races, I had a great time in the races but this establishments communication needs work. Today before I came up I looked at the website and it said it was open, after I drove an hour and a half up here I go to open the door and it’s locked. This place is an amazing place to have fun but it’s communication on the website and over the phone needs work.

Wow did we have fun. My husband and family have been many times. This was my first time. Ive been a little apprehensive about it, but decided to join the family. The young lady at the desk was very nice and welcoming. I told her about my concerns and she explained everything to me. Jasmine made sure I understood and gave me encouragement. The place was clean and everyone was following safety guidelines. You are very lucky to have Jasmine shes awesome! Give that girl a raise!! You should hire more people like her! I will definitely be back.

Atmosphere seems super cool and laid back but due to covid and 25% capacity only 2 large groups can be admitted at a time. My family got here 30 minutes after opening and waited one and a half hours before going back to check on the progress of us being able to participate. We were still at the same spot on the wait list. Another hour and a half later we have not recieved any call or more information. When asking how long it will take they did not give a response only that it depends on how long people stay. It was my brothers birthday and hes been wanting to do this racing for at least a year. This was super dissapointing and could be fixed with better management practices.

Super clean, nice facility and staff.Unfortunately, the level of communication was extremely poor. We put our names on a list to race, and were told the wait would be about an hour and a half. We killed time, then were called up after an hour and a half, just to be told we would have to wait another hour because our party wouldnt fit in any of the races. We had a party of 3.This wasnt communicated whatsoever, and burned through the hours of our day that we could have made other plans.Hoped for a great racing experience, and instead just received a comfortable lobby. Cant win them all I guess!

Came here on a whim and brought my father in law and my 2 young boys. We all had an amazing experience. Carts were fast and the track was fun.Fastest lap time wins which added to the excitement.My boys loved it since this was thier first time being behind a wheel with some power. Staff was friendly. The food was not great but we came for the racing anyways. We will be back Ty K1 it was a blast.

I was dropping my daughter off here for a birthday party and it looked super fun inside. Decided that I want to take my boys tomorrow they were super excited. Called to ask how long a wait usually is because Im bringing my newborn as well. The lady said its usually a 5 to 6 hour wait to race! Who can wait that long?? Now I have to tell my boys we cant go. =(

Just had a VERY frustrating experience. Looked at the website, called with questions, printed/completed the waivers before hand. Drove 45 min out there. They had two birthday parties going on and would not allow any one else to come inside until 4PM. Reduced capacity because of COVID. It was noon. No signage, nothing on their site, just got turned away. Along with a parking lot full of walk-up racers. Their web site needs to say call before you come out here. Ridiculous.

We added our name at 12:30 and were told they are at capacity. I understand, covid restrictions sanitation protocol and all. We asked if there was another time we could come back and were told that they had no idea how long the people in front of us would be racing. I understand fully, however, any sort of scheduling system would help k1 get more people in and addicted as they tout on their website. Long story short, we ended up getting a call at 4:30 saying we had 15 minutes to get there to race. Allowing reservations and perhaps even time slot allocations would help with throughput.

Jasmine is incredible and made sure my friends and I had the greatest time at K1 Speed!! The electric karts are way better than the gas because walking in to other go kart places and smelling the fumes is horrible! Which is another reason why I love k1 speed so much! Will definitely be back in the near future!

SUPER disappointed in k1. Came out with my girlfriend and friend for the first time, waited at the counter and had poor customer service right off the bat. Young girl at the front counter wasnt very helpful and seemed to not care which was fine didnt think much of it. Went up to the line to race and the gentleman at the gate shut the gate right in front of us and asked if he called us up. I said I dont think so, weve never been here before so we dont know how it works he lists off names on his list and says with an attitude are any of you on this list we say no. Then tells us to go off until he calls our names with an attitude. Proceeds to take helmets that i saw kids put on the side and not dissenfect and put them right back on the rack. I didnt pay $80 for my girlfriend, friend and i to be treated like idiots. We went back up to the front counter and asked for a refund. Not that a single opinion matters that much but I definitely wont be coming back.

Jose gave me such a great experience while being there! He was so nice and helpful and made sure my friends and I had as much fun as we could. We will definitely be going back thanks to Jose!

This is a great place to get out your racing ya yas. The action is fast and furious, and the electric cars ensure the inside space isnt choked with exhaust fumes. The only bummer was that my youngest is still too short to work the pedals, so he couldnt drive, even though we were talking him for his birthday. He did get to play some cool arcade games, and he wasnt too sad. Plus, after completing one race, we now have memberships and they wont expire, so we can bring our son back to drive when he grows a little taller.

