Seriously, so much fun.Large group for a birthday party with kids. Staff was super attentive (special kudos to Erin for wondering and supporting my 6 year old in laser tag)she had a blast and wants to come back to see you Erin! :)Food was great, bowling was fun, felt very safe with COVID- I made a comment that my week sucked and they made the drinks extra yummy - the staff is incredible- we will be back. This place is very nice, well organized and has a lot of things in place to choose from.Big Bowling, video games -arcade with ticket to win and change for prizes, also they have pool tables, hockey table, virtual reality, zip line and restaurants.Good ambiance and great serviceIs fun for kids, teenager and adults.Cost is per play, no so cheap, but good for one or two hours for fun with kids.On Monday they have special prices.

As others have said my review is based on the arcade. Brought my two kids here today. Place is really clean and doing a great job with Covid and being sanitary. If you’re doing unlimited bowling and laser tag, obstacle course it’s absolutely worth it and so much fun. Food and drinks are very good and worth the money. We had a good time. Reason for not giving 5 stars is the cost for the arcade is insanely over priced. I just don’t get why the arcade games have to be so ridiculously expensive. The value on arcade games is very bad. We will return but we won’t be there for arcade games. The cost per game is just insane. Absolutely not worth it at all. This place would be amazing if the arcade prices were somewhat realistic: Besides that, had a blast with laser tag and bowling.

Due to covid Main Event only allows a center amount of people in the build. I think we waited for about an hour but it was our second time trying to get in and figured we wait it out. We got there at 6:30 and there was a line. So plan on going a little earlier. Once we got in we sat down wherever in the dinner area. Our server took quite some time to get to us in getting drinks and order and we had another server serve our food so it was ok but for not being busy it shouldnt have taken so long. After eating we played in the arcade area. I will say that maybe little less then half the games were taped off but not enough to not have fun. Over all Main Event was fun food was great and games were enjoyable just the serve was slow.

Worst bowling alley Ive ever been on. At first I thought it was because it was new but 2 years later and it is still trash. Great place to catch covid-19 though!

This place is awesome! Great place for elementary age kids, up to maybe high school age? The zipline is sweet, the food is actually legit, and the staff was very friendly! So much better than Chuck-E-Cheez or similar arcades. We used a gift card, but without it the price would have been less than $100 for 2 adults and 2 kids for dinner and a couple of solid hours of entertainment. Well be back for sure.

This place is so much fun! We went after breakfast and left before dinner. We were thoroughly entertained the whole time. Lorenzo is my hero!

Lets just say that there probably arent many parents around that are HUGE fans of places like this. Besides handing out a complimentary Xanax at the door, there really isnt anything this place needs to improve upon. One of my very well-known reviews is of Boondocks in Parker. Its like the seventh circle of hell. Main Event is completely opposite even though the layouts are almost identical. The staff here are VERY courteous and professional despite their young age. We had a party today for my daughters 7th birthday. 18 children is enough stress. The people here made it so easy! Very attentive and customer service centered. My boycott on the grown-up Chuck e cheese type places is officially over! I may even have my company party here! We will absolutely be back.

It was actually fun and not too pricey. The drinks were good and games unlimited until 12am. Didnt try the food but its a more modern Dave and busters.

My review goes only based off of the arcade, i love the amount of games here they have a good variety and some of my favorite (pop the lock/crossy roads) but the games are pretty expensive, if they have some sort of deal out of the week for cheaper games or more points take it! I spent around 50 and blew through it within 30 minutes, and I was skipping out on the games that eat your points (coin pusher games/card drop games) their prize selection was not bad at all! It was better than some other arcades Ive been to. If you come here for other attractions aside from the arcade I would recommend! Or if youre willing to blow extra money on the arcade then you can get a lot of bang for your buck.

