Terrific place to watch a school band concert and a play. Updated seating is very comfortable and most every seat has a good view of the stage. The sound is fantastic in the auditorium and school bands sound so much better than other places that they would normally perform from. Parking is good for a college campus with a wide variety of locations and types of parking spaces.

Wonderful especial event.

This was our first time hearing the Western Piedmont Symphony orchestra. They did an excellent job and had an awesome pianist. The auditorium is spacious and works well for the symphony.

Stage is great. Not much room behind back drop due to new equipment. Sound system improved tremendously. Only place around to house hundreds for a show!

PE Monroe Auditorium is a very nice facility. We enjoy every visit. The stage is well lit. There is not a bad seat in the house.

The seats are ridiculously close both front and back and sides...sitting for hours can become uncomfortable..ac blows good though so it could always be worse lol

Great auditorium. Recent enhancements make it a much more comfortable event location... However every time I have been here it has been FREEZING COLD. I never complain about the cold except at PE Monroe auditorium. We bring blankets to every event we attend here.

Great venue, however seriously uncomfortable seating. Auditorium is not too large, good views from most seats.

From the Writers Series to the Western Piedmont Symphony this venue is wonderful! The Unifour area is very fortunate to have LRU.