Inefficient management of business despite lots of workers. Even though the lounge was empty, we had to wait awhile for snacks and then was told we had to go outside because occupancy was exceeded. Bouncer had little customer service or communication skills. We did eventually get to race, though the Corporate Sponsored Groups were given clear preference.

Hi yes k1 Speed supposed to be known for speed but made me wait an whole hour to race me and my wife recently had a new born looking too get out for some fun and only had the baby sitter for a couple hours but i waited more than enough time to race i paid for w races and was on time and book early appointment and i still feel im not treated far Natalie showed no sign of concern when i told her of my trouble i hope someone reads this and consider spending their hard earned money and time thats not gonna hold up to its end of the bargen ! NEED CHange of management !!!!!

I’ve been here to race only a few a times and had a fun time one of the workers named Jose really stood out to me because he always had a positive attitude and was always happy to help whenever it was needed!

Had an amazing time with all my buddies! Well taken care of by Your employee jose! Made sure all our ridiculous questions were answered for! If I could leave more stars I could! Definitely will be back!

Was pretty scared to race at first but Jose was really informative about how the races were safe and fun to race. The karts are fast and the pricing was fair !

Had a great time, my kid almost took me out. So no car keys for him anytime soon. The do not take reservations but we were able to race in back to back races. We had a good time we will go again.

My husband called ahead so we could get a spot, we live in Lebanon they said we could get in but when we got there, there was a 5 hour wait we left defeated we wish they had told us about the wait on the phone it was a waste of time and very annoying the employee we talked to at the location and not in the phone was very respectful and professional I loved her 10/10. The person on the phone 3/10 helpful but ended up wasting the day driving ( we called to be put on the list, he did not put us on the list)

K1 is a blast, but I have a very difficult time getting a race. They dont do reservations for small parties, making it impossible for my friends and I to simply show up and race. Ostensibly, they have walk-ins, but in practice youre simply turned away.

What a fun way to spend an afternoon or evening. The karts are pretty fast and they have both adult and junior karts. Both kids and their parents seem to have a great time.The staff is really enthusiastic and they provide a lot of helpful hints on how to get the best track times while keeping everyone safe on the track at the same time. They print off your results after each race up at the front counter that shows the times for every lap you ran and compares your best time to everyone else’s best time in the same race you ran. On your first visit listen closely to the instructions/pointers so you know what to do on the track and how to get the most out of your race. Also, if it is your first time make sure you set up your profile first at the computer terminals next to the front door before you stand in line to buy a race.They do get busy on the weekends even running up to 10 to 12 karts per race so you might want to call ahead to see the current wait time so you are not surprised. Even with a wait, the time goes by fast because you can always go out to the track area and watch people racing, which can be pretty entertaining watching other drivers both succeed and fail and learning what does and doesn’t work in different areas of the track.You can purchase several races at once and that will lower your per race cost. They put those races on your membership and they do not expire so you can come back another day to use them. Each race is 14 laps and the staff does a good job of keeping the races going throughout the day and making sure the electric karts are always charged and ready to go. The track is all indoors so even if it is nasty outside the track and viewing area is dry and comfortable.

This place is amazing, great staff, great atmosphere, its all around the best. The track is a little difficult to pass on though.

Service was absolutely TERRIBLE. I have visited K1 in Irvine CA. We had a blast there. So when a K1 opened near me I decided to take my friends off to race. We arrived at 5:45 pm on a Thursday and checked in. The place only had a few people, not busy. We were told we would race a race wait two races and then race and repeat. Well this is the most disorganized place I have ever been too. We waited until 7:10 to race our first race. Each time we went up to ask how much longer we had to wait they said 10-15 Minutes. After we raced our first race we asked how long again, and they said two races about 20 minutes. We set a timer on our phone and went across the street to get a snack. When we got back in 18 minutes they said another 20-30 minutes. Long story short we didnt race until 8:10 and then again 8:30. Worst part about this, is they have Karts all lined up. They could have the people in the next race waiting in their Karts for the prior race to end. Send them out right away. Not this place. They clear the track. Then call up the next race group of people go through the orientation, load them in the Karts etc. This could be done while the prior race in running. They could also have a que screen of upcoming races on the monitor so you know where you are and are able to I dont know order food or something to pass the time. The Most frustrating part is the way youre treated, go sit down, we will call you when its your turn. As a business owner, They could do so much better...

