Dave and Busters is definitely doing their part in making sure their customers are safe. Hand sanitizer set out in numerous places for use and every other game is shut down to keep up with social distancing guidelines. The service was excellent and the food was delicious!

Its one of the only places to take the kids nowadays but they not concerned about prices being fair....if i spend 60-90 bucks my kid should be able to enjoy a couple hoirs of play no problem, but that is very usually not the case

I love this place. Many games to play. I like their deals on cards and their different draft beer. My kids love it here too. Try the mac and cheese if you come. It is divine.

We went just to play some games, didnt visit the bar or order food. Noticed alot of the machines were very worn and in disrepair. Would swipe the card and game would take your credits, but never let you play. Ran into this problem multiple times throughout the night, felt like we spent more time waiting for someone to come fix the game, and by fix I mean tell us the game was broken and return some credits. Alot of the multiplayer games could not be played due to the other lanes/connected games being out of order. If you do happen to visit check out the Giant Claw Machine, I almost emptied it of prizes. Besides everything mentioned above we did manage to enjoy ourselves and the employees were very friendly and quick to help solve issues and attempt to fix the machines. As we were leaving I felt the need to tip the floor guy that was having to replace our credits and work on the games, he busted his butt and did an amazing job keeping everyone happy, not just my party.

Food and drinks are great and fun games to play with the kids. What is not to like? Plus they have half off Wednesdays, happy hours, coupons, specials. Friendly staff!! One of our favorite spots.

My experience with this dave n busters was better this time then any other time Ive been. the employees seemed eager to help and our waitress was lovely. 10/10

If you are a gamer like my son, you may appreciate this much more than I do. He appreciates spending an hour or so. To me not good use of time and money. Wednesday is half price day. It is probably the best time to go to get the best bang for your bucks. It wasnt busy at all - though still very noisy from the games and sound system.

When I went I was waiting 20 min for someone to come over to give me the menu or the code and no one was I had to go and look for it and when I was ready to order no one came near, even the waiter was sitting

Had a great time with my son. Lots of different things to do and play. The menu has a ton of fun options for kids as well. I would highly recommend Dave & Busters. The only reason Im giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because some of the games I was really excited to play where put if order. I understand that sometimes things happen and things just stop working or glitch at times but it seemed like quite a few games where out of order.

Very busy about a 35 to 45 minute wait around 5 on a Saturday. Cute drinks which obviously arent made to get you drunk. The price is pretty steep. Food wasnt all that good EXCEPT for the chicken nacho appetizer. A lot of the games are out of order. No deals on games and food after 5 so I ended up paying around $60 for about 2 hours of play( for two people), $70 for 2 entrees, 1 appetizer, and 4 of those cute drinks definitely a once in a while type of outing.

If your coming for the food I would suggest somewhere else. If your mainly coming for games and drinks then the food is tolerable and sufficient.

Love this place... I came for a Christmas event of the company I work for, and it was amazing, the food was pretty good,service was excellent and the games are awesome...will go back with my family soon...

I went to speak to the Event Planner, Mackenzie...she was awesome. This location is clean, spacious, and the architecture details are beautiful. The games are current and exclusive to Dave and Busters. They use reloadable cards. The food was good. I had the chicken taco with nachos. Very flavorful. I recommend this place.

Claw games didnt work except one cheap one. The one beside its claw didnt close but it let you play it and waste tokens playing it. Several games were.messed up. No deals throughout the week on Wednesday. Had 6 guests with me. Ordered Alfredo with steak and shrimp. Noodles dry barley steak and 3 pieces of shrim.food was cleaned up befor we left after telling server we werent finished and the kids were piecing on it.still had other stuff at atble. Hat.bear.ect. wont be back for awhile sadley:(

Our family had the best time at the Birthday party. To stand back and watch all grandkids smiling was priceless. Hard to do with our age range 5-17. We also had so much food, we actually took some home for later. Which also never happens. Thank you to all that made our party so special.

Over all was good, kids had fun. Food taste great but out of 11 people with me I got the unlucky hair in my food. But the manager took only that food item off my bill. Not the plate. Could of done better because I couldnt eat the rest of my plate after that. But the games was good, kids all had the chance to play something. Only would go again for the games, if the food quality was better, and left out the hair, I would be back for it all. I felt like the bar gave better customer service than the waitress at the table and those inside the gift shop.

For a restaurant where everyone runs around playing games they are very cleanly! They always have a great staff of servers, bartenders and prize stand operators.

