Kids love the place I just find the prices a lil high tho but over all nice place to take the kids to have fun..

Great place for kids to go of all ages. You sign up when you come in and they give you wrist bands. You choose how long and pay for the time and a pair of special gripping socks that are reusable. Its priced well and the staff are friendly. They have staff everywhere to keep an eye on the kids and help out. Theres an arcade and party rooms for birthdays. It also has foam pits and small obstacle courses and a dodgeball area. I will definitely be back.

Fun place for kids and adults. Its not as big as i thought it would be but was worth taking kids there. They dont have much activity for little ones which was kind of boring but they do have a ninja course for older kids which i really liked.Coming to the pricing i think 8$/hr for little ones is a bit much and 3$ for a pair of socks is ridiculous. They have a good deal on Tuesdays which is bogo free hr. We will definitely go on a Tuesday.

Be aware, Not drinks and food are allowed. Inside drinking machine 3 dollars.Took my 2 kids on Saturday night from 9pm to 11pm. Place was loud.... kids are kids right, anyway that was just too much of noises to be honest. However my wife and I knew something was fixing to happened with so many unsupervised young ones and it sure did.....more than a dozen kids yelling while 2 of them try to get into a fight.....chaos...well.... whatelse can we expect if you allowed kids to come in without supervision.Plus, no free internet, you have to pay for it.Not sure if I coming back to this location.

Bad experience coming here, just go to the one in Greensboro you guys! The staff was very negative and not helping at all. When we first came in we needed help and they just looked at us and kept talking or on their phones. When we went to go pay for our hourly jump she asked 4 times who was all jumping and we told her everyone was in the group including my mother who is a little older, she asked her twice is she gonna jump and my mother proceeded to say “why yes, can older people not jump” in a joking manner, the younger lady then said “no not really”. So that was already a red flag for all of us. We then proceeded to pay the amount of $87.00, yes $87.00, including the socks! (Which keep in mind you can go to the Greensboro center and they will give you the socks for free). As the jumping went along I had to go use the bathroom, went inside and the bathrooms had not been cleaned, there was pee on everything, one of the bathroom sinks was clogged up and looked like it had hair all over it. One of the toilets wouldn’t flush and it was just discussing overall. The experience was just bad. Never going back again.

Do not sign up for monthly membership unless you plan on checking your statement every month. I even sent this email to customer serviceI’ve been trying to settle this issue in store but have been given the run around for almost if not right at a month now. I’m trying not to have to file fraud on my card and go about this as civil as I can. I signed my nephew up along with my three children a membership. I planned to have my children ongoing and only signed my nephew up for one month only as it was cheaper to do that then pay for one day. So I cancelled his membership 1.5 weeks or so after I tried to cancel a few days later but was told I needed to wait or there would be a fee which was fine I waited then I told the get air in high-point I wanted to cancel I thought it was cancelled and never checked back on it. I kept my children ongoing but then found out I was having surgery and I wouldn’t be able to bring them so then I cancelled theirs as well. A couple of months went by and I noticed I was still being charged ‘. ‘m for one membership I called to see if they messed up and forgot to cancel one of my children because surely it couldn’t be my nephew that was cancelled first and turns out it was they were still charging me. I called the high point location and was talking to an employee who was talking to his manager Brian and was told they’d contact corporate and give them 7-10 business days it would be fixed well it never got fixed I called back 1-2 times a week since then and a manager seemed to never be there when I called. I called two days ago and was told Brian had to leave early because his basement flooded at home they gave me his personal cell number and also told him to give me a call he never did and I didn’t want to bug him if he was dealing with that at home. Fast forward to today I called his cell left a voicemail and also called the store the lady tried to go get him he wouldn’t come to the phone said he was doing paperwork and would return my call today. He never called me back so now I’m at the point where I’ve given plenty of time to be reimbursed for the stores mistake that’s almost $60 I work hard for my money and can’t believe how unprofessional this is being handled I have my own business and this just isn’t the way this is the last step I know to do before seeing what my bank can do and putting on all social networks to warn others of thisThanks so muchThat was sent a few days ago no response and still no call back from the manager. I’m a single mother and work hard for my money my kids love this place but will take my business elsewhere since they do not value their customers and steal their hard earned money! It’s not my fault the membership wasn’t cancelled on their end and now I can’t trust them to get another membership for them.

I love this location! First time I have ever experienced a location as this! Staff was outstanding, the entire place was clean, good music, tons of trampolines, basketball, Dodge ball, ninja warrior set up on one side and the list goes on! I absolutely recommend you go and take the kids...even of youre an adult like me and are a big kid still! It was wonderful! Im sore as hell but totally worth the first time experience! Check it out...you wont be sorry!

We love this place on Tuesdays and Thursdays for toddler time from 10-12! I wouldn’t take my kids during a regular time for safety reasons (nothing against the business, I just don’t want them jumping with bigger people!). There are usually 5-10 families, so there is plenty of room for the kids to run free!

The monthly membership is great for kids. I take my younger brother and he has so much fun! There are many kids who go there regularly so he sees a familiar face every time he goes and has made friends easily. Great place, very family oriented.