We had an issue where the ski ball machine didnt dispense the balls , but the staff was super nice and helpful. Had a bunch of fun and would recommend for any family

Because we stod outside in the freezing weather for 1 hour and they did not let us in even though our mom and dad where already inside. Us kids had to stand out in the 20 degree weather to get kicked out and get separated for life from our parents. Never ever go here, it is a pooooooooop house. Id say Main Event is a pretty swanky place. Came here to celebrate a birthday and bowled for 2 hours. The place was clean and the bowling was great. The pizza was pretty filling and pretty good quality. They also had lots of arcade and different things to do which looks like you could spend quite a bit of time here and still be entertained.

We had a group of around 30 people for a bachelor / bachelorette party at Main Event Highlands Ranch. The facility was very impressive and had so much to do! We got the package with bowling, laser tag, and the arcade, which was a big success. We did the Mexican dinner buffet, but requested that it be all vegetarian. Unfortunately, something got mixed up and they prepared some meat as well. I was told that it would be thrown out if we had them take it back, so I let them serve it - which my fiance and I were NOT happy about. John and the staff were extremely nice and helpful throughout the evening and the price was quite good, so overall we had a fantastic time!

We got the all day passes and totally got our monies worth. The kiddos were absolutely worn out after all the Lazer Tag, Sky Walking, and Video Games. Had a few a troubles with the games and the staff was always quick to assist and make it right. These guys went above and beyond. Highly recommended for anybody. Bowling, Lazer Tag, Games Galore, Pool Tables, Food, Beer and Cocktails.

WOW Kerry did more than meet expectations! She did amazing! The whole thing was organized, positive and full of fun! I would recommend Kerry to anyone looking for a fun, positive experience at Main event She was amazing with the kids and adults. She is very attentive and friendly. I can not say enough good things about her.

This place is awesome! My family of 3 had a great first experience. We played almost all of the arcade games, which are very modern and challenging enough to be fun but not so challenging my 4 year old couldnt play. It was also really affordable since we could share 1 play card for 4 hours of fun. We will definitely be coming back for the bowling, billiards, and climbing stuff soon!

We hosted my sons birthday party here and it was an absolute blast! We started off with bowing where our host Kerry got everyone drinks and set the lanes up for us. The food for the kiddos was great as well as the pizza for the adults. They did laser tag, ropes course, a scavenger hunt and ended with arcade games. This was a memorable party with little stress from me as a parent. Our party host Kerry deserves a huge shout out for her hospitality. She kept all 15 kids engaged and excited the whole time! She was such a nice and happy person that made me feel like she genuinely enjoyed making this day special for us.

Very fun place. Best to go when the crowds are lower. Hard to find a place to sit and get advice when they are busy, busy, but that is to be expected. Had a really great time. Will definitely do it again!

Food very good, choices of entertainment fun.However, It was our first time there, initial service was poor; the hosts at the front restaurant failed to relay the front restaurant venue had been completely reserved.Also, they did not tell us there were tables by the bowling lanes we could use to seat 7 people.We found that out on our own.The server at the bowling venue saved the evening by taking our orders and made sure our food arrived. She noticed we did not receive our food after 20 or 30 minutes-the menu kiosks did not work. Besides celebrating all our families birthdays together, she in particular, made our visit a very special one. Thank you to our wonderful observant server for all your help.

This is a new and fairly impressive establishment. The food and drinks were pretty good, but not excellent. The games and other things are plentiful and diverse. This is a good place to take the kids on a rainy day or to have a birthday party. It does get a little pricey.

My daughter, 10 years, had her birthday party at Main Event at Highlands Ranch this past weekend. The entire process, including booking the event, went so smoothly. All the kids had so much fun and the parents even commented on how easy the staff makes it on the parents. Our hostess, Lauren, was fabulous! She accomodated us in anyway she could. She took the kids to and from the different activities, cleaned the tables, served the food, and made everything fun! We would definitely book another party here again. Thank you!!!

A lot of fun activities for the entire family. It can be expensive, but there is an option to pay for hours of arcade time as opposed to each game itself. Food is good, service a bit slow,but everyone is nice. Overall a good place to have a family outing.

