My daughter and I only went snowtubing. Forty dollars for two hours per person, price I suppose is reasonable since maintaining a place so big, especially since they make their own snow. It hasnt snowed in weeks and there was plenty for winter activities. The staff was very accommodating to my daughter because of her needs and let my daughter ride down sitting since she was scared going down head first. I prefer not to go down head first as well since your head could take a possible impact. But, we had fun. Forty degree weather was nice.Parking lot was tough on the suspension of cars. I saw on car bump the ground because the car drove low to the ground.Very busy and popular place. I would go again.

Visitied Pats Peak during the New England fall season. Its a great place to have a scenic view of the the nearby peaks and the valleys colorful fall foliage, plus theres no entry fee. The peak provides an amazing view that you dont want to miss. I hiked all the way to the peak and let me tell you that its not an easy hike, I would rate it moderate based on my hiking experiences. Its a very inclined hike all the way to peak. But the views will surely compensate for the effort. At the peak I would recommend going towards different sections to get better views, its all about exploring. Take some snack with you and enjoy it with friends/family or solo as I did. When I visited the lift was closed for fall, it will surely be open during winter. Hence, go hiking here during the peak fall to get a great exercise and picturesque photos for your holiday postcards. Good luck with the hike and make sure you have ample water!

My husband and I got married here in September and we couldnt have chosen a better venue! It was gorgeous inside and out, they had an indoor ceremony location if there was inclement weather, the staff was incredible--super helpful and super friendly, happy to be a part of our special day! Were especially grateful to Amy (she answered my many, many emails so promptly and thoroughly!), Brigid (ditto!), Chef Guy (the food was delicious and the menu had lots of great choices), and Robin (so glad to have her there to coordinate the day of)! This venue fit our budget and our vision. Were so happy with how everything went!

Visited Pats Peak for night skiing early this week and have to say it was an awesome time. They had 100% of their trails open and the conditions were pretty good. They have a couple of double black diamonds, a lot of terrain and a good variety of trails. It’s a fun mountain, and night skiing is a lot of fun.

Its close to where I live in New Hampshire and they have a little bit for everyone. They have a bunny hill the kids take lessons on, they have easy trails for beginners, and more difficult trails for intermediate to pro skiers or snowboarders. They also have 2 lodges, one with a bar on the top level, and tubing. Bring your whole family. Just took my daughter for her first time skiing today. It was an amazing experience.

Our visit on a Wednesday before peak season was very enjoyable - not crowded at all, friendly staff, nice powdery snow. There are a number of easy slopes from the top which was very fun for a beginner like myself! They were snow making all day though so it got quite cold, had to keep going back to the shop for warmer gear. On the bright side their shop is very reasonably priced compared to some other ski areas. Only slight complaint is the locker policy - need 4 quarters to lock it every time; however the parking lot is close so we kept most of our things in the car.

My family and I went skiing for the first time here. All of the employees were very nice and the place was very organized. My family and I had a really fun day together skiing and taking the beginner lesson. A few of us (who had skied once before) did some green slopes later. The chicken tenders, big cookies, and hot chocolate were awesome. During meal times the chicken tenders are disappearing so fast they keep coming out freshly fried. Remember to ask for marshmallows to go with the hot chocolate.I would happily go back here for another novice day of skiing with family or friends.

One of the best family ski areas. It gets crowded but the staff is good at handling crowds. We had ski classes for the whole family and all the instructors were very good and friendly and eager to help. Tubing area is fun for all ages. It gets crowded too but lines move quickly thanks to staff. The slopes were well maintained. The lodge seemed crowded but we always find a spot to sit. The food in the cafeterias are good, too. Rentals move seamlessly.

Always a fun ski area. Brought my son and we both had a blast. Lift lines were reasonable, as was the space in the lodge. We ate lunch off peak time and there was no problem finding a table, and no line at the cafeteria. Food was surprisingly good for ski area cafeteria food. Ive liked Pats Peak for casual family friendly skiing since I was a kid, and this last visit didnt disappoint.

Pats Peak is fantastic. The slopes are great, all of the staff are exceptionally friendly, there is an emphasis on being a family-friendly environment, and the rental gear is better than typical rental equipment. I recommend bringing your own food to eat if youre going to stay during a mealtime though. The cafeteria was average at best. Also, If you need medical assistance, their ski patrol is extraordinarily kind. I dropped my gloves off of the ski lift on accident, and the ski patrol found them for me within 10 minutes.

