We had our wedding here in October and Im so glad we chose this venue. We checked out a few other places in the Columbus area and this one was the most impressive for the price. Sierra, the events director, was amazing and worked with us every step of the way. She answered all our questions quickly and helped tailor the menu to fit our needs. Im gluten free so I was worried about the food but everything was so delicious.The venue was beautiful and staff was amazing. They put up all the decorations and flowers for us and it looked so beautiful. They have a company who will make your cake as well and she did such a great job on the cake and the decorations. Our families and friends loved it and several people said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. I highly recommend this place for a wedding. Top notch service!!

This review is in response less than complimentary review posted about 5 days ago. Unlike many golf courses, the staff at this golf course is willing to speak to golfers who are not meeting the pace of play expectations whether they be men or women. The staff at this course do not harass golfers of either sex. If a group is asked to pick up its pace of play or skip a hole it’s for a good reason. Let me assure anyone who plays this course that they will be treated very well.

The club sandwich is probably something I could be excited to eat every day. So great! The staff is wonderful, makes you feel welcomed every time youre there. Awesome and well curated draft beer selection. Oh, the golf course is also pretty nice!

The people who work at this club are the rudest I have ever encountered. As a guest I expected to be welcomed and treated nicely as potential member. Instead, we were told after a bathroom break at the turn (which was delayed because the staff made us use a restroom at the other end of the club instead of the easily accessible one downstairs) that “this is not how golf is played” and we must skip 3 holes. Keep in mind that prior to the turn we were on a 3:45 pace of play. After refusing to skip 3 holes, we jumped to the hole we would have been on if the ranger had let us use the correct restroom, after which we were chased down by both the ranger Bob and the general manager on two separate occasions, holding us up even further and demanding to know why we didn’t “follow their orders.” As the only women on the course I felt their tone, accusations, attitude, and pointing fingers at us was extremely sexist. We informed Bob his actions were chauvinistic. Bob clearly did not understand what this word meant. Chauvinism is a person displaying aggressive or exaggerated patriotism (towards their club). Bob and the general manager’s lack of vocabulary led them to interpret this as “derogatory language”, when this was simply an eloquent way to describe his unwarranted aggression for telling us we did not know how to golf when he could have kindly asked us to skip one hole. Then they threatened to kick us off the course. I have never been treated so rudely (and with such chauvinism) by golf staff. Warning to women: do not play here. You are clearly unwelcome. Even if you finish in 4:10 as we did which is acceptable per PGA rules, they will ask you to skip several holes you paid to play.

Nice day for golf. Had a good time with my son. Great food in the pub after golf. Good day! Greens were too fast!

I have not golfed here, but have been here for a couple of events, and the staff does a very nice job.

Fun to ride bikes up and down the hills that are on the golf couse I think it should be public not private so kids and teens will have fun on the hills.

Opulent, yet comfortable. Staff was very pleasant. Came here for an office holiday party and it was really swank. I felt very pampered.

By far one of the nicest premier exclusive private courses in central Ohio. Best bang for the buck. The course is always in top tier shape. A very knowledgeable grounds crew, always nice and courteous to members. They work and strive very hard to keep us members happy. The food is top notch. The chef and his staff have always put out exquisite cuisine and leave the mouth wanting more. The servers always make sure we are satisfied. The pro shop staff is always helpful to me and my guests and accommodate us in every way. Like mentioned before, it’s literally the best bang for the buck.

Food & staff is superb.

Im a member at 5 courses, but this may be my favorite. The course is short but challenging. Ive played it many time and never get bored. The pin placements make it very interesting.The food and service is amazing and I love stopping in the pub for a meal.Recently our cousin hosted a baby shower there and the service, food, and room were incredible.I am very impressed with all that Heritage has to offer.

Very cute place! I joined after going for community meetings. My husband loves the golf course, I love the food, and we both really enjoy the patio. Highly recommend going to eat.

Having lived close to the club for sometime ,I have attended many events on the property as well as golfed . I have found the food good, the staff [ both in house and grounds ] to be helpful and friendly .The course is well maintained and challenging ,I strongly urge you to see for yourself .As for the previous review by Chris C , he should stick to his norm of pulling the wings off flies, making drag queens cry ,or stretching his chode to the view, while his parents are supporting him .leave the reviews to the adults who contribute to society

Great quality food! Tad pricey.

