The Pub was awesome. Great food, super service and extremely clean. The staff worked not stop cleaning and doing their part during the pandemic. Awesome guitarist and open on deck atmosphere of this great ski resort in Henniker NH

Review №2

My daughter and I only went snowtubing. Forty dollars for two hours per person, price I suppose is reasonable since maintaining a place so big, especially since they make their own snow. It hasnt snowed in weeks and there was plenty for winter activities. The staff was very accommodating to my daughter because of her needs and let my daughter ride down sitting since she was scared going down head first. I prefer not to go down head first as well since your head could take a possible impact. But, we had fun. Forty degree weather was nice.Parking lot was tough on the suspension of cars. I saw on car bump the ground because the car drove low to the ground.Very busy and popular place. I would go again.

Visitied Pats Peak during the New England fall season. Its a great place to have a scenic view of the the nearby peaks and the valleys colorful fall foliage, plus theres no entry fee. The peak provides an amazing view that you dont want to miss. I hiked all the way to the peak and let me tell you that its not an easy hike, I would rate it moderate based on my hiking experiences. Its a very inclined hike all the way to peak. But the views will surely compensate for the effort. At the peak I would recommend going towards different sections to get better views, its all about exploring. Take some snack with you and enjoy it with friends/family or solo as I did. When I visited the lift was closed for fall, it will surely be open during winter. Hence, go hiking here during the peak fall to get a great exercise and picturesque photos for your holiday postcards. Good luck with the hike and make sure you have ample water!

My husband and I got married here in September and we couldnt have chosen a better venue! It was gorgeous inside and out, they had an indoor ceremony location if there was inclement weather, the staff was incredible--super helpful and super friendly, happy to be a part of our special day! Were especially grateful to Amy (she answered my many, many emails so promptly and thoroughly!), Brigid (ditto!), Chef Guy (the food was delicious and the menu had lots of great choices), and Robin (so glad to have her there to coordinate the day of)! This venue fit our budget and our vision. Were so happy with how everything went!

Review №5

Visited Pats Peak for night skiing early this week and have to say it was an awesome time. They had 100% of their trails open and the conditions were pretty good. They have a couple of double black diamonds, a lot of terrain and a good variety of trails. It’s a fun mountain, and night skiing is a lot of fun.

Review №6

Its close to where I live in New Hampshire and they have a little bit for everyone. They have a bunny hill the kids take lessons on, they have easy trails for beginners, and more difficult trails for intermediate to pro skiers or snowboarders. They also have 2 lodges, one with a bar on the top level, and tubing. Bring your whole family. Just took my daughter for her first time skiing today. It was an amazing experience.

Review №7

Great local spot. Good runs for all skill levels and plenty of ammenities on site.

Review №8

Our visit on a Wednesday before peak season was very enjoyable - not crowded at all, friendly staff, nice powdery snow. There are a number of easy slopes from the top which was very fun for a beginner like myself! They were snow making all day though so it got quite cold, had to keep going back to the shop for warmer gear. On the bright side their shop is very reasonably priced compared to some other ski areas. Only slight complaint is the locker policy - need 4 quarters to lock it every time; however the parking lot is close so we kept most of our things in the car.

Review №9

Beautiful outdoor dining spot at base of mountain plenty of social distancing space. Good food and music - definitely worth the trip.

Review №10

Great small mountain. 28 trails of fun for the whole family. Even on school vacation week in February, the lines werent bad at all. There are everything from easy trails to double black diamonds and a few terrain parks. Check this place out!

Review №11

Always look forward to coming here in the winter! Ive had many great memories!

Review №12

Great place for people who want to begin skiing! First of all, so close to Boston! Second, they have free instructors at around 4 who are amazing! I learned how to ski from a nice middle-aged woman working there! She was amazing. Don’t forget to try snow tubing!

Review №13

My family and I went skiing for the first time here. All of the employees were very nice and the place was very organized. My family and I had a really fun day together skiing and taking the beginner lesson. A few of us (who had skied once before) did some green slopes later. The chicken tenders, big cookies, and hot chocolate were awesome. During meal times the chicken tenders are disappearing so fast they keep coming out freshly fried. Remember to ask for marshmallows to go with the hot chocolate.I would happily go back here for another novice day of skiing with family or friends.

Review №14

One of the best family ski areas. It gets crowded but the staff is good at handling crowds. We had ski classes for the whole family and all the instructors were very good and friendly and eager to help. Tubing area is fun for all ages. It gets crowded too but lines move quickly thanks to staff. The slopes were well maintained. The lodge seemed crowded but we always find a spot to sit. The food in the cafeterias are good, too. Rentals move seamlessly.