Brought our entire family from 3 different states during the Thanksgiving holiday to celebrate a 3 yr old and a 17 yr old birthday. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. From checking in and paying to getting us shoes- even when a few had to adjust their sizes later! Jonathon was our wait staff as we bowled and he was AMAZING! They definitely understand customer service!

This place is fantastic. Threw a surprise party for my girlfriend with very little notice and the staff was more than accommodating. Had a blast, drink prices are very fair and the overall environment was wonderful and welcoming for all ages. Will most certainly be back.

Upon seating with my family of four and trying to order food, we werent acknowledged for over 20 minutes. When we were finally acknowledged, we had just decided to leave due to service. The server replied with okay. And let us leave without a care in the world.

Great place ,kind staff

This place is packed with fun activities for adults and kids. They have a full bar and billiards area that we hung out at... We were able to get 4 games in before they nonchalantly asked us to give up our table. So definitely not a place you can go to JUST play pool and drink a few ones. We bought the unlimited package so I was kind of surprised that unlimited was in fact limited. Also price point for their drinks seemed higher than you would see at a bar.

We took two little ones there for an early trick or treat evening on Halloween. It was perfect! It was warm and costumes could be seen. The kids could play games and get candy! It saved what would have been a very cold wet, not so fun walk in the dark.

Thank you so much for a fun Halloween event! It was nice having somewhere to trick or treat where it was warm and all the kids had a lot of fun! We will absolutely be back soon so they can play.

That place is fun with plenty to do. Can get to be a bit pricey but I think that should be expected at a place like this. However there were several staff members that were just not helpful (seemed impassive) and there was no friendly customer service from many of them. It wasnt enough to ruin anything but it would be nice if more of them responded clearly to simple questions and didnt just shrug you off.

I like the Food, Drinks, and Games at this establishment. The staff is friendly.

The staff was fantastic! The managers were everywhere helping everyone. John, in the Events department, made everything as easy as possible.

Its like a smaller version of Dave and Busters. We had a company holiday party catered by the main event with three hours of unlimited play. We bowled, played arcade and carnival games, drank and had a great time with everyone. Very Family Friendly. The food was basic bar/child friendly fair and it was tasty - think chicken fingers, mini hotdogs, wings, etc.

This was my first time here, and I gotta say it was a lot of fun. Its super easy to earn ticket points as well, so thats always an added bonus.

Great atmosphere. But don’t order food EVER when busy. Sadly they have too much business for the amount of people staffed. Waited 45min for food before being told the ticket was not back in kitchen and they really didn’t know where the food was. One of bar tenders was very nice and communicated well with us the mistake but in the end a manager was called and still didn’t come for another 15min.

I was here when Bradley Roby and Brandon Marshal came in for the Strikes for Kids foundation and I had a blast! The wings were on par with BWW and I won a couple signed pictures from the silent auction! I highly reccomend bringing your kids here for the time of their lives! The games are seemingly endless, the have mini games that you can play during your bowling session, and THEY HAVE A ZIPLINE COURSE FOR CHRIST SAKES! Who wouldn’t go here for some weekend fun?!

We hosted a scout ceremony at this Main Event. The facility was great fun, and the staff were all absolutely amazing. Every one of the employees there went above and beyond to help us host this event and to make sure our scouts had a wonderful time. I cant reccomend this place and their wonderful staff enough. Plenty of fun things to do here. I had time to watch the NFL playoffs, have a beer with some delicious grub while the kids could play all the games they wanted to.

We were at this location for a south Metro Denver Chamber event. The business added 120 cards to give to our members for 60 minutes of play on video games. The food was good that was catered and we had good service at the event. I would definately go back and play some of their games and enjoy their food. I was pleased that the Chamber was at this location...