Womens bathrooms were colder than the club and there was no hot or even warm water to wash hands.

The course and the staff are second to none in central Ohio. Ive probably played 100+ courses around the country but few are as nice as this one.

Everything about it was just super. They had the place set up so nicely for wedding reception of my son and his bride. Everyone from the busboys all the way up to the manager were pleasant, did their jobs well, were so helpful and they all had smiles on their faces at all times. It was like they had done it before, haha. Everything went smoothly, I dont think there was a problem to be had. The food was delicious, just the right amount and served in a timely manner. I would highly recommend anyone having a function at heritage. I have been to many, many functions here in the states and abroad and I would say that for this type of venue it would rate one of the top. You have a great bunch of employees and you should let them know. A compliment goes a long, long way. Thank you for taking care of what one of the most important evenings of their lives . Being one of a dying breed, while I greatly appreciated being able to smoke when we wanted to I felt bad that the 2places I found to smoke were right by the entrances to the club. I realize they are probably there so you could put your cigarettes out before going in but standing there smoking ( especially if more than one person) is, I imagine offensive to non smokers entering the building. While its good to have somewhere close to the entrance I think you need to maybe have a smaller receptacle at the door to extinquish your cigarettes and a smoking station away from any entrance or exit. But by all means please do not take it away all together. Just a thought. I carry my own receptacle with me so I dont throw the butts in the ground .

My wedding was beautiful and was great until I found out that someone who either attended my wedding or worked at venue stole from my gift box. If I was the only event there at the time I could possibly narrow it down but I wasn’t left things open so people were coming in going. I reached out to the manager and he didn’t even try to help me figure it out. They should at least have a policy in place if this was to ever happen to anyone. I lost a lot of gifts and respect at Heritage golf club. I do not recommend because the manager does not care!

My niece had her baby shower at Heritage Golf Club. Everything was excellent! The room was huge and allowed for all of the guests. Everything was clean, the bathrooms were close and also very clean! Employees were helpful. It was really a wonderful time!

Im a fairly new member, and so for I find it enjoyable. Im not a golfer, but I enjoy going around the course with my boyfriend. The renovations are nice and the food and drinks are great. The staff is incredible and kind. I wish they had a pool and gym facilities though so our children could be more active there as well.

What a dump. There is NO maintenance done on this property. It is falling apart. Paint is peeling off the clubhouse, access gates are ALWAYS broken, parking lot and cart paths are about 99% potholes and gravel (from all the broken pavement). For whatever reason, they thought installing a new driving range was more important than basic upkeep of their club.Other reasons this place sucks is that the food is awful. Youll get better food at the nearby McDonalds. The staff is rude, untrained, unknowledgeable, and may even try to physically fight you.Club Corp has grown rapidly over the last few years. Unfortunately, this has resulted in an inability to effectively oversee all their properties and leads to low quality establishments like this one in their portfolio.

Not sure what course or clubhouse Chris C saw. The course was wonderful, the staff was accommodating and the food was really good.

My husband and I love Heritage Golf Club! My husband is there often during golf season and we enjoy meeting our friends in the pub for dinner and drinks. The staff is very friendly and the food is good. Only downside is the pub can get a little noisy on the weekend evenings.

I had an amazing wedding at Heritage!!! The staff was so wonderful and Jody our planner was very detail oriented so we really got to have exactly what we wanted. We visited and decided we didnt want to look at any other venues because Heritage was the place for us. Now that the wedding is over we are a little sad because it was such an amazing experience!!

Nice track, tough Dye layout with firm and fast greens. Plenty o water and sand too!

My class reunion was held here. The facility was very nice; I was thoroughly impressed with how clean and spacious it was. The food was very good. Portion size was excellent.

Loaded potato soup and filet wedge salad. Very tasty!

I have played this course A lot of times and I must say it was probably not in the best of shape. The areas around 9 t box, 15 Fairway were not in very good shape at all and quite honestly the greens were very chewed up. As a member of another club the $90 green fees are too high for the quality of the golf course
