This is a great establishment. The coaches are great especially Lauren the Pre-K coach. However there are so many good coaches for the big kids too I have a little one and a big one so Ive experienced both. Theyve also found a great way to make a Corona safe but still be actual gymnastics classes or practices!

Repeats everything every week and went there for a year and didnt like it. The coaches wouldnt do anything new. Nothing good happened. All they did was repetitively.

My kids have been coming here for a few years and they love it!

I love mid island gymnastics my daughters enjoy each class

My son loves his gymnastics class and looks forward to it every week!Just had his birthday party a few weeks ago. The ninja party was awesome!I got many compliments from guests about how the party was organized—children broken into groups and rotating to each event. No child had to wait long for a turn. My son and his guests had a blast!

LOVE IT HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10coaches are amazing

We have been here since my daughter was 2.5- it’s like a second home! We love the coaches!