We had called the previous day to see if we needed to set a reservation and the person on the phone had said no we didn’t so when we went today and they said it was a two hour wait while there was no one there to be seen at all except two employees. Thus I don’t understand the wait and then all of a sudden reservation that you can have but it’s only for 8 people or more, that is very inconvenient. If are gonna have the ability to set a reservation then it should be for two or more I would thing. The two hour wait was also quite interesting because we were there at 8 o’clock and the track is supposed to close a 8:30. Also one of the employees was very rude to us and disrespectful. Also if you are going to have a limit in the store on how many people you can have in the store then you should be taking reservation actually posting that on your website that there aren’t supposed to be this ever many people in the store.

Interesting place to go for indoor go-karts. Building is new in a neighborhood of Amazon warehouses and the like. First time visitors must create a profile on their computers to get started. WARNING; this is not an inexpensive place to go to, but for those millennials who have lots of disposable income this is your place. My 30 year old son and I stopped by mid day on a Monday and had the place to ourselves. Friendly staff and a reasonable sized track fir racing. Races are 12 laps (but for some reason our first race was stopped after only 8 laps). My son went on to do his 2nd race by himself (trying to improve his time) and got the full 12 laps. This is an event for the young at heart and body. If you’re over 55, stay on the sidelines and watch and drink beer! Getting into and out of the carts is a challenge for any one over 6’ and if you are prone to motion sickness, then come prepared (I didn’t unfortunately). Overall it was a unique experience for father & son.

Awsome experience...One of the best indoor racing center. I had gone to K1 speed located at Chicago, but I felt this place far better. Looks like the one in Hillsboro is fairly new one. K1 speed has electric go karts compared to many others in Portland area. They have mini arcade games and a mini bar. You need to get an annual registration for $6 and that needs to be renewed every year... overall its a fun place to be with friends and family during weekend. They provide a print out of iur race stats after every race with graphs and our each lap details which is awsone...Its better to call in advance and make reservations since they are normally busy during weekend. We had to wait for around 2 hr when we went in over last weekend..

Definitly going back. If you are looking for some fun away from home and practicing soical distancing. K1 is the place to go great customer service, and contantly cleaning everything that has been touched. They also have a deal going to save you some money.

Poor customer service. Got a call that its our turn after waiting for an hour. Came in and told us we will be in separate races and we needed to wait for another hour to be together.

We had a great corporate party at K1Speed with about 300 people. The manager David Schulte and his staff went above and beyond, truly. We even forgot extension cords and one of Davids staff members raced out to get whatever we needed for the event. If youre hosting a family oriented party it doesnt get any better than this. There was a little something for everyone. Thank you!

They dont tell you that you have to set up a membership in person before you can reserve a time staff seemed to have no clue how we could get in to race after we drove an hr to get there

Arrived, signed the papers for my kids and grandparents. After getting situated they then share that it will be an hour wait time(track is empty), the adults can go but kids have to wait outside, wait ten more minutes after adults then kids can go, adults outside. That is a lot of money to not even get to participate as a family.

Crazy fun! These karts are fast and seem pretty balanced (unlike other karting places where its clear some karts are faster than others). Track is well configured. I wish they did a bit more to load up the heats but you might see a lot of empty runs with a few people while you wait for your turn which just doesnt seem like good management of crowds. Would highly recommend though!

One of the best go carting places Ive ever been. A very fun and thrilling experience, safe, well thought out organization, all electric makes for a very good time. I highly recommend checking it out. Often a wait, so check in then grab a bite to eat before your race starts!

Great location for adults and kids. A lot of fun driving these electric carts. Each race is 14 laps and takes about 7 mn. They have a lounge and video games area. Bathroom very clean. Staff very helpful. Would be nice to add some memberships or discounts for local workers. 4 stars because it’s kind of pricy

We were calling them in advance to see if we can come and ride but they kept not answering so we drove an hour to get there, just for them to tell us that they weren’t letting anyone in for the rest of the day so I had to drive an hour back home. I suggest they start answering their phones.

I know the wait times are really long. I dont care! It feels great going here. Great arcade. They have restaurant there with drinks and a Starbucks close by.Youre single dad and you want to do something really epic free weekends ? This is your only choice!Just make sure to come almost an hour to two hours ahead.And tip the staff that works there, they literally go the extra mile!buy your tickets for the place online and get the extra cool savings and benefits they have.In the wintertime, wear a sweater and gloves.

