I live here now been here 22 years and love it ! the office has a new manager that is doing a wonderful job and the 2 sweet ladies that have been there for years .

Its one of the better well kept mobile home parks in Miami

Nice location, they have all shopping convenient close by, to many cars though, it looks more like a parking lot than mobile park. Mangament should check there water meters more often with each unit having multiple families would not be surprised if owners are cheating on their water usage.

High prices mobile homes .scumlords water has sulphur .loud ads Cubans .crazy Puerto Rican wanna be Cubans.everyones in your business. Do not rent or buy here $1000 for an efficiency .$1400 for a 1 bed room ..

This is where I live currently but I live in a efficiency and it is lacking space so I am dieing to move to an apartment but rent is high and I dont have the funds to move out yet. The efficiency has bug infestation and the owner of the trailer wont do anything to resolve the issue

Ive been living here for over 14 years. Its family orientated and I can honestly say I feel very welcomed. It has a very unique vibe nowadays since there isnt any HOA of sorts to tell people how they could decorate their homes. Its honestly impressive the home add ons people build in this community. The only downside is that most of these add ons have been for efficiencies which is very popular in the area, it helps with overall living cost but the INFLUX of cars everywhere is incredible, luckily there are rules on how to park and as long as its in your property and not blocking the streets you are good, and also with multiple families living in a home, I would hope there is a selective process done in order to rent out an efficiency, so far so good since those who rent stick around for a while, the neighborhood is really safe and quiet, I can certainly see why.

Because people park there cars wherever they want to including the sidewalk wich is a city violation

Lived there for 25 years when it nice turn into a area with to many low lifes the office personal had a little criminal acivtity going on with the sale of the trailer should be investigated do not recommend to anyone

The lights go off at any time and the water also and maintenance office doesn’t say anything to nobody
