Im not sure why there are bad reviews listed. This community is wonderful! Chris, Victoria, and Tony go above and beyond. Never in my life have I had a landlord call a utility company to resolve an issue. Mine did. They are diligent and have great communication when you call about a problem. It is amazingly peaceful here. If you have an opportunity to live in this community, I suggest you take it. We had discovered our leaky toilet shortly after we moved in and they came up with a plan to approach the situation (my daughter was quarantined for covid exposure) in a timely manner. We love it here and plan to stay for many years to come.
