Always friendly staff. Always clean.

Worse cinema experience ever. The staff was unfriendly and the food was dreadful. The room was dirty and it smelled like vomit. The chairs were ripped and uncomfortable. They refused to refund my ticket so I disputed the charge via AMEX.

I’ve always liked this theater because it’s close by to me with convenient show times. However, now they’ve completely taken out mornings and early afternoons I can’t watch anything. Since everything either starts sometimes at 3 or Mainly at 4. I have school until 12 and I have to be at work before 4 and weekends aren’t really an option for me. So now this convenient theater isn’t as convenient anymore and now I might have to consider driving further to another theater. Which sucks majorly since the closest movie theater other than this one is expensive. Hopefully it’ll get better but I don’t think it will.

Its nice, but I wish they had the poster boards or cut out of the featured movies. I took my kids to see Frozen 2 and it would have been nice to capture those moments for her. She loves Frozen!!

Its pretty average, as theatres go. The seats are relatively comfortable, though some recline more than others. Ive only been once, so far, but had to wait almost 10 minutes to get tickets, even though there were only three people in front of us (including the people currently being helped).

It was okay, not my favorite theater and also while standing in line to get your food everyone is on top of you breathing on you and your space.. a little hard to stand in line while I had all of my family members and all the children with me that were under the age of 6 there was no accommodation while waiting for food but I brought it to their attention with making a better line arrangements.. not that great with customer service.. my family Although my family and I enjoyed the movie Ambominable

Today Room # 9 when we enter the air conditioner off, the chairs line H6 H5 damaged, also damaged line F almost lying on the floor. who is the manager of this place . The only good was sound. Sorru

Customers are able to purchase their Tickets with Cash or Credit Cards..The Didnt Offer a Senior Discounts ..The theater is Hugh and the restrooms are Handicap accessible..The Food counter offers Package deals.. Children have a Food deal..The seating is comfortable..The Parking Spaces are many..

Stopped in for a movie. I saw Midway. Good movie and the place was clean and nice. I was in Hialeah for business.

Terrible!! And I dont blame the establishment but actually the people they allow in!! I have never been able to watch a movie in peace. There will always be disrespectful teenagers screaming at each other during every movie because they dont know how to behave.

I will like everyone to know that the AMC Theatre Hialeah 12, is a wonderful location for seeing the latest movies. It will be great for more people to support this movie theatre. Thank you. The food is good as any other location.

Barely any parking. Staff isn’t friendly at all. Bathrooms are dirty and the seats inside are the seats from the 90s. Movies stopped halfway through. Only theater in Hialeah so I’m guessing if you have no option it gets the job done. But if you have a choice go else where

Friendly staff. It was very clean and although the employees looked bored they made our visit very memorable.

It was a very good experience and Amanda the manager was great in helping us with signing up for AMC Stubs. The only thing that we didn’t like was the soda vending machine (the drinks were very flat). Otherwise we had a great time.

An hour before movie starts and no one opens the door called and no answer. Who manages this place?

I do not recommend anyone to go to this movie theater. The staff didnt clean up from previous show. The chairs are super uncomfortable. The roof was falling apart. I think it had mold on the roof. Terrible experience, never again.

I love this theater I go every week the employees are so friendly nice and well experience I enjoy the food I am a club member and I will always go to Hialeah AMC 12 I love it the managers are awesome

It appears that AMC has done some work renovating however, they have a long way to go. The price tag definitely did not match the experience. Underwhelmed D-Box seating? Be prepared to confront the individuals sitting in your pre-reserved, pre-purchased seats. Everyone acts like they dont see the words reserved on the seats. Typical Hialeah

Been years since Ive been to the movies. Getting tickets no longer from person unless you go to snack line. Snack line took 30 minutes. No a friendly process. Will be years again before I do that again.

First time going as amc since they brought it from im m carmike theaters. Nice but put more games in the game area its half empty but nice.

Compared to the other amc theaters this one is a disgrace! The place was very messy and the chairs were uncomfortable! The food items were very expensive. Almost $6 for one soda and $8 for popcorn plus taxes. If you plan on going to this particular location make sure your wallet is prepared, or find your own means of snacks.

