Hershey park is one of our favorite local attractions. It is well themed with chocolates and is just an overall fantastic place to visit with your family. They have rides for all ages and we recently visited during the holiday season. The staff did a great job with both the holiday decorations and keeping rides and dining safe during COVID. What makes Hersheypark so great is the atmosphere, good rides and just a great ambiance with mostly families visiting the park. It is also very clean too. I highly recommend visiting this attraction.

Our family loves Hershey. The amusement park is always fun and the Chocolate Tour is a must. The park is always clean the staff is always friendly and of course the chocolate is always great! Parking is a breeze, you will pay to park but it’s affordable and there are trams to get you to any of the in-house attractions. Most locations within the park are easy to operate a baby stroller so it is young child friendly and there are storage locations everywhere if you need to leave it for a short while. There are plenty of shady and open locations to sit and relax. As well as a ton of food options and dining areas. The rides are fun and the prizes are durable so your kids won’t destroy them right away. Lines can get long but they tend to move quickly. We do love the PIAA Wrestling at Hershey each year too. Thank you Giant and Hershey for that!

Went on a Saturday during COVID and all rides were walk on since we made a reservation early for the morning time. Great rollercoasters for rollercoaster fanatics, great younger children rides, great family activities (monorail, aquatheater show, ZooAmerica, boardwalk, water park) so everyone is bound to find something for them. Friendly and helpful staff overall. Very pretty park with tons of food options. Suggest doing early reservation time if on a weekend and dont hesitate to go if its projected to rain (I think it wasnt as crowded because people thought it would rain). I will be back here.

The park itself is nice. However if you think 75% capacity is making a difference with social distancing it is not. There are no attendants watching the lines and people dont space apart regardless of the spots on the ground. Rides that require holding on are not wiped down or given a quick spay. People are however wearing their mask for the most part.

Hershey did an excellent job helping social distancing & crowd control. This is the first year we had season passes and we more then got our monies worth! There was an obnoxious woman on the Wild Cat coaster ride this past Saturday. She was yelling at the staff because he son had on a plastic full face mask instead of one that covers his nose and mouth. They kindly pointed out that she needed to get a face mask. She refused to get off the ride to go to customer service to get one. She was so loud and rude to the supervisor Natalie. This woman expected the employees to have a mask to give to her son even though apparently it was the second ride that they had made her aware that he couldn’t wear that type of mask for safety reasons. This woman continued to yell and belittle the supervisor and I thought that supervisor Natalie deserves an award for how calm she stayed!!!! All other rides were mad when finally an employee had his own personal clean mask that he handed to the boy. Although this was a great gesture the woman should’ve really gone to get the mask at customer service when they told her on the first ride instead of making a terrible obnoxious scene!People this rude should be thrown out of the park!!!! Her son was saying please don’t fight Mom! That poor kid must’ve been mortified!!!!

The staff workers were not to up on ride time. They really had no clue how long the wait times were for most of the rollercoasters. If you plan on doing the safari gat there 1st because they shut it down at 4pm. Food was expensive for fast food items. Usually around $10 per item. Over all we had a very good time. When exiting the park we returned the wheel chair and we were upset to find out that they could not provide a wheel chair transfer to get is back to the car. My wife had to walk back to the car in the handicap lot. Its just like all the other amusement parks real fun!! They all have there issues but it was a good time. Would recommend to everyone!!

We were at the water park most of the day in the wave pool, the lazy river and other parts of the water park. There is also a lot of fun rides for both the kids and adults. Extremely disappointed in their customer service. Like others, I got fooled into buying tickets in July, and all over their website as well as when speaking to customer service I was told tickets would not expire due to pandemic. Well, they did not honor that. My family has been here several times over the last few years- we will not be returning over this experience. I hope that extra $ was worth it to the park because you have now lost business from our family for years to come over 4 50% off tickets and parking. Downright silly as you probably would have made more off our purchases at the park.

We went recently obviously during a global pandemic we expected challenges. Tickets and parking had to be purchased online and park hours were reduced and we were under the impression less tickets were sold to help with social distancing. We have gone to this park every year for 10 years straight it was absolutely mobbed this year like no previous year Ride lines were over 2 hours long for premium rides. Safety measures taken by Hershey Park was a 15 year old security guard taking your temperature with a thermometer he bought at CVS on his way into work. I expected so much more from a company like Hershey I will never go back.

