Our children love the Olympic Fun Center! We always have tons of fun together as a family there and the food is delicious. We are patiently awaiting the reopening of the play center during the week! We definitely miss our mid week trips to the fun center! I definitely recommend taking your children here! Very clean as well.

My friends and I went as adults and had a great time. The 2 hour time slot went by really fast! Theres laser tag, roller skating, bumper cars, arcade, build a stuffed animal, and a giant jungle gym plus food :) I gave it a 4 bc we would like to see more arcade games and laser tag to be updated. We felt the sensors werent very strong. Otherwise we had a great time. Friendly staff too!

Great place. Havent been here in 23 years since high school. Great blast from the past. And totally different. Great improvement. From the arcade to the lazer tag and bumper cars. Only thing Thats the same from the past is the over priced bad tasting snack stand food. The metal detector at the door is a comfort along with the video surveillance.

Good, clean facilities and very inexpensive pricing. However, do not go to the pro shop unless you are looking for Vanilla brand skates. I went to purchase some traditional boot skates for outdoor leisure skating and the kid they had working there was argumentative, tried to claim companies are phasing out that kind of skate, and was trying to talk me into buying derby or speed skates which I repeatedly told him did not fit my needs. If he had tried to slam anything else down my throat as hard as these Vanilla skates this company would have a MeToo lawsuit on their hands

Good place to go on a rainy day

Highly rude staff member spoke very disrespectfully to myself and my 7 yr old son while we were sitting and finishing up some food. Told us we had to finish our food outside in the freezing cold weather. It was our first time here so we didnt know the rules about no outside food. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me to walk over there myself is I want to talk to her - that he wasnt going to do that for me. Eventually the manager did come talk to us and she was much more professional.I honestly dont understand how a place in this day and age can think they can treat their paying customers so rudely and disrespectfully and stay in business.My response to the response from owner:What you are saying is very misleading and flat out not true. The employee was angry and took it out on us. We were told to take our food outside, which was a big surprise to me, and which we eventually did do. I was shocked by the angry employee and the tone he was taking with us, and when he saw that I was shocked, he started walking away even though I had questions. At that point, he doubled down on his rudeness - I think he assumed we were somehow trying to cheat them out of money by bringing in food when we were really just first time customers unaware of their strict policy against outside food. I did not choose to ignore the staff. That is a big, giant lie and you know it. I tried to engage the staff with questions, such as is this really how you treat your paying customers? and can I speak to the manager?. He tried to walk away and ignore/avoid my questions. When I asked if he could get the manager for me he said no, you walk over there and get her yourself if you want to talk to her. At that point, he walked away, and after a few minutes, did in fact come back with the manager. The manager was much more understanding and apologized for the poor treatment I received from the employee, however, she did insist that we take the food outside. She explained that they cant make any money just charging for admission - that they need food sales to earn a profit. We then left and ate the remainder of our food in the freezing cold weather outside. I would have never set foot in the OFC again if it werent for my 7-yr old son, who was excited to play with all of his friends there, so I sucked it up and went back in.

This is such a cool place. Guaranteed to have a good time. Kids do get a little bit wound up here but theyre allowed, thats part of the fun of it. I do get a little disappointed with the gifts that you get with your tokens. But I guess thats just a sign of the times oh, its the same place everywhere. Guaranteed to have a good time skating, laser tag, rock climbing, kids fun zone, bumper cars, and kids area. Always have a good time when I go there. Food is pretty good too.

Not to sure what to think of this place! The kid at the entrance wanted money to come in and play the arcade games!? Thats all we wanted to do. So I told him nevermind we will leave and then he lets go in!? The other staff inside was no help either. We played $20 worth of games and left. Played barber cut lite and won a prize awesome right!? No not awesome!!! It was a plush/fuzzy dog thing that had a big stain on the side you couldnt see from the game until you won! They must go to the local thrift stores for their prizes! Wont be back!

The fact that a skate mate(a walker for children to balance their self while skating) is $3 to rent is RIDICULOUS. You go here thinking your children will be safe but then have to pay for their safety.The younger staff arent polite at all, have no communication skills, and kinda just toss things at ya, with absolutely no manners!!!

Went for my nieces Birthday party. The kids had a nice time. We had one of the party rooms and the pizza was good and the kids enjoyed the character that came cant remember his name. It was a nice successful party and staff was great.