Phenomenal experience!!! This was my first time to a trampoline park and I loved it. Get Air was FANTASTIC!!Came here with my friend Dan and our girls while the wives went dress shopping. We all had a fantastic time. Played some Dodgeball, did the Obstacle Course, jumped around on all the trampolines and even spent some time in the Foam Block Pits. Wrapped it all up with some cookies and a run in the Hurricane Simulator.If youre looking for something fun and to wear your kids out, this is definitely the place. A+ experience. Will definitely be going again.

To be honest weve never been when it was insanely busy, which I prefer. There have always been enough kids to play a dodge ball game, or to interact with during jumping. The staff have always been very polite, and keep a close eye on the kids. My children have always had a fabulous time. Some of the rules people have complained about are for safety, and no, there is no flexibility. I have no issue with that. Just because you sign a waiver that doesnt give you a license to behave recklessly or foolishly and endanger yourself or others (go figure). I would definitely recommend Get Air if your kids love to jump, and want to spend a couple of hours working out energy. (Great for rain days, super hot and humid days... and for those days theyve been cooped up for awhile).

If I can give this place zero stars I will! Coming up to a 4 year old grabbing her arm to check for bracelets! Which she had on then proceed to talk with her about her socks we been playing for a good 30 minutes why now to fight about socks! All the staff did there was give us dirty looks and laughing. We paid for 4 kids! The 2 young toddlers we didn’t because they would be scared did they jump a little; yes! But saying we didn’t pay and the treatment we got. We left before the hour and wanted our money back! Didn’t fight for it because Wasn’t worth it. Staff and manager focused on money and following us instead of safety of kids and everyone there. I wasn’t going to write a review but after coming home and my daughter telling me that guy grabbed my hand to check my bracelet and she was scared. I’m furious now!! First and last time! Take your money some where else!

Very small place, not much activities to do. The ball pitt is only for the smaller children. Not very pleased with the staff, maybe it was not their day but they were very rude. Will not be coming back to this place! Dont throw away youre money, there are better places for kids around the area....

Worst customer service ever! My host wasn’t even a host, I never saw her. Gave me wrong quotes on parties, was told it was because to book parties the local number routs you to the call center. They was very rude about the situation. My party came with two pizzas and two drinks.. no one ever gave me the drinks.. it wasn’t worth what I paid but the children had fun ... guess that’s all that matters. Just didn’t like the rude employees

Excellent family outing. Great fun for children and adults

We had a blast. I was jumping around like a kid and tossing my kids around to boot. The foam blocks had a bit of harry dust on them so I will likely about jumping in those too much next time. Prices seemed a little steep, especially compared to the same kind of facility near us in N. VA, but it was still worth it to wear the kids out. We will likely visit again next time we are in town. Hopefully we will remember to bring our special grip socks that we paid extra for.

Fun place for the kids. Would be five stars but two things kept me from giving that rating. One, theres no lounge area for adults. Two, they need to be more on top of the idiots who sit in the massage chairs and dont pay, setting off the annoying alarms and they dont get the F out of the chairs, wanting to be comfortable at the expense of everyone around them.

Great place but as someone that was there for the first time, with small children, we got no explanation about where we could go or what we could or couldnt do.

Me and my son LOVE GET AIR! It’s a clean, safe, and friendly environment. Fun for all ages from young to old it brings out the kid in you!

My daughter loves this trampoline park! We went in a Sunday morning, and it wasnt crowded at all which was wonderful. Well be back!

There needs to be some sort of police or employee supervision on saturday nights as a lot of kids are either not even being brought there by parents or most of them in the parking lot arent even here to use the facility, instead they just harass people, run around crazy, wheelie their bikes all through peoples cars in the parking lot or start fights with each other. They are even hanging outside the building long after get air has closed down. I know kids will be kids but when theres no one there to watch or take responsibility for their behavior its going to eventually lead to bad business image or somebody getting hurt.

My nephew is having a blast! For the price, you have good, clean family fun for all! I gave 4 stars because of all the smaller children there. It was Saturday afternoon, it was tiny kids, and my nephew is 8.

Small but we had an ok time! The bathrooms were filthy. No tissue, dirty toilet seats, sticking floor, and all. Also, one of the two water fountains were broken.

Great place for kids of all ages. Visited as part of a birthday party all of the kids had fun, the staff was very helpful and polite.

The people were nice. The pizza is ordered from Papa Johns. The kids had a great time. Pretty pricey.

I had a birthday at get air and the staff did not help out and the boys were very rude and rough playing dodgeball it had said in the rules no rough play but the staff said he had been watching us for 30mins well I would not go there anymore I would just go to sky zone

Get Air is for younger children like ages 2-8. I took my daughter and her friend who 10 and 12 years old. I paid for 1 hour they made it about 30 minutes. Said it boring nothing for them to do. It was pack with a lot of younger children. Wont be back again just because my child and her friends are older.

My son loved his birthday party there and everyone was very helpful. Would recommend.

NEVER EVER again on a Saturday night! It was out of control!!! The management turned the lights down an hour later than scheduled while trying to gain control. They needed police there. Bad mix of 3-18 year olds jumping together