Every year we go to the Zoo and the park for my familys birthdays. This year they will not let you in the Zoo with your park tickets as the park hours are not the same as the Zoo. The cost to stay at the Hershey resorts, park tickets, and food in the park. You would think the Zoo system would be tied in with the park system so the Zoo could see it is a valid park ticket or have some type of workaround in place. We would have had to pay for the Zoo to get in when the Zoo is included in the park tickets. I dont think so, we skipped the Zoo.

Candy lane was lots of fun. Social distancing was not feasible, especially on waiting lines. No one seems to be enforcing except security who are only located along pathways in the park, not near lines. People crouched less than one feet apart. Also seemed like capacity was extensive. No cleaning of rides between uses. Ride accessibility could be better. Ride attendants ignore handicap entrances. Accessibility pass does not work at reindeer stables; we (including my son with severe autism who has sensory issues when wait in lines) had to wait over 45 minutes crouched among other people. Otherwise, attendants and security were pleasant and respectful. Food was good, doughnuts were the BEST.

I give one star only because the park itself is amazing. How the park is managed is a completely different story. Let me start by saying it took an incredible amount of planning and saving to make this trip possible. In total this trip cost roughly $800 between admission, parking, travel expenses, costumes to participate in the trick or treating, and what was spent inside the park. Upon entering we were told we would not be able to tour Hershey world without reservation (not mentioned in the ticket buying process) due to overcrowding. That in itself was a HUGE letdown but it only gets worse. The lines for any and every main attraction were anywhere between a 1-2 hr wait time, people were piled on top of one another, it was a complete nightmare. Although I am aware of the fast track, those of us that are already spending an incredible amount of money to spend a few short hrs with our family inside the park should be able to enjoy the attractions as well. Between myself, my husband and our 4 children we got on a total of 5 rides and were unable to do the trick or treating, the zoo or anything else the park had to offer after standing in line for those FIVE rides. I can’t describe the level of disappointment this was for our family. Hershey is not the park I remember it to be. You would think there would be a point in which the max amount of people tht have entered the park has been reached and there are no more tickets sold for that particular day. I can’t help but think that this is a result of pure greed and it’s set up to where it’s virtually impossible to enjoy your time here without dishing out hundred of dollars more to jump the horrendous lines! As i said, we saved for months to make this possible, this yr hit us hard, I left the park sick to my stomach at the money wasted!! $800 down the drain

Hershey Park has something for everyone REGARDLESS of how old they are. There are incredibly FAST roller coasters, mellow rides and attractions, water rides, food deals, lockers available around every corner, MINIMAL wait times, games, a monorail that travels around the entire park, and merchandise stores around every corner. The legacy that Milton Hershey has passed on to this world is incredibly vast and awe-inspiring.This was a big year for Hershey Park as they have just unveiled the new CANDYMONIUM roller coaster (the parks fastest, highest, and most spectacular coaster yet) additionally, they have also just introduced customers to the *NEW* Chocolate Town and Chocolate World Experiences which a guest will see and hear as soon as they make their entrance into the main gate. I really was impressed with how clean and tidy the park was considering the high volume of guests that were at the park in the midst of Labor-Day Weekend. DEFINITELY worth at least a trip to see and experience the miraculous chocolate themed amusement park which is said to be THE HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH!

Our family of 4 stayed at The Hershey Hotel October 16-18 and visited the park. I was TOTALLY amazed and disappointed at how many people were sold tickets to the park. We vacation here every year in June and are able to enjoy rides. But this trip it wasridiculous how many tickets were sold. You had to wait hours to go on every single ride in the park. We just left bc it was up-surd and shocking especially during Covid how packed it was. My advice is not to buy tickets for the park unless you just want to walk around. I understand that these establishments need to gain back some of the money that they lost from being closed from March-September but by turning off loyal customers is NOT the best business solution.

The park is so clean and beautiful! Lines weren’t too bad either for most rides. Laff Track was actually really fun! Didn’t expect that lol.

Great time. They have fun rides, and good family entertainment. There is something there for all ages. Friendly staff. Always clean. We will be back!!