Review №15

Always a fun ski area. Brought my son and we both had a blast. Lift lines were reasonable, as was the space in the lodge. We ate lunch off peak time and there was no problem finding a table, and no line at the cafeteria. Food was surprisingly good for ski area cafeteria food. Ive liked Pats Peak for casual family friendly skiing since I was a kid, and this last visit didnt disappoint.

Review №16

Place is beautiful. Staff is excellent. But, the food was a disappointment. Dont understand why a gluten free meal has to be a totally different and bland meal that what others are served. They get turkey it beef...i was given dry pasta with different veggies that everyone else. Very disappointed.

Review №17

Pats Peak is fantastic. The slopes are great, all of the staff are exceptionally friendly, there is an emphasis on being a family-friendly environment, and the rental gear is better than typical rental equipment. I recommend bringing your own food to eat if youre going to stay during a mealtime though. The cafeteria was average at best. Also, If you need medical assistance, their ski patrol is extraordinarily kind. I dropped my gloves off of the ski lift on accident, and the ski patrol found them for me within 10 minutes.

Review №18

Great deals for season passes. Usually gets busier in afternoons. Arrive early to experience the freshly groomed snow! I enjoy all trails from beginner to diamond. However popular trails can get a bit icy in afternoons.

Review №19

We went snowtubing today. The staff were friendly. The lodge was well laid out and the lines were light. The food was good, fast food style, and burgers and pizza were made on request. A two-hour pass costs $20 and a four-hour snow tubing pass costs $22.

Review №20

Super impressed. We came here on a whim but I really liked it. Small, chalet-like environment, no lines at the lift and great snowboarding. I was most impressed with the staff and their willingness to help with the military passes. Definitely check it out if youre in the area

Review №21

This mountain has a very family friendly and homey vibe. The lodges are beautiful and they are always making improvements around the mountain, to quote a staff member: There is no finish line. The customer service is on point here. The staff here are so helpful that when I brought my new boots to be refitted to my skis they not only offered to do it for free they found a problem with my boots and gave me a voucher for a completely free set of rental gear. There is no shortage of commendations I have for this mountain and their staff. While it may be on the smaller side, the mountain offers plenty of trails, features, and reliable snow making. Ive been going here for years and it has never let me down.

Review №22

So much fun! Kiddos and adults all loved the tubing. Quick lines, friendly staff. Easy loading/unloading out front. Upstairs Logde bar cozy. There was some promotion with prizes that was fun. Loved the ice water dispenser. Cosmos were great and made perfect. Waitress was funny. All close, too. 45 mins from Nashua.

Review №23

Wonderful hiking path here. Right up to the summit. Quiet, peaceful, gorgeous views!

Review №24

Cute little hill. We hung out at the bar on the 3rd floor after and it was very family friendly and with surprisingly good food. They do night skiing some nights and while the runs arent crowded, the indoor seating at said bar can get a little tight. But hosts were cool with us moving tables and the other guests are fun to hang out with.

Review №25

Great family friendly environment, especially good for beginners!

Review №26

Fantastic snow and grooming, the glades were also a ton of fun to ski. For a smaller mountain its incredibly well thought out and it shows in the smaller details. Like little benches at the top of lifts for people to sit down and adjust their bindings. Ill definitely be coming back here.

Review №27

We tried skiing for the first time and it was such a fun experience. People in town recommended Pats Peak so we visited them. To be our first time we didnt know what to do, skiing is very hard lol, their costumer service was good, they recommended us to start in the beginners area were you dont pay to be there but have to pay for the equipment. Overall a great experience. We will definitely be back.

Review №28

Great, little ski mountain and not far from Boston. Easy to get around the lodge and the mountain. Even in a busy weekend, the lift lines were not terribly long. We find discounted tickets, which made skiing here a little more friendly on the pocket book. The terrain is geared more towards beginners and intermediate skiers and boarders, which was fine for us. I wouldnt come every weekend, but good for a day trip

Review №29

Me and my friends visited Pats peak ski area last weekend. This was our first time ever skiing, and we had a ton of fun! On weekends (between 3-10pm) they offer something called POP which includes lift, rental and skiing/snowboarding for $49. The best part is that they also have folks who provide beginner lessons and coaching. So overall it was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend.