Great place for a date or fun with friends. Im an adult (arguably) and was looking for an arcade that wasnt just for kids and was happy to check out this spot. Impressed with all the games and how well kept it is. Better than Dave and Busters on price and quality of the area. If you are looking for a place to act like a kid with a beer in your hand, look no further. Ill be coming back. Also, Jimmy was an awesome host.

Arcade, bowling, laser tag, sky ropes course, pool tables. The 4 hour time block flew by. Food and bar on site as well as ice cream spot. Loads of fun. Great for f as milies, date night and groups.

The food was marginal, and the games were strange, some of them wouldnt let you play them more than once. It was frustrating. The drinks were watered down a lot and my bar tender as really rude.....Basically its a great place for kids. With laser tag, the aerial obstacle course, and bowling it can be fun. I dunno.... I wont be going again but if you have kids theyll probably have an aneurysm with how much fun theyll have

Such fun for all ages! Our daughter had a blast with the ropes course, Lazer tag and all the fun games! We went for a friends party and will definitely return for more family fun. It is a bit noisy but overall - such fun!!!

Been there on New Years Day. Had to wait in the line to grab a game card for a considerably very loooong time. I had a gift card and kiosks doesnt accept gift card sadly. Didnt make sense. However, my kid had great fun at the arcade though.

Great staff, lots of activity choices, and good deals on different days. If you have any issues, management is great about dealing with them and ensuring a good experience.

This place was fantastic. We spent 6 hours in there and it was worth every dollar spent.

Wonderful game selection. Helpful staff. Keep in mind the Monday deal is EITHER arcade games or activities. You will have to pay twice for both. Which is still a great deal but I did call them and they said the price included both options, so thats kinda confusing.

Our experience was less than desired. The food was AWFUL and I would definitely recommend eating across the street before visiting! Our server, Kersten, had two entire sections on a Saturday night and simply couldn’t keep up. We had to order our drinks multiple times and finally spoke to a manager, David. He did his best to make it right but there was only so much he could do.The games were working and the kids seemed to have a good time but the value just wasn’t there. Next time I’ll take the extra 15 min and drive to D&B, much better food, games, and value. Fun place to relax and play games. Only complaint is that the countertops and the menus were gross and sticky.

This is more of a family oriented place compared to dave and busters. The pricing food/play combos are similar to dave and busters. All in all its decent for the price. Food is mostly burgers, fries, and finger foods. Not like D&Bs menu. I like this place better than Round One (screw up your membership gaming card) and D&B (too many people and its kinds dirty and run down).

Great place to hang out with friends and family , can be better comparing to boondocks.

The Summer Fun Pass was a great value. We had a great day doing laser tag, bowling, gravity walking, and playing arcade games. The staff are super helpful and nice! Definitely recommend this place.

The first time we went we had a TERRIBLE experience. I sent a private message since they were newly opened. The manager, Michelle was amazing and took great care of my family.The second time was AMAZING! Personally had a good time food isnt bad the VR gaming is space but cool the staff seemed fed up and tired though didnt seem like they wanted us to be there other than that fun place just like another D&B or like the old school fat city