Please come to this Dave & Busters. Honestly the funnest place in town! Do you like great food and video games? Well you’ll love this establishment. They have this lunch and card combo where it’s cheaper, and the giant connect four is so much fun. If you’re a local, or just passing though, I highly recommend stopping by.

Came in around 3:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday. Not too busy considering its Christmas Vacation for the kids. Food was great. Lots of games to choose from for all ages. Lots of options on the drink menu.

The building has a separate area for eating that is gorgeous. You can easily walk across to a normal dining area by the games, also. This particular D&Bs has pool tables that only cost about $6/hr for both people. Best one Ive been to. Food was EXCELLENT

Due to covid-19 most of the bigger games were not in service. Food was very good.

Amazing if you have enough token seems like playtime is forever. Great food and I got this drink from the bar mango strawberry purre it was fantastic... Barley tasted the alcohol mainly the puree and it got me tipsy after one drink

Food is great and games are fun. When I took my family, there was an hour wait for a table for 4. We wanted to package our meal with the power cards, but I had no way to keep the kids busy for an hour without spending money on power cards while we waited to eat. After being seated everything was great! Maybe just needs a little larger family eating area.

Great time with our kids. It’s gotten a little pricier but still reasonable. We enjoyed the new Jurassic VR and it wasn’t too crowded. Only negative was that bathrooms were like mid-renovation and there were no changing tables/stations in either men or women’s bathrooms.

Fun place for games, not for large groups to get food. No reservations, needed 75% of our group to be there before we could even get on the wait list to be seated, then we sat near the fireplace which was not on and poured frigid air onto half our group. By the time food came it was cold. Had a great time with the group I was with playing games and talking but poor service and experience from the actual restaurant part of the place.

Clean and cozy place. Fast service and good food with nice portions. A tad bit on tbe pricey side but still worth it

Had a birthday party for my teenage sons birthdays. Everyone had a great time. A little pricey on party packages; but, it was nice to not have the after party mess to clean up at home.

It was me and my husbands first time at Dave & Busters. The employees were very friendly and was clean. There were a few games down but not too many. Definitely a fun place to go. We will definitely be going back. Worth the 1 1/2 drive.

Great time! Fun arcade. The food leaves a lot to be desired. Expensive, mediocre at best and small portions. My advice is to eat somewhere else and go there to drink and play games. Thats what Ill do next time. Good service. They dont have the restaurant thing down yet.

The food was actually very good. I was pleasantly surprised. Was my first visit to any Dave and Busters. There were a lot of kids there, which is fine with me as I have kids of my own. Overall had a very good time.

5 stars ok great place, however let’s talk claw machines here for a minute. First of all there are 4 machines, 3 small and 1 giant. The giant claw is usually good. Do they pack the stuffed animals in tight sometimes, yea sure they do but overall, if you got skills you’ll win. Now the 3 small ones, that’s a different story. These are often set up to lose. The claws grab loosely and sometimes the claw doesn’t even go all the way down into the pit. They have adjusted them occasionally upon request but then they go right back to loose. I get it I do. But I’m a grown man who likes claw machines. If I’m disappointed then the kids are too!Now aside from this rant about claw machines. Great place, great food, great staff. Love this place.fix the claw machines ;)

One of the biggest ones I have seen and been to. There is a ton of space for eating and a bar. The play area is big too. Plenty of games for all ages to take part in. In the words on the terminator. Ill be back!!

Great service very clean location

Better food than I was expecting. Games were big and not the ones I have at home. A few were not working *giant rock em sock em robots). Worst thing was standing anywhere near the bathrooms you could smell them. It smelled like toilet cleaner or bad urinal cake 30 feet from the door

Its just a giant RIP-off in my opinion. They advertise a special where you get endless boneless wings and endless game play, but it only works on the same 4 games. Now I understand not including the games you win tickets at, because then theyre giving away their souvenirs that cost them $.10 each, but more of their other games could have been included.

My granddaughter and I spent two hours here and enjoyed it very much. It will cost a bit because it is easy to go from one game to another very quickly. It is clean and there is a restaurant there and a bar. Of course this is a place where children earn points on their card for every game they play and then can buy trinkets with their points. Lots of points are needed to get anything worthwhile but kids like it. Also, check the website for special deals.

It was a fun place to go overall.The food needs some Improvement though,the fries had to much salt the macaroni was a little undercooked and the ice in the slushy could have been finer.

My family loves coming here, we usually play games and eat in. Food tonight was delicious, I had chicken and waffle sliders and my wife had ultimate Mac and cheese.