Review №30

Great ski area , specially for beginners and intermediate skiers, had a great time. Will be back this season to ski again, plus 2 terrain parks for beginners and experienced jumpers

Review №31

We had today the best experience as an adventure and service. All the guys working in this place are awesome thank you thank you all of you for made our experienced such a pleasant. We all 5 were so happy. Thank you!!!

Review №32

I was there for a wedding. It was beautiful!

Review №33

I took my homeroom tubing and the crew staffed were very helpful in accommodating a student with special needs who had never been tubing before. It made our trip special seeing everyone enjoying the activity. The gentlemen running the tubing mountain were supportive, friendly and awesome in general. Thank you!

Review №34

Great spot to learn how to ski or board Has a great park to practice some tricks grinds and jumps! Staff is super friendly. Great place for family skiing and snowboarding as there is something for every level.

Review №35

Not as big and expensive as other resorts in northern New Hampshire but this place surprised me with its quality and parallel lifts (leaving the lines quite reasonably fast on a sunny 40-degree Saturday). Skiing at night was also quite fun; the trails were well lighted. And if youre taking beginners with you, Pats Peak would be a great place (probably better than others) to learn how to ski.

Review №36

Great place to ski, easy access, great for beginners and skiers of all levels. They’re working hard to make it easy for families and friends to get on the slopes.

Review №37

Great place to skii and they have great deal on Saturdays afternoon from 3-10 pm. It’s call “pop night” and you only pay $52 dollars per entrance, including skiing equipment

Review №38

If you are a beginner or intermediate skier / snowboarder or park rider this is the place to go in southern New England. They have a fantastic ski school program and a race team too. They really focus on providing a good family experience.

Review №39

Super Family friendly. Starting from 2019-2020 season, they started to provide child care and kids learning camp programs. Excellent instructors for my kid! Would recommend without doubt.

Review №40

Great place for skiing and snowboarding! Has a decent skate park and lifts are well organized. Come early because parking goes fast and youll have to make a trek

Review №41

Such a great local hill. This place is exceptionally well run and has some of the best snow around. When Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate this place has great snow given all the money the owner continue to invest. Great family hill but also has a few steeper trails for more advanced skiers. Easily one of the be spots for family’s in NH.

Review №42

Plenty of trails with different levels so that everyone can enjoy. I am not the best skiier and I was able to find good options that would be fun but not too challenging. There are black diamonds with moguls, slaloms, parks, etc. Definitely family friendly.

Review №43

Nice mountain with great trails. Only complaint is the overpriced cafe $6.50 for a fast food quality burger.

Review №44

Fun resort with nice people and first-rate facilities.

Review №45

The nicest employees Ive ever met. Literally every single one of them! And they have SNOW BIKES!! It isnt really advertised but rent one and get a lesson because it will be the best thing you do this winter! So much awesome fun! Thank you Pats Peak!

Review №46

Best rate going Saturday nights for people who do not own skis.Prices at the pub and throughout were reasonable. Still plenty of snow (yes they make it and were the first to start making it) despite a warmer winter.

Review №47

If you want to go skiing, this place is amazing. Lots of hills and slopes and hours of fun. BUT IF YOU WANT TO GO TUBING YOURE ON YOUR OWN. There are no signs anywhere for anything and you’ll have to find employees if you need directions.

Review №48

Pats Peak was alot of fun. We had three kids who went snowboarding for the first time. Great lesson, and nice rolling trails for them to practice on. A great day overall.

Review №49

The staff are great!!! I had a problem with my daughters skis that I rent for the season this was our first time out and took them to the ski shop and the staff member didnt want to waste our time and money and gave us a free ski rentals. Thank you so much for making our day great.

Review №50

Great family hill - excellent grooming. Theres a good amount of variety in the terrain so something for everyone. Awesome uphill policy too!

Review №51

Went for the beginners ski lessons. Rental staff was frustrating. They gave ski and binding but NO POLES. I asked them for poles and they said you dont need one for beginners lesson. And guess what, instructor said that next time insist on getting Poles. I had a horrible time during the lesson with no poles for support. Im not coming back to this place for next time. Will try other ski places.Another issue, Beginners area is on the extreme other end of rental place (which incidentally is a level below). So you put your ski boots and walk on super slippery metal stairs and then on super slippery wood deck for half a mile to reach the beginners area. Oh by the way...beginners area is also free to all so dont expect isolation so more experienced skiers will keep on zooming around you all the time.I would seriously keep out of this place unless you know how to ski. On the wood deck I saw at least 5-7 people taking nasty fall since ski boots are super slippery on that and they dont provide any rubber protection under the boots (you can purchase one...Huh).I dont get why they dont put rubber mats on the deck to solve that issue. I saw and heard 2 people who damaged there neck due to those falls on the deck.Long story short... NOT an inviting place for beginners!!!

