I visited this guy and his art/workshop combo is just amazing!!! I promised that Id visit again sooner than Ill be able to but its that kind of place.

Took my daughter in laws we had a group class and it was so much fun. Owner was a great instructor and we all came home with a beautiful stain glass ornament.

We had a great time with our friends while making some cute sun catchers! I highly recommend calling the store and signing up for a class!

We had a blast creating with Laird and Frieda! Art on Derry is for the crafty and creative as well as those who are bit challenged in these areas. Laird makes it easy and assists when needed.

The owner was great very helpful experience made me see how much work is put into these pieces and such beauty

I attended 2 of the stained glass classes. it was awesome! The teacher, Cindy, was great! The manager/owner was also present, he is awesome too. I recommended the classes to all my friends, and family. I had to change times for the one class, and they accommodated me, to my time.

Had a great time here for a beginners stained glass class for my sisterss birthday. We were a group of four and the owner was really welcoming, knowledgeable, and fun! I wouldnt highly recommend to anyone looking for an entertaining and artistic experience!

My husband and I took a class together as part of a date night. We both had a great time and learned something new. The instructor was talented yet patient with us newbies. We took home 2 cute glass creations to hang in our kitchen window. One of our best date nights ever!

Very rude on the phone when I was trying to get details on how classes and the studio works. Im very sad, because there arent a lot of places like this around and it sounded perfect. As long as you dont need details and explanations about classes its probably nice.

The owner is very accommodating and knowledgeable, as are the rest of the staff. This is a wonderful idea for a date night or family activity. I will definitely be doing more events here.

The owner, Laird, publicly on Facebook blamed me for his mistake of overbooking his classes. Refuses refunds and is incredibly aggressive over the phone. Never did get to take the class over months of him having errors in scheduling

I called to ask about classes. I have a $45 coupon for 2 people to take a stained glass, or fused glass class ($100 value)... I thought it would be a great idea for a date with my boyfriend. The guy who answered the phone was ungodly rude. Told me my coupon doesnt make any sense and that he doesnt have availability for either type of class. He goes on to tell me he only teaches advanced classes, to which he does not accept discount coupons. Well sir, you will not be getting a dime from me. I found a pottery class on the west shore for a cheaper price and a friendlier staff. #disgusted #snob

Horrible customer service. The man in charge was very rude and did not want to work with us. Three separate people called to try and work with him and he was disrespectful to each of us. He refuses to refund us from our appointment that he booked over with another group. He must not take bookings from Groupon because he does not make as much money. Horrible. Do not book here, Rainbow Vision Stained Glass on 22 is much better. Looks like he closed the review page on Facebook because we left negative reviews instead of contacting us to fix the issue.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Hard to even express how many times I have been in tears just trying to set up an appointment! DO NOT LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
