We had my daughters 4th birthday party here & although with the pandemic, social distancing, etc.. we had a really great time!! Im not a big fan of the food though, its not the best pizza & its expensive. In 4 hours we spent well over $100 with just 2 adults & 1 child!! But it was a very good experience & that is why I am giving 5 stars!! The manager was constantly wiping down all games & rides repeatedly too!! We will most definitely be going back!!

Had my sons 3rd birthday party here and it was amazing I loved it! they do everything for u the only thing we had to worry about was cake and presents and we paid for 2 hr party but the people after us cancelled so we actually got the party area from 1:30-5:30 and then between the bracelets ended up playing games until about 7:30 and still had time left on the bracelets plus the extra we got for booking online would highly recommend doing parties here to anyone and u cant beat it for the $$$$$

Pizza was better tasting than last time before Covid-19 new system not as nice than tickets way better think machine was way off on points on card tickets . No we had more than it was counting. Personal were very nice .No chucky performance.

Came to get pizza and support a local business during Covid-19 Phase 2. Food was good, fair priced and ready for pick-up in about 15 minutes.Side note: they offer stuffed crust which is cool.

We had a great experience here yesterday. It is pricey but that’s to be expected. It was very crowded but there are plenty of games for all the kids. Looked like several parties were going on. Really nice place. Kids loved it.

Cant beat the carryout deals! $5 large cheese pizzas and theyre delicious. We get the $5 winflgs and cheesey bread too!

Decided to try out the pizza during the pandemic. Although the staff was very nice and prices were extremely low, pizza wasnt as good as I remember.

I am now almost 14 years old and I loved coming here when I was younger my last visit here was when I was 11 I loved to come and play games win tickets and the most part about it was dancing with Chuck E. Me and my nephew went and had a great time. The games were well kept and very clean. The food is good. I also like the idea of the child check in. To the staff great job.

My niece had her third birthday here, and theyre very attentive, professional. It was so easy, we literally didnt have to do a thing other than enjoy!!!

I couldnt believe how smug and unfriendly the staff was. During the ticket blast where they throw free tickets, the lady walked around with a snarl on her face saying nothing to the kids. 2 of the ticket counters were jammed. more than 5 games were out of tickets and we were compensated with 11 tickets. Not to mention we waited 15 minutes at the prize counter before anyone helped us. Wish the staff was better.

We celebrated our childrens birthdays here yesterday, we do each year. We are never disappointed. Out hostess is always amazing. The kids had the best time. The value for the money is excellent. We leave with a car full of goodies and VERY happy (and tired) kids. Thank you so much for always making our children feel like the most important guests!

My 3 year old had a blast and she even got to see chucky cheese. Everyone was very nice and the pizza was great.

Love the way they stamp family together for safety kids enjoyed the visit prices a bit high for the amount of time kids get and prizes could be lower costs for the kids it can take a lot of time for them to amass the tickets

Fun experience. My children loved it and that’s all that matters. Only complaint is that the dang parents are so competitive in there over tickets. It’s crazy.

I take my brother here quite often. It’s fun and close by. We generally come on Friday’s and do their pizza buffet, but they stopped doing the buffet as a whole so that sucks. It well maintain and CLEAN ! The staff are so kind and attentive its always fun at the Woodbury location.

I like this place because my kids have so much fun, but this couple times like today the place was very dirty pizza on the floor and soda in some of the rides, but specially the restroom no paper and paper towels all over the floor. Overall service is okay..

Had my Grandson a Birthday party there. It was not worth what it costs. Tried to charge extra for every little thing. Even the cups!Who orders an all inclusive Birthday party package with 3 large pizzas & No drinks.... NOBODY! But he had a blast...Thats all that matters..

My little girl gets a reward when she deserves it, and I have the money. I usually spend 17 bucks for an hour of unlimited, and another three on bumping up her ticket prizes. Best 20 bucks spent on a 5 year old.

Great place for kids and the whole family I know my two kids and me and my wife had a blast decently priced and great service. The only thing I could say negative would be that I thought they were kind of understaffed even though the staff did a great job they were running around trying to keep up with everybody

We got wings they was ok but WAY over priced for no more then what you get. There fountain drink machine needs a MAJOR calibration it is no where near right. Other than that it was ok.

Fun for kids. They have great deals too. I just wish they had more ticket machine or transfer the tickets straight to the cards would be better. The ticket machine takes a long time if you go on a busy day. Also wish there was more people at the prize section so the line would go faster.

I have came here for birthday parties and they always turn out awesome! The pizza is pretty good and the kids always have a wonderful time. I wish it was bigger to have more room in there but it is a good place to go with kids, whether it be for a birthday party or to just have fun.

Meh. We took our daughter there for her birthday, wasnt quite the same as I remembered it. Ball pit and tunnels, climbing equipment and most anything else adventurous were all gone. Only noisy arcade games that reminded me of a gambling skill game for kids remained. We kept looking around for something else, thought maybe we were missing something? Nope. Only a robotic rat and pizza, ticket machines and small toys for a large amount of tickets. Sorry, but not impressed. My daughter even pouted all the way home. We did not sample the food, so cant say anything either way about that. Play rates were reasonable enough. Staff was friendly, despite all the noise. Couldnt work there myself, admire them for that! Id be in Chuck E. Cheese hell...