Review №52

We absolutely loved this resort! The staff was friendly . The place was very clean. The skiing was awesome . There was nothing I could think of that they hadnt already. We joined the Indy Pass this year and they were on it and almost all of their ski trails were open when others were not. We will return with ski friends ... thank you Pats Peak!

Review №53

I wouldn’t even date one star to this place but unfortunately I have to rate at least one star to be able to post. I went on a vacation with my family to New Hampshire and was really looking forward to going tubing and when I finally found this place i saw that it was closed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. In the winter time they should be open more then 3 days a week. It makes no sense. So I wouldn’t recommend going to this place. There’s better places out there.

Review №54

Pure disappointment. I called the number on website to see what the snow tubing availability looked like. I called around 12:30pm on 1/26/20. I asked what tickets were available for between 3-5pm. I was told by the woman on the phone that there were plenty of tickets available. She did not suggest buying tickets over the phone w her in advance...nor did she mention the park was closing at 4pm...when the website said 5pm. So my friend and I drove 40 minutes to pats excited for a fun experience. Just to be told by the inattentive, uncaring teenager (at around 2pm) working the ticket desk that they were “sold out for tubing for the day”. His customer service was terrible. We told him our situation and he couldn’t have cared less. He told us they were closing at 4pm and that was the first we heard of that. Whoever I spoke with over the phone clearly doesn’t care about making sure Pats Peak goers have a good experience. She should be written up for a terrible job done. I grew up skiing at pats peak and was so excited for the nostalgia of going back there. Now...just a bad taste in my mouth. You should be ashamed for employing such an incompetent staff.

Review №55

I love this place! They have an amazing ski school to learn to ski. The instructors are all very nice. If you want to learn how to ski this would be the place to do it!

Review №56

Lots of fun and great peoples!!

Review №57

Took the family for their first ski/board ever and it was perfect. They have a great beginners area. Very family friendly

Review №58

Great family mountain. Lodge is nice. 2 beginner areas. The Pay one Price. (POP) is a great deal, especially if ur new to skiing or snowboarding.

Review №59

Good skiing for families. Lines were not bad, staff friendly. If I were learning how to ski again, this would be an excellent place to learn.

Review №60

Pats Peak is the best! Passport plus program is a great way to start skiing. Only Resort around that offers night skiing. Very modern clean and friendly ski area.

Review №61

Great spot for intermediate and beginner skiers! Great food at reasonable prices. Crowded only at the very peaks of the season.

Review №62

Great place to ski! Best price! Their staff are very well trained and the experience was amazing!

Review №63

Although it doesnt have a lot of vertical it has the in your face Hurricane a bump trail that will challenge anyone. Plenty of beginner level terrain and a competent teaching staff. Great food and pub.

Review №64

Fun summer hiking with the family. Wish I was here with my ski gear in the winter time.

Review №65

Pats peak is a great family atmosphere, great place to take beginner skiers or for an experienced skier to warm up. Prices are great for those who just want to give skiing a try.

Review №66

Good mid-size Hill. Great for learning, but youll outgrow it.

Review №67

Pats peak is a excellent mountain (more so a large hill) for all skill levels. Personally as a snowboarder its trails are very short but can keep you entertained all day. With extreme level moguls to the bunny hill, they have a good selection. Up to date dining and lift technology is also a plus. Family activties and snowtubing are also available. Overall my 4 star rating comes from it being more of a family oriented location as opposed to a site for thrill seakers.

Review №68

Staff was awesome for the most part. After a very warm Sunday the day before. The slopes were groomed perfectly on Monday when I skied

Review №69

Although Pats Peak is smaller than some mountains, it is still very exciting and fun. There are 28 trails, they never get boring. The food is great, terrain park is fun, and it is the best mountain for beginners, and still fun for advanced people!

Review №70

Great family ski area.

Review №71

Staff made all the difference for me. They were super helpful and nice. The resort is nice. Conditions were not ideal the day I went but we had a great time. The magic carpet, beginner mat was down so my kids had to walk up the hill every run in beginers hill.