Not the best staff..and if youve ever gone on a real go kart. Dont go!!!! Very slow, and being electric they cut your motor off very often. and the average age there is 10... So for an adult not so fun.

Best part of this place is the go karts the arcade is a complete rip off but the go karts are fun! I assume that’s probably what most people would come here for

Go karts! Speed! Fun! This is a great facility. It is new and clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The karts are electric, so no gas fumes. The lounge is separated with large windows for a great view of the track. It is more physically demanding than you might expect so plan for down time between races and 2 races is good for beginners. They offer great comfort food options to help you recharge between races.

A very clean and new establishment. It was a lot more fun than we all anticipated. The carts are super Torquey and actually are pretty fast. The staff was very friendly and informative. I went there with 9 people from work to blow off some steam and it was well worth it. The price is right for the excitement that you get. I will definitely be going back and bring in people who have not been there before.

Tons of fun great staff super service

Realistically I wish I could give this establishment a 0/5 star rating. I went on a Tuesday during the “night drift” event to celebrate my birthday with some friends. I was greeted by unmotivated staff that obviously didn’t want to be working there. They were constantly on their phones and I also overheard staff members willing to pay each other $20 to take their shift. When I first walked up to the desk with my friends I was checked in by Katherine, then we were told there would be a 2 and a half hour wait for the drift karts, so we went with the normal karts. When the time FINALLY came to get on the track my entire group excluding me was called. I immediately went to the track employee and asked why I was split up from my group, he waved me off and sent me to the front desk. I waited another 15 minutes to get back up to the front desk to talk to the employee that checked me in, by this time the race had started even though my friends told the employee running the track that the group had been split up. I found out that Katherine had just clocked out but she was still willing to help me, she talked to other employees and attempted to get things figured out, eventually I waited until the race my friends were on was over and they informed me that an employee was racing in my place, as the other employees were talking to the one who took my spot and kicked me out of the race and asked him why he was racing. After confronting them I was referred to David, the manager and he denied everything and said that they don’t swap people out of races. This conflicted with everything else they had said as Katherine had clearly put me with my group in one race. David kept denying that something like that would happen. David did end up giving my group a few free races but said we would have to come back another time because they were “too busy”. In the end there was no communication among the employees and everything seemed to be incredibly hostile, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone as the prices are way to high for the treatment you get. I’m likely never coming back to this establishment.

We went thinking that we may have a 30 minute, or so, wait. Our kids never got the chance to ride. It wound up being a 2 hour wait, once you have signed in. We made the mistake of eating first, at their microwave drivin concession stand. We did not realize there would be a huge wait, if you want to ride the go karts, due to the regulars that fill the schedule so they can ride back to back races. It looked like a really nice facility...

This place has a small parking lot but plenty of parking for those that want to come here.The is a small arcade in the back. The indoor track is a nice size.You must have a membership to use the track. They can have up to a 2 hour wait.My party did not want to wait for 1 hour to use the track. We were also told we couldnt drink at the bar while we waited. I understand no drinking and driving. That is smart. Hard to get a party of 7 to sit still for an hour and wait.

This is only indoor and only electric gocart place i have ever been to, but Ive been here half a dozen times now and every time has been great.The staff is always friendly, and the place is new and clean. I like the layout of this track compared to some other tracks Ive seen(but havent driven). The carts are pretty nice and definitely fast(Im told we hit over 30mph on this track), my only complaint is that some of them are really squirrelly in the back end and they dont like it when you drift around the track. They also dont like bumping or bouncing off the walls, and if youre a lot slower than other racers theyll ask you to keep right and let faster racers pass you.The races are interval start, and races are lap time based, so you could be in the back the whole time and still end up with the best single lap time or average lap time. I kind of like this style as youre not losing speed or the line trying to get around people(unless theyre genuinely much slower than you).I like that this is a chain and they rank you based on everyone thats racing at all of the locations, they also have a weekly and monthly leaderboard for individual locations.Individual races are really pricey, but you can buy different packages that can get them down to $10 per race, depending obj how many you buy up front.