Overall my 10, 8, and 2 year old had a great time at a birthday party held here! They have a play area for smaller kids with slides (my daughter was almost too tall to go in she is around 56in) and they have a gate that they monitor so the parent must give permission to the employee before the child is allowed in which I think is a great idea. They have a roller skating rink with PVC walkers for those still learning to skate which Ive never saw before, laser tag & arcade games. Only two cons would be parking is limited on busy days, and the lockers are very difficult to operate.

This was a grate experience me and my siblings enjoy this so much you may notice that a lot of moms and dads are complaining about the price of a skate mate Which is something to help with skating well I say just teach them how to balance them selves on roller skates if you dont wanna pay 3$ and as a kid I can multiple of those so if you have a problem with that dont. If you have not been skating in awhile, you should go here. They have video games and a restaurant section, the staff are very helpful and for older people like myself they have a skate gate that holds me up and keeps me from falling. No need to bring your own skates they have your size. They also have a climbing wall for kids. Its an all around good time for the whole family. I even skated for the first time in 30 or more years!!!

Guy in the skating rink was extremely rude to us, I went to the corner of the rink to crack my back and got yelled at because apparently I was trying to jump onto the ledge in the corner, my friends mother was also treated badly even though she did what they said and threw away her coffee and was nice about it. We also saw this guy yelling at little kids about how they weren’t going the right way when they were. So anyways I decide that I’m not going to get bullied around by some teenager and go to play some arcade games and then I see the same guy not even watching the little kids but instead just wandering around. Long story short, this is probably the final time that I will step foot in this place. What a waste of 25 bucks.

Had fun with my husband and daughter in-law and her (our) grandchildren. All kinds games, laser tag, roller skating for the kids. Also food court. The only complaint Ive is they were short hand where you order your food at. Took to long for us to order food.

Great place to bring your kids for a reasonable price. Roller skating,lazer tag,rock climbing wall,bumper cars & more! Nicely kept eating area, always clean and well stocked. Pizza was surprisingly tasty and served pretty quickly. Bounce house is huge! Kids just love this and always anxious to return. Skates clean and skating area pristine. Attended a roller derby bout here. Great place for the family. Play area is great for kids of all ages. Smaller areas for toddlers. Endless tunnels to crawl through for the bigger kids. Arcade game area was nice and has several different types of games. They also have some cool bumper cars that I didnt get to try since floor was being used for derby.

Alittle roudy for the little ones. Last night fighting took place cops was called. Just dont feel to comfortable any more.

Went to Nerf night! It was a good turn out for the first time! Cant wait to see what they do next.

Great place to skate. Good prices and special offers make this facility a wonderful and affordable experience. The rental skates are better quality than competitors and kept in good repair. There are high safety standards and rules are well enforced. This place also offers laser tag, a playground, rockwall, spin zone bumper cars as well as a number of arcade games. Teddyland is also great. Its comparable to Build-a-Bear Workshop in all but price. Overall great place to take the family or book a party.

My son had a field trip here and absolutely loved it especially the playground area so we decided to bring both of our kids here today. What a mistake. We get here and the first thing they want to do is play on the playground my son who is 10 was told he could not get on because he was to tall. He sat at the tables and cried bc it’s what he really wanted to do. I tried to get a refund and was refused even though we got there as soon as it opened and I asked for refund right away. While my youngest ended up playing on it I watched the girl working let grown adults in there and they were seriously climbing all through the tunnels and going down the slides. It was actually pathetic. The girl wasn’t even watching the kids or GROWN ADULTS climbing all through it she stood there and seriously cleaned balls the whole time. I cannot believe how poor the situation was handled a 10 year old can’t go in with his brother but adults can go and play?? HORRIBLE SERVICE. I will never go back or recommend this place. I’ve never been so disappointed in a kids place before as I was with this place.

Ive loved coming to this place ever since I was a kid, now I love bringing my nieces and nephews! The playzone is tons of fun for the little ones, while skating, rock climbing, and laser tag keep the older ones entertained (though the little ones love these activities too!) There are tons of fun arcade games, and a great snack area! This place truly has something fun for everyone! I would highly recommend a trip there!

