Staff is friendly, place is clean. we had a great time enjoyed the play and hangout. Kids don’t care they had lots fun and don’t want to leave. We would love to hangout again there. It was also a Wednesday night not many people around it was good I can see where are all the kids

Not sure what I was expecting due to Covid19 but it was a good time. The place wasnt crowded games were fun and the selfie instead of the marker was pretty smart!

Kids love this Chuck E Cheese much more compared to others (I.e Fairfax location) for the simple fact that they still have the large “jungle gym” tunnels, ladders and slides. Some of the other Chuck E. Cheese’s in the area have taken theirs out in favor of virtual dance floors, those are great but they aren’t for everyone. When I pay for my child’s amusement, I’d like them to burn off some energy and not just play the arcade games, this place has it all though. 4 solid stars.

The cleanest Chuck E. Cheese by far that Ive seen in some time! Everything was great. One game was monopolized by a single family hoarding tickets. I would have liked management to step in after 10 or 15 minutes or so, let alone the 90+ minutes (not exaggerating!) they spent there. Other than that, no complaints, a good time was had by all!

Very big and nicely maintained. Lots of space for parties good selection of games with jackpots as well. All the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly.

Great place for kids. Many games and activities are available for kids. I like their weekday lunch buffet with unlimited pizza (cheese, pepproni and vegetable) and salad. They host birthday parties too.

This place is a good place to bring younger kids to play. The games are geared towards younger kids. Its fairly clean and if you go early its fairly empty. We threw a birthday party here and its a good place for a party. The staff was excellent and so helpful. The various things that come with the party are great. Play card for guests, pizza, drinks, a voucher for ice cream and goodie bag for the guests. So easy that you really dont need to do much besides sending your invites and determining your head count!

We have has lots of parties at CEC but a recent visit was one of the best. Our hostess was great, attentive and sweet. The place wasnt super crowded and the kids had a great time with the unlimited game play. And they have made amazing improvements to the pizza and wings. I was also floored by the fact that adults could her beer and wine. Will definitely be back!

Birthday party there was good. Pizza is surprisingly tasty, kids got to take home the fun cups and a balloon. Games are the icing on the cake, so to speak. Its a little chaotic there, but thats to be expected, I suppose.

The birthday was fun, but this place is somewhat dated. Pizza was adequate, fine fare for kids. Service was good. Games are all rather old. The Angry Birds game was fun and a favorite for my daughter along with skee ball.

Service was beyond helpful. Food is fresh and hot. You can make your own salad. The place is clean and big enough for a very large group. Highly recommend for its freshness!

Chuck e cheese is always fun for all ages if you love playing archade games.We always prefer to go on a weekday when you will find least amount of rush. Food choices include variety of pizzas and salad.

Loses 2 stars because skeeball is 66K points to hit the jackpot. 66K is ridiculous. Its a miracle to get 20k how about make it more sensible number like 25-30k for the jackpot. Not like youll lose money giving away 100 tickets thats good for just 3 little lollipops.

Good place for kids. Good relaxing time for parents.The major issue that administration has to look at is, cleaning the place. Lot of food and plates left on the tables and some times its hard to find place to sit. I think its customers responsibility to put trash in trash bins after eating.

Wonderful experience. We went for a 7 year olds birthday. Chuckie was fun and filled with energy. Pizza was hot and fresh. Kids loved it. Friendly staff, clean environment. Recommend for a childs birthday party.

We were there for a friend’s birthday party. Many of the machines were not operational, the photo booths were not printing photos, and the staff seemed to be too busy with other tasks to address the problems.

Nothing quite like Chuck E. Cheese top bring the smiles out of kids of all ages.

Very clean environment. It was moderately crowded when we visited. Food is bit cheesey and lot of cheese in the pizza. Children like the food. Salad is decent. Sometimes it is tough in parking.

Fun place for all ages. We love spending time here. Pizzas are good too. The games are a good mix for all ages.

You can always count on a great time when visiting this Chuck-E-Cheese. Our most recent visit was on a weekday afternoon, which tends to be a lot less crowded. Theres always familiar faces with the staff, which in turn helps create a trusting environment.

The chuck e cheese in Herndon was phenomenal my granddaughters loved it. I could not keep up they were all over the place

The food is great, the staff is great. There was this one staff member named, Iris that worked at the register and she was very nice.

The employees are very kind and helpful. we stayed 45 minutes after closing to count our tickets, pack our stuff, and choose prizes and the staff didnt rush us or made us uncomfortable. They added some new games, which were very entertaining. This is a clean and organized establishment.

Its just soooo crowded. Hard to keep track of multiple kids. $20 wont get you 100 tickets of winnings. Terrible food.

Changed for the better. They changed the floor plan by taking away some games. Before, it used to be crowded and congested. Now, you can clearly see across the room and see you child. The games are all new, and modern. Food has improved, much better for kids, and adults. They also have beer fyi. Better games, and variety of prizes for kids to win.

The new play unlimited cards are excellent. No need to worry about refilling the cards, getting tickets etc. Best part is, once the time runs out - kids know it is time to go home!!

New Games for toddlers and they love it. Very much needed break for adults and kids.

Beautiful setup for kids to go crazy. Soft matted. Free playarea to climb. Tickets can be bought to play digital n other console games. Pizza is not that gud. If you collect tickets receipts of two three visits, you can buy some good toy. For tickets more than 2500 has gud toy options.

This place is good for kids but has become so routine. In last 12 yrs just few minor changes I have seen. Birthday parties are ok, not so great.

Went on a Friday night and it was suprisingly empty. The time pass is the way to go now - the ability to get tickets went up exponentially ;)

I go here once a week every week. My son has so much fun and the staff is so friendly. They always give my son extra tickets or an extra prize. When chuckee comes out, he’s so friendly with the kids and always takes pictures with my son.

Place gets crazy with kids but still nicely kept & clean

Good for couple of hours of fun for kids

My kids dont like this place anymore I mean there are no good games and they give you less tickets and usually the games are either out of tickets or they just dont work. Another thing is I pay a lot of money for the coins and my kids get less tickets and they dont have fun with the games. when they go get their prizes all they get is a cheap plastic toy that costs about 5-10 cents. I will never come here again its a waste of money and time.

The parking here was an awful experience with three children. The facility was nice and clean. The games are spaced out enough to not feel like youre bumping into people at every turn. This particular location is the better of the bunch!

Im quite disappointed with most of the Chuck E. Cheeses around the DMV. This place is the same as the others in our area. Ok customer service, ok food, and always crowded with kids who dont abide by the age restricted area. Monkey Joes will keep my loyalty and money!