I have never seen a movie theater so dirty. The trash cans in the hallways had awful rotting smell. Spilled popcorn at the entrance as well as multiple areas inside the theater areas. Carpet wet from soda spills and heavily stained. Soda machines had piles of ice and dripping from spilled drinks. Sticky floor at the concession stand. Seats reclined fine, but seem out of date and need of refurb. Good screen and decent sound. Several staff observed lounging around doing nothing while a few others working hard. I was certainly surprised at the condition of this AMC theater. Not going back.

Old theater, not clean and seats were very uncomfortable.

Was 10 minutes late off the show time, doors were locked, officer just showed a gesture that the place is closed apparently. Had to call him over abd show my tickets., can’t buy tickets at the kiosk because there closed. Only 9:45pm and concession was completely closed. It’s a sunday. Could’t even get drinks. Obviously nobody in here wants to work. Very disturbing.

The most outdated and uncomfortable theatre I’ve ever been at. The seats are all broken and old. It’s so uncomfortable considering that when a person in front of you lays back then your knees will be squished into nonexistence. I would highly and for god sake just pick another theatre. AMC really needs to shut this place down and remodel ASAP it’s disastrous. Never going back

No one really there to help, its a machine you pay at plus the place is smelly and dirty. Needs major cleaning. They just need to recarpet the whole place. I wouldnt eat or drink from there. I guess its a place you could just kill time and go.

Absolute worst experience of my entire life. Dirty rug full of old candy, plus people would not shut up.

It was the only theatre in the area showing the movie Black & Blue. This place is ok, nothing great but not the worst Ive seen either. O K.

Riffraff sneaking into movie. Half the people not sitting in assigned seats causing confusion, arguing, noise during movie. Only theater Ive seen people argue for seats they shouldnt even be in.

Prices are a litle too high overall the place is good

This was my 1st visit to this move theater. There was no at the box office to purchase tickets, had to go on the inside to purchase at the food counter or at a machine without an attendant to help IF needed help. Some of the seats was broken, the bathroom was very, very, very filthy along with young girls hanging out in bathrooms sitting on the countertops / sinks.The worse part of it all, when I walk in the ARMED-GUN security guard was 2 steps away from me. I ask him where to purchase tickets from, he did not hear me from talking on his phone with ear buds in his ear; This Is Bad and Not Good. When I finally got his attention, he was very rude and reply with a WHAT.He not need to carry a GUN. Hes being very careless.

Great job hosting our summer camp students. This place is clean, great sound and friendly staff. Straught to the point customer service. Will be back!

For everyone that gave anything above 2 stars....you’ve never been to an up to date movie theater. AMC has plenty of them. This is not one of them. They should really close this one down. Felt like a dollar movie theater, honestly. The line for tickets and the line for food was the same. I could hear the movies on both sides of mine throughout the entire movie clearly(Toy Story 4 to my right and Aladdin to my left). The seats had a very bad smell coming from them. They just smelt dirty and sweaty. The sunlight coming from the emergency door was a little distracting. This was my first time going to this AMC and it will absolutely be my last. I wouldn’t go if it was free. I’ll keep going to my new AMC. I only went to this location because my favorite AMC(Pines) wasn’t showing the movie I wanted to see.

You want to go to a theater that isn’t so crowded? This is your place! A lil hidden but very calm and quite area. You cant put the arm rests up. Very family friendly!

No wonder this place is always empty I know the movie are expensive now but 7 bucks for a coke 16 for a personal pizza is ridiculous especially in Hialeah the arcade is apparently for looks cause half the games dont woek and the ines that do ateal your money or play on their own I honestly dont understand how this place is still open

Movie started 30 mins late, worst seats I have seen in an AMC, bathrooms were extremely dirty. When I asked the staff why the movie had not started, they said “we always start movies 15 mins late.” If I could give this zero stars, I would.

They closed the ticket booth. We had to wait in the concession line to buy our tickets. The theater had cups and trash from the previous movie. The seats were old but comfortable enough. The picture and sound were all right.

Its 5:40 and the Movie 5:05 hasnt even started. Not even the previews. No one has announced technical issues or done anything for the waiting customers. Cheap price but garbage customer service. This explains why it is empty on a sunday. No refund yet because manager is not available.

Not to many people on a Sunday. (Which is good it isnt that crowded) Plus its fast and easy to buy the tickets on the machine. Quick and easy.

It was all automated. The reception area a client had spilled popcorn with butter on the floor and sodas. All the employees were arguing as to who was going to clean up the mess. Very unfriendly environment. When I went into the movie theater. A very nasty / rude message come up from the movie screen advising the audience to use the restroom before the movie started. I will never again will visit the location.