Review №72

Nice surprise. Great snow conditions, easy in and out, friendly service. Family oriented, more than a small mountain, 100% snow making.️️

Review №73

Great beginner ski or snowboard mountain that is reasonably priced. You can rent skis or snowboard take lessons and go inside for good food and desserts. They have an outdoor tubing option as well as child care and lesson. Easily accessible off of Interstate 93 and 89 and is only about 50 minutes from Boston. It is never super crowded and the staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help. Parking can be somewhat of an issue but if we get there earlier in the morning you will have no problem getting a spot. Food and beverages are reasonably priced and there is a full bar on the top level of the lodge. You could easily spend a full day there skiing eating and having a good time.

Review №74

Great local place to ski. They failed to mail us our season passes and failed to tell me there was an issue with mine that couldve been handled over the phone so we didnt get ours until we went there on December 28. Poor customer service.

Review №75

Parking was a nightmare. We called and changed our tubing day because of the weather and customer service never updated it in the system so after looking for parking for 30 minutes we had to go see guest services to see if we could go tubing that day, so we lost an hour. The lodges were extremely crowded. The skiers came flying in at the bottom of the hill and almost took out my son. Most of the kids running the tubing area were miserable. But the tubes were good, the hills were fun, my son was happy, and the huge M&M cookies are delish! But I dont think we will go back and will try tubing somewhere else next year.

Review №76

My girlfriend and I had a great day at Pats peak. Wish we knew the back side of the moutain was closed at night. Our fault for not paying close attention to the trail map.

Review №77

A wonderful learning mountain. Their snowboard instructors are the best in the area. Joe and Karl really know how to turn beginners into shredders!

Review №78

Best skiing and lots of snowmaking capabilities. New lodge in process and bar has popcorn. There is rarely a long line and the back trails are short and sweet. A favorite in our family.

Review №79

Great deals! Probably the best place to take people who have never skied or snowboard. Good for beginners.

Review №80

It was really fun! There were many fun trails and terrain parks. There was one terrain park on which i wanted to use, but the workers were fixing it up to mske sure it was safe and useable with shovels and snow machines.

Review №81

Erik Mostue provided outstanding customer service this week converting what would have been a disastrous day for my 9 year old granddaughter into a successful day. When her ski boots ended up being too small and painful, my granddaughter could not participate in her lesson. Erik attempted to adjust the boots, but then arranged for better fitting skis and boots for the day so that the fabulous ski conditions could be enjoyed. Erik even arranged a raincheck for the group lesson missed. Warmest thanks to Erik, the mountain rep for S&W Sports, for his kind attentiveness to my granddaughter.

Review №82

Very good, long green and blue trails for laid back skiing. Trails are wide, lift lines swift.

Review №83

Great small/mid size mountain for all ages and skill levels. Great staff and family friendly environment.

Review №84

Went for a wedding. Was a wonderful place for a wedding and reception. We all had a great time. The food was the best.

Review №85

Well organized lodge area. Only used the nursery slope because it was my first night snow boarding, but that was great.

Review №86

Big Mountain fun, small mountain feel. Appreciate thee liberal uphill policy and love how this mountain facilitates youth programs to et kids on skis/boards!

Review №87

Great snow tubing! The guys working the lift are great, really friendly and patient with kids.

Review №88

Nice small mountain that isn’t far for most people. Great place to learn and practice if you don’t want to drive far!

Review №89

Small but very well maintained. Snow making in use and many lifts. I went on a weekday and could walk right onto the lift without waiting.

Review №90

Fun place, lots of nice trails

Review №91

Awesome family ski mountain. Friendly locals, very informative. Great time!

Review №92

Perfect place to learn how to ski or snowboard and if you have your gear its free to use carpet for beginner area.very good advertising.

Review №93

Personnel here tend to run hot & cold. Sometimes very helpful, other times they can be completely useless. The furnishings in the lodge tend to be pushed far too close together

Review №94

Close. Scratches the itch. Personable staff. Good pricing. Good trails.

Review №95

We go there to visit every year from Miami FL. And we always have a good time

Review №96

This place is a great place for people who are skiing for the first time and for experts who have been skiing for years. The courses are a lot of fun and you can even have classes to learn faster.

Review №97

Stepping up in time with load feed belts. No more old school loading. Ski on to the belt its easy

Review №98

Great place to learn how to ski. Really fun for night skiing.

Review №99

It is a really great mountain for learners ( like me), great staff, and lots to do! Very fun

Review №100

Pats Peak is a great family ski area with a variety of terrain, great amenities, and an excellent alternative to the huge mega resorts!