Why I gave this place a 1 star is because I couldnt give it a 0 and the owner he was a complete jack azz. I paid for the ultimate package so the kids can do everything . The laser tag was down for a half hour now remember you have a time frame you pay for and the services and employes were unavailable. When I confronted the owner he was rude an sarcastic walked away from me numerous which is unacceptable in the customer service world. Save your money he charges you for everything he possibly can. Just ripping the parents off of their hard earned money while taking advantage of the children. I will be reporting him and his business to the Better Business Beuro. Boycott this place......... Their was never any reasoning with this owner and profanity was not used which I forwarded this all to the bbb when the owner ignores your questions and walks away. When he came back to the front after I repetitively said excuse me sir I was forced to yell his name being the place was extremely loud he wasnt responding to me or his employees that were calling him over the head set. Unfortunately the owner just wants your money does not care about memories that the children make and his actions proved this and provoked a negative response.

Great place for young kids in the winter. Sometimes, there are older kids(early teens) without supervision who are not respectful and are inappropriate around the younger children. Beware of the bathrooms.

The kids love it but every time we I go there, specifically in the play center, I get sick.The food is kinda gross. Sometimes you get lucky and the pizza is ok but a lot of it is overpriced. They charge you for tap water which is illegal in most states..and salt. Who charges you for salt on your pretzel? The smoothies are just ice with a single strawberry blended in and they take like 15 minutes to make.The staff is generally awful. Ive been there a bunch of times over many years and the staff is very rude no matter who is working so I am convinced that it is because of ownership. I hate giving them my money but theres just nowhere else nearby to do things like this. The next best thing is the trampoline park in NilesAlso, they leave the play center door open and unattended sometimes which means that my 1 year old can go in and there are a couple parts that are dangerous for him. They dont announce when they stop attending the door so I didnt know it was open and he took off into the play center and got out of sight. Fortunately he didnt go to the straight down tube that he isnt good at or anywhere else dangerous for him but he couldve without me knowing. When I closed the door (just one time) one of there employees got pissed off at me and made sure I knew it too.Pro tip: if you win deal or no deal spin the wheel because its stuck on 2000. Takes about 15-20 minutes to spit all this tickets out

Well maintained skating floor, great laser tag arena, lots of things for kids to do, decently priced. Skate rental is cheap and the rental skates are well maintained and in good condition.

Kids loved it, nice package plan for the 3 kids a large pizza 100 tokens, and 6 bumper car rides (these were extra) $60. However you do get nickel and dimed to death. I asked for 3 glasses of water and was charged $.25 a piece. Service was poor at the food counter, many employees behind the counter very few doing anything.

The place is nice and fun for the kids. Some machines were not working, but the only thing that bothered me was the guy that was working in the play jungle gym was very rude. Alot of attitude towards my child and myself. He complained and rudely asked how old My son was (he just turned 3) and then he rudely commented oh well I wasnt letting him in the kiddy area cause its for 3 and under and he looks much bigger. He also made several other rude comments about my child. I just felt that if anyone is working the jungle gym it should be someone who can tolerate children and be respectful.

We were there for a birthday party. They have a large area for younger children that includes a mountain of tubes and slides for the kids to play on. There is also a ball pit and more play area behind the slides. There are lots of games the kids can play, using tokens, for tickets to get prizes. They also have roller skating (and skate rental), a rock wall, and Lazer tag. They have a build a stuffed animal room where the kids all made their own stuffed animal. The staff was very nice and efficient on the details of the party making it easy on the parents. A wonderful indoor place for family fun. Stop by and check out this place! We had our daughters birthday party here and it was amazing! We did the semi private but it ended up we were the only ones there. Our party hostess was so wonderful and helpful. We have had other parties here and they were great but this was so much better. We had the place to ourselves and all the kids and adults had a fantastic and fun time!! Pizza was perfect, all the activities were perfect, and the entire staff was perfect. I would like to thank everyone who worked April 8th from 5 to 7! You made my daughter have the bestest birthday EVER!

A nice little place for a small amount of money. However, a fight broke out between some older men while we were there. This completely turned us off and we left immediately.

Brought my son here and 2 grandkids all the way from Punxsutawney...2 hr drive with kids all excited. Then they would not let my 11 yr old grandson in because he measured 1/2 to tall. What the what? My 13 yr old son is small. The twin grandkids are 11. So only 2 could go. Left my grandson brokenhearted and crying... YET THEY LET ADULTS IN WITH KIDS. WHAT THAT WHAT. NEVER EVER GOING BACK. HEARTLESS JERKS. One thing is if he cant go in then why let grown ups in. Bunch of bull hockey.