Terrible experience all round - DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.We had to pay $65 for 3 races instead of $49 that they advertise because we were a large group and booked ahead - normally you would think that you would get a discount for booking ahead as a group. Our group was too large as they only allow 12 at a time, so I could only do 2 races but was forced to pay the full $65 and was not allowed to join another group that did not have 12 people so that I could get my 3rd race. The guy checking us in was miserable as hell and they throttled our carts so slow that it was not fun.I wont ever go back and will be telling everyone I can not to waste their time or money.

Front desk personnel was helpful but let me tell about the racing staff. One specific gentleman who was quite rude. Don’t want to say any names but you know who you are! All 3 of my races were flagged down and I’m honestly not happy with my experience. You need friendly and professional staff.

Great go karting gets very fast and Electric

I called and asked if my 7 year old could come down and race tonight. The guy on the phone said yes he could get him in of we came right then. We got there in 8 minutes, but had to wait in line for 15 minutes while they helped a group of adults that isnt racing for another 20 minutes, then they told my son to run out through the doors and get started. He excitedly ran out, was given a helmet, put in a car and then told he couldnt race and had to leave because its too late. The guy at the front just shrugged and said sorry and did nothing to make it right. Now hes crying in the car. This sucks.

Whole family had a blast! I was pleasantly surprised to see that my 12 yo daughter was allowed to drive. Excellent facility, track, and carts.

Went to race karts as well as play top golf next door. We had a tee time for top golf so we showed up to race over an hour before our tee time. The wait to get on track was over an hour. Went back after top golf and wait was going to be an hour and a half. Now I dont know if this was a busy day or not. There was only a few people in the building but I have arrived and driven at other karting establishments that were able to get you on track way quicker. I still would like to drive the electric kart sometime but it has fallen lower on the list.

Really fun experience with these indoor electric go-karts. We found a good deal on Goldstar. Make sure you make a reservation for your group so you dont have to wait forever for your turn. The entrance is near where TopGolf is so dont let the address fool you.

Family friendly, super staff, excellent atmosphere. The pizza was not very good, reminded me of the pizza from that cheesy mouse place. Drinks are bottles, so no refills. If you plan on spending more than a couple of hours though, thats all you probably need. They are strict with the rules, for everyones safely and I applaud them for that.

Awesome venue. Good food. Beware the wait times. Ask before you pay, as during a decently busy weekend you may have to wait multiple hours before your first race. They need an online signup for specific times so you don’t waste your whole day.

I stopped here with a group at the end of a great ride and had some French fries and a Mango smoothie. The service was kind of slow, the french fries were OK, but the smoothie was the best Ive ever had!The track looked like it would be a lot of fun some other time when I wasnt exhausted from a long motorcycle ride. Id certainly like to go back and try it!

Races are timed so it should be easy to give out wait estimates. However they lied and made us wait twice the promised time to gain our business (15min wait became 40!), to which we ended up spending more money on arcades to kill time it was on a Tuesday!

The adult carts were a lot of fun! Fast and cornered well! Also the wait in between races was minimal!

I went here hoping my friends and I would have a great time, the first kart they put me in broke in the middle of a race, I couldnt steer and it ended spinning out, the whole time it took them to grab a new kart for me the timer was going for everyone and nobody was racing. We ended up maybe doing 3-4 laps. I said ok first one was a fluke, second race they put some novice ppl in with me and my friends and everytime someone spun out or hit something they slowed everyone down, this happened over and over again. If you actually know how to drive the karts are fast but the way they run the place makes it not fun.

Service and facilities are great, but the track is boring and $23 for a 5 minute race is ridiculous

A lot of fun, and if you like the rush of speed the karts do get going pretty fast, but there are few passing opportunities in a competitive race.

I really felt like the customer service was lacking here starting with the person that was running the register. Quite honestly they seemed Clueless they wanted to say no to the every question that I could possibly come up with. They didnt offer any solutions just simply no. I have been to the Phoenix location and I had a great experience. I was expecting this track to be large as it sits in a very large building. When we entered the Raceway the track is actually quite small smallest kart track Ive ever seen. The price was unusually high as well. There is a young lady working there that does her job extremely well she was extremely helpful. She was however the only person that was helpful everyone else seemed annoyed by questions or inquiries. On our last race they actually had a sit in the cars with our helmets on for 10 to 15 minutes.

First time gokarting here. Great challenging track. Will definitely race here again.

First time here, my uncle was here from California and after visiting Top Golf, we wondered in. It was a blast. Be prepared to spend a nice chunk of change and depending on how busy they are, to wait up to an hour for each of your races