This place was a daggon LITmas fest they got games they got pizza they got beer and for the classy ones wine and if you have classy tiny ones soda. The games they gottem the tickets they rain them. Its like a strip club without the scantily clad women at that counter as your kids make it rain tickets like its the day after we got our tax return and hit up the king of diamonds. Toys oh they are also fresher then hand picked organic grass fed turnips. 10 outta 10. Its lit fam.

I had quit bringing my boys here but they added much better games in 2017. Also they have an unlimited card which you lets you play as much as you want for the time you buy.I have three boys and we play tons of games for one hour for $20, and they love it.I would give 5 stars but theyre good is crazy expensive. $21 for a large cheese pizza. It taste good but way overpriced.

It was really nice it just needed more floor people. Some of the games would stop working. But the people would fix them quick as they could or give tickets of they couldnt fix it. Friendly staff and food was good... Just wish they could more food options.

Still a great place to take your small kids to. Cant believe they got rid of Chuck E. CHEESE band.......... very disappointed. They tried to fix whats not broken, and still ended up breaking it

I went there with my family yesterday and only two people was working. I ordered a Salad and the salad bar was not fresh. they forgot to change the salad bar from the other night during closing. I then saw one of the employee take our drinks off the table and throw them away when we was still sitting at the table. I hope next time i get better service then this.

We first arrive 37 1/2 years ago. It was deep.

Food is ok. Not worth the price. Place is clean. Employees were really young and were annoyed by any questions or when the ticket counter was jammed up. The majority of games only give 1-4 tickets. Prizes worth anything cost at least 500 tickets. So plan on spending a lot of money.

There staff was great with our grandchildren.The pizza was ok, nothing to write home about... the facility was clean and staff was attentive. The babes had a good time and thats what we wanted.

My wife and I go there almost every weekend. Everything is clean and the employees are very helpful. This is an ideal place to host a fun and safe birthday for a child.

Pretty good location. Staff is friendly and were able to resolve the issue we had with one of the machines. Restrooms were ok as well. The buffet seems a bit on the sketchy side and I would not eat from it. Any pizza we ordered came out as we asked.

Way too expensive!! Games are great and kids have fun. They are able to get decent prizes and a lot of tickets for the games played. So I would say the games are a plus. If they go it would be to play games only. Food is ok but prices not so ok. I would recommend taking the children to play tire them out and have fun. You can do a coupon online for 20 bucks and use it over.

Eh. Not enough games, and they all cost 3-4 tokens. All the tickets go on your card, its hard to explain that to a kid and it lacks the excitement of paper tickets rolling out. Theres no jungle gym, no ball pit, no laser tag, nothing other than games and theres maybe 30 games at that. Best to go midday on a week day when no ones there or else youll be waiting in lines at each game.

They have really cleaned this place up. Where it used to smell like a cesspool, it smells pleasant and inviting now. And I like that they dont have a ball pit or a play area that the kids climb into anymore because those are impossible to keep clean.

Ive been here a few times. The last two times most of the staff were younger adults/ teenagers and were hard to find when you needed them and very rude when they came around. I understand it can be frustrating dealing with kids and parents all day , but at the same time ,I am paying a lot of money for overpriced pizza and games while trying to teach the kids NOT to be rude. We waited for about 20 minutes with a large line forming just to get our tickets cashed in. I gave it 3 stars simply because they let adults play to.

This is my childrens favorite place to go! I have to give a shout out to the hickory one though they did their job when it came to security..my 2 year old slipped right out from under me while Im also chasing my 6 year old. They stopped everything and we found her standing in a corner. This momma was absolutely terrified beyond measure and my sweet girl was too. They have the latest games and I love the 30.00 for 2 hours deal.

It was wonderful. We had great grandsons birthday party there. Every one had a great time. Lots of free games and served pizzas. Had pictures made with Chuckee Cheese. Kids had a ball!.

Didnt get any food but it was a nice experience. The electronics in the front with the cards and loading those need to be explained...I am not good with that stuff but there wasnt any around there. I had to figure out what to do on my own.

The most expensive plays I have ever had a birthday party. Ive now heard about unlimited birthday tokens which would make things a little easier on the pocket. I do not believe you get your moneys worth from going here taking your children here for a birthday party especially. Is a nice place nice staff however when I had the birthday party here every table in the building was full and staff acted as though they did not know who they were supposed to serve. Also not being able to bring chips ice cream anything other than a cake is kind of a deal breaker. I want my kids to have a birthday party to remember rather than a place he remembers by the hectic drama. I would suggest having the actual birthday party else where and then as a suprise come here for this you wpuld get to do for your party what you would like not what is allowed and also would get to save hundreds that could be put towards your child instead of making someone else salary.

I love this place. For little ones with sensory issues this place is great. No overly loud sounds and lights, well lit, easy to navigate also. The staff is beyond helpful and nice as well. Not a fan of their food, but the skee ball makes up for that!