Came here with 4 couples in their 30s. The environment is fun and it’s easy to have a good time here. The food was up to standards, but don’t go to a chili’s and complain how the steaks are better at Morton’s (if you know what I mean). The experience and food were everything our birthday party could have hoped it’d be. It wasn’t until we saw their conflict resolution tactics that I knew I couldn’t go above 2-stars in this review. Here is the gist of how our evening was ruined:We got boisterous walking from lazer tag, loud and laughing. A girl yelled something at us then to her boyfriend to which we responded, “what?”, and then quickly move on to the bar some 50 yards away. While having our final cheers of the night, the girl comes storming over from across the entire place to continue yelling at us. We have no idea what is going on, so it’s no surprise that our nervous laughter was not helping. The boyfriend begins stepping toward everyone - which includes our wives and girlfriends - so I step between that situation. I’m trying to calmly tell him to move on, he’s not big, he’s picking a battle for his girl over nothing, and that there is no possible way this is a situation he wants to create. All the while we are looking over his should and a girl with us is hollering, “hello?! Anyone seeing this?”. Long story short, he initiated some physically to which the staff finally took notice.This is where the staff earned it two star - mostly black pony tailed male employee. They intervened, we told them how we were being accosted, the girl is still having a drunken freak out saying we attacked them while barely standing - and this one manager goes into full white knight and starts giving into every single demand of someone who is hysterical. Our group is begging they keep this couple away from us but instead cuts us off and says he can investigate the cameras. Obviously we loved this idea and decided not to leave in protest simply to see some egg on face - we wanted a little justice. Boy did it come. Not only did he give in to all this girls hysterics, but he called the POLICE for them! So we eagerly waited for the cops to come and look at the tapes of this couple screaming then storming 50 yards across the building to accost some strangers. This is where the manager showed his truest colors, he had made up his mind we were the bad guys and acted, in my mind illegally, to ensure no one saw the evidence.He came back and told the police that there was nothing visible on the cameras, that the confrontations were just out of sight, and that it was he said she said now. Because the cops didn’t want to be there in the first place, they happily left, and our group was left not believing that nonsense for a second. We were thrown under the bus from square one and essentially victim blamed for and hour. I’ll come back when that gentleman isn’t on a heroes mission to accost books he’s judged from the cover. This is easily my most scathing post yet at the request of the birthday boy who’s girlfriend was in tears afterward.

We considered several other venues, but landed on Main Event Highlands Ranch for our 2019 company Christmas party! Toured it today and everything looks awesome, and the price is great considering what is included. The team is going to LOVE it!

Will cost you some $$$$. But is quite a bit of fun. Can get pretty busy. So try and go in off time during the week.

I was skeptical of another video game/laser tag/bowling etc. place as many of them seem to be overpriced or really dont care about customer service.So far this hasnt been the case for Main Event. Its a good combination of many different activities. One interesting addition is their ropes course. I did it as a 40+ year old and it is fun once, but I wouldnt do it again. My kids would be interested in doing it over and over again. Video games are fun. Wish there were more.Id say their prices are reasonable and they often have good deals. Hope that doesnt change.

Its like 10 buck for unlimited arcade games for an hour - kids wont have to bug their parents for more and more tokens. A flat rate for an hour of bowling for up to 5 people.Staff are fairly efficient, place is incredibly clean and well kept which is pretty amazing considering the foot traffic through the establishment.VR stuff, Bowling, ropes course thingy, laser tag, games, prizes, lots of food and alcohol for the adults.The crowd was actually pretty good - didnt see anything/anyone sketchy or groups of hooligans (lol).

The evening itself was fun, but the start of the evening was rocky. We had four couples and had reserved lanes and purchased wristbands in advance. When we arrived, our lanes were not reserved and our wristbands had expired. They had accidentally input the incorrect date when we originally purchased which is what caused the problem. In the end, we were able to get two lanes for bowling (instead of the four originally reserved) and they reissued the wristbands, but it took a LONG time for them to get everything squared away. The biggest disappointment was being treated like an inconvenience. The reason we purchased and reserved everything in advance was to ensure things went smoothly and our group had fun. It was embarrassing for us.

Great arcade with the best modern selection of games as well as your classic arcade titles. With newer titles such as Beat Saber VR and Tomb Raider you can welcome yourself to the future of the arcade here. The bowling is great as well, no complaints here. Theres clean restrooms with lots of stalls. Didnt get a chance to try the food but it did look pretty tasty, definately will have to try next time. All in all a great experience for large or small groups with plenty to do that will keep you busy for hours on end!

It’s pretty pricy now that the week day $7 special thing is done, but it is a super fun place! The girl who has been there running laser tag the past 3 times I’ve been, I think her name is Trina, she is just great. Knowledgeable and lively! She has made us feel welcome every time I’ve come. I give her and the laser tag experience 5 stars, the whole place 4 overall because of the prices and some of the front desk employees.