The theater is clean and well kept. The parking lot is spacious- Ive never had a problem parking (which is not something you can say about many theaters ). This is our favorite movie theater- we like it even more than the Lux theaters.

Its not that comfortable

This theater is RUN DOWN! I went here a while ago for a D-Box movie and really enjoyed it but this theater no longer has D-Box. Their regular theaters are falling apart. The screens are tiny, the seats are all wobbly and low to the floor. The row in front of me was broken and leaning back towards me. Sorry but unless they remodel I will NEVER be going back and I will NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!

Worst experience ever with the seat ..old and broken down they need to be replace .. same money i can go to cinemark 24 paradise cheaper and super better seat and nicer

Far too expensive for the service here. Staff seemed to have no idea what they were doing and the entire rows of seats in the theater are broken. Literally dollar theater service for full theater prices.

The theater was great but the womens bathroom was disgusting. Very clean, comfortable seating. It wasnt very crowded for a Sunday afternoon and the lines werent long either. Staff was scarce buy overall it was a good Sunday outing. Kids were relatively well behaved in Smallfoot and parents kept their cell phone activity to a minimum.

AMC in a strip mall in Hialeah without assigned seating. It was a rainy day and only 4 people including us where watching the movie. The place is clean and has a game arcade room for kids. The decor needs to be updated and seating was a bit lumpy but it was OK.

Its crummy inside and dirty parking lot. The seats have no cushioning left.

It is a great theater and is very clean.

Worst movie theater I ever been to. Chairs are broken, uncomfortable, and you feel congested. The place is dirty as well. I hope they remodel it soon.

If you dont mind people kicking the back of your seat, this movie theater is right place for you. You have to arrive at 10:30 am or 11 am just to have some peace. There are children making noise, adults opening wrappers and getting up from their seats while the movie is starting. You cannot fully concentrate on the movie. Pros: The staff is super friendly

Free movies during the Summertime for kids. Prices for drinks, popcorn, candy - VERY EXPENSIVE. Plenty of Parking; Disabled accomodations.

Unfortunately, I should say this has become the worst AMC movie theater in south florida, very dissapointed with the lack of customer service assistance, not well maintained installations, many broken seats inside the movie theater, dirty restrooms, very old rugs and carpeting not to mention other minor details.I strongly believe its time for renovations inside out the main installations for well deserved customers to enjoy a nite at the movies with kids and family members.

Just saw Avengers End Game in this theater. Comfy seats. They serve beer and wine. Had a great time!

This place quality of service sucks and this place definitely need a make over. The place smell like wet dog, food is horrible.

I’ve been there before & never had this much trouble (apart from the theaters smelling like pee). I presented student ID & they rejected giving a discount. Also asked for a cup of water & they didn’t offer those either. I also noticed the counters were messy & bathrooms were smelly. Don’t think I’d come back after that visit.

Great during the day, but need more cashiers during Tuesdays nights! They had a crowd of people with only two cashiers.

The worst customer service I ever experience. I do mind paying for so much when my food was still frozen and the employees are rushing to get rid of you. I was so upset I couldnt watch the movie of the bad taste I was having of this place so I got up and left. AMC please close down this location before they give you guys a bad reputation. Thank you

This movie theater used to be great. Not so much anymore. The front box office was closed so you had to buy the tickets in the concession stand. They ran out of hot dogs and it was still early in the day. The concession stand was filthy with popcorn all over the floor counters, soda tops and straws everywhere, broken soda machines. Lastly the seats in the theater were broken, we had to move 3 times to find a decent seat and the cup holders had leftover trash. Never coming back.

Surprisingly great, Tuesdays specials and improved a little. Seats and screens are better too. Plus, it has a bar too

The theater is rundown and the room smelled like mildew/mold . The relinging chairs are poor. A lady went to sit at her assigned seat and fell back due to the reclining chair being broke. Let me not forget to say the rooms are small and flat.

Look rlly bad from outside and inside is very small. If you are in a hurry to watch a movie thats really close to starting well dont go here. They have like 1 showtime for each movie so if u miss that one you are F.

The theater is ok, the bathrooms are always filthy. The online app makes it easier but the cleanliness is terrible. The lines to get snacks before the movie always takes at least 30 minutes so no matter what time you get there you miss the first part of the movie. The only reason we go here instead of other places is because of the price $5 Tuesdays. If it would be for that we would shy away.