I LOVE this place. My wife and I try to go a couple of times a year and make a whole day of it. Lunch, games, drinking, and dinner. Its about an hour drive for us so we really go all out. They have a lot of great games, amazing food, and delicious drinks. The last time we went there we were the first customers of the day. For the first half hour the system was down and wouldnt let them charge any cards. An employee gave us their personal card and showed us how to use it and still be able to add tickets to our old cards. That is a level of service that you sadly dont see much of these days. I dont care if they build a Dave & Buster directly next door to me I dont plan on ever not making the hour drive to this location.

Was Fun. Had An Adult Birthday Party There. They Were Super Busy. As We All Know Its A Bit Of A Pricey Place But Totally Worth It. Food Was Delicious. Although, The Server Seemed Like They Were A Little Over Their Head, Other Then That We All Had A Blast.

Family fun, pretty clean for as busy as they were. Bar service was a little slow, but again, they were pretty busy. A lot of children wondering around under the age of 10 unattended, late into the evening.

I loved this place. I was not brought up in the states and had never been to an arcade game center. This has got to be one of the best times Ive had in a really long time!

My first time ever going to Dave And Busters. I really enjoyed myself. The workers were friendly and very helpful. The place was clean. The food was great and although packed at the bar/dining area the wait wasnt long and the food was fresh. Definitely cant wait to go again.

My family loves playing several of the ticket games at D&B, but the maintenance of these games at this location is just plain terrible. Went last night and literally went from one broken game to another to another. And none of them were actually out of order, but rather functioning just enough to take your money but not provide any real opportunity to win the jackpot because of the mechanical malfunctions. With the insanely high cost of these games you would think that they could afford to keep them working!!

Got one of the cards that let you swipe to a game every 60 seconds and unlimited wings. My brother in law and me must have beat a few games and saved a lot of money just because of that card. Worth the trip.

The arcade is lackluster if you are into more than the basic arcade machines (Ticket machines, skill games, on rails shooters, racing games). The bathrooms are also not as well maintained as they should be. Ive not had any meaningful interactions with the staff so there is no comment on them or the food/drink.

Food usually is just ok, but they just got a bunch of new games. My kids from 3 to 15 had something fun to play. Good for a family night out.

My favorite D&B in the city. Its always clean, with a friendly staff. I appreciate the variety of games and the food selection is always growing, expanding, and delicious.

As theyve updated and remolded I feel like there are more gamer games and less interactive games. I do love the new carnival themed games but disappointed they took out my favorite coin games. They have one station with a new set of coin game but definitely a different set up/way to play. My 5 year old had a blast and we played a lot of games for $40. The cards dont always read right or are confusing if it took it or not. The no paper tickets is much less wasteful and easier to keep track of but not nearly as exciting as a kid when you would get the excitement of them coming out or going to cash them in. I did find it confusing on where to check to see how many tickets were on your card and ended up just asking one of the girls at the register. The store is nice so your kids can shop and dont have to wait but some of the options are terrible (but arent they always) Overall very clean facility and lots of staff, even security. It was busy but we had a great time.

Food was delicious. Our party had a variety of menu items and everyone enjoyed. Our grandsons had a ball with the games.

Their chicken tenders werent as good as I expected them to be. But their drums and flaps were pretty good.

Good food and lots of fun for the kids. A bit over priced! Try the build your own Churro; it is one of the best desserts that I have ever had.

Stopped by to play some games with my friend. The girl up front was kind of rude. She had tattoos on her fingers and dark hair. I dont remember her name. She was ordering sprite while taking care of me. The star trek game wasnt working right. I swear it didnt give me all of my winnings. I really wanted a Rick and Morty gun but the prize room didnt have any. Oh well maybe next time.

Ive always had good experiences here, but tonights was lackluster. My favorite drink is the red bull sour slush. Unfortunately, it was not mixed well, made it impossible to drink. Our server only had 2 tables in the dining section to take care of, and we were there a couple hours before closing, but everything took quite a while. Now for the positive: our orders were all correct and our server was pleasant.

This is a great Dave & Busters. I only gave 4 stars due to its not cheep to eat and play here. They normally have the newest arcade games for central Ohio if that matters to you and 95% of the games are working a majority of the time. I have gone about 5 times to this location. Last time in April 2017. Once a year on special occasion destination, different games each time. I wish they would bring back the table top Texas Holdem game. It was so fun! I would recommend if you got the money to spend. Example: 7 year old, me and the wife w 2 play cards got out alive for $95.00!
