Initially had an issue with customer service. However, after speaking with the owners I have come to believe they are passionate about their business and want to create the best experience for their customers! I rate them 4 stars for fixing my issue quickly and following up!

The lady clerk was super helpful in trying to get me the online price, but the fact remains I drove all the way over here and the prices arent the same as on the website. Id rather buy nothing than leave feeling screwed over an uncomfortable strap-on harness at such an inflated price.

I appreciate how comfortable Nikki made me feel during my shopping experience. I most certainly will be back.

Associates dont know their products and items are always on Back order They will tell you hypothetical dates for shipment arrivals but they never check out. Order online or go somewhere else. Theyre not worth the hassle. You can call to see if an item arrived yet in advance only to arrive to an apology. Better quality stores Downtown

My wife and I LOVE this store! Its very intimate, giving it a more family feel! The employees are professional and knowedable about their toys! AND THEY ARENT SHY ABOUT LETTING YOU KNOW IF THEY USED SOMETHING PERSONALLY AND DIDNT CARE FOR IT! They get all of our business now! I sent a few of the other military wives there as well. ( their spouses are abroad) Their husbands were NOT disappointed!

I only gave them 2 stars because of their customer service. Overall, yesterday was my 1st and last time there. There wasnt anything in there that was to my liking and the toys were a little over priced. In addition there wasnt really anything in there either. I think Ill just order my stuff online elsewhere.