This mountain has a very family friendly and homey vibe. The lodges are beautiful and they are always making improvements around the mountain, to quote a staff member: There is no finish line. The customer service is on point here. The staff here are so helpful that when I brought my new boots to be refitted to my skis they not only offered to do it for free they found a problem with my boots and gave me a voucher for a completely free set of rental gear. There is no shortage of commendations I have for this mountain and their staff. While it may be on the smaller side, the mountain offers plenty of trails, features, and reliable snow making. Ive been going here for years and it has never let me down.

Great, little ski mountain and not far from Boston. Easy to get around the lodge and the mountain. Even in a busy weekend, the lift lines were not terribly long. We find discounted tickets, which made skiing here a little more friendly on the pocket book. The terrain is geared more towards beginners and intermediate skiers and boarders, which was fine for us. I wouldnt come every weekend, but good for a day trip

On weekends (between 3-10pm) they offer something called POP which includes lift, rental and skiing/snowboarding for $49. Not as big and expensive as other resorts in northern New Hampshire but this place surprised me with its quality and parallel lifts (leaving the lines quite reasonably fast on a sunny 40-degree Saturday). Went for the beginners ski lessons. Rental staff was frustrating. They gave ski and binding but NO POLES. I asked them for poles and they said you dont need one for beginners lesson. And guess what, instructor said that next time insist on getting Poles. I had a horrible time during the lesson with no poles for support. Im not coming back to this place for next time. Will try other ski places.Another issue, Beginners area is on the extreme other end of rental place (which incidentally is a level below). So you put your ski boots and walk on super slippery metal stairs and then on super slippery wood deck for half a mile to reach the beginners area. Oh by the way...beginners area is also free to all so dont expect isolation so more experienced skiers will keep on zooming around you all the time.I would seriously keep out of this place unless you know how to ski. On the wood deck I saw at least 5-7 people taking nasty fall since ski boots are super slippery on that and they dont provide any rubber protection under the boots (you can purchase one...Huh).I dont get why they dont put rubber mats on the deck to solve that issue. I saw and heard 2 people who damaged there neck due to those falls on the deck.Long story short... NOT an inviting place for beginners!!!

I wouldn’t even date one star to this place but unfortunately I have to rate at least one star to be able to post. I went on a vacation with my family to New Hampshire and was really looking forward to going tubing and when I finally found this place i saw that it was closed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. In the winter time they should be open more then 3 days a week. It makes no sense. So I wouldn’t recommend going to this place. There’s better places out there.

Pure disappointment. I called the number on website to see what the snow tubing availability looked like. I called around 12:30pm on 1/26/20. I asked what tickets were available for between 3-5pm. I was told by the woman on the phone that there were plenty of tickets available. She did not suggest buying tickets over the phone w her in advance...nor did she mention the park was closing at 4pm...when the website said 5pm. So my friend and I drove 40 minutes to pats peak..so excited for a fun experience. Just to be told by the inattentive, uncaring teenager (at around 2pm) working the ticket desk that they were “sold out for tubing for the day”. His customer service was terrible. We told him our situation and he couldn’t have cared less. He told us they were closing at 4pm and that was the first we heard of that. Whoever I spoke with over the phone clearly doesn’t care about making sure Pats Peak goers have a good experience. She should be written up for a terrible job done. I grew up skiing at pats peak and was so excited for the nostalgia of going back there. Now...just a bad taste in my mouth. You should be ashamed for employing such an incompetent staff.

With extreme level moguls to the bunny hill, they have a good selection. Up to date dining and lift technology is also a plus. Family activties and snowtubing are also available. Great beginner ski or snowboard mountain that is reasonably priced. You can rent skis or snowboard take lessons and go inside for good food and desserts. They have an outdoor tubing option as well as child care and lesson. Easily accessible off of Interstate 93 and 89 and is only about 50 minutes from Boston. It is never super crowded and the staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help. Parking can be somewhat of an issue but if we get there earlier in the morning you will have no problem getting a spot. Parking was a nightmare. We called and changed our tubing day because of the weather and customer service never updated it in the system so after looking for parking for 30 minutes we had to go see guest services to see if we could go tubing that day, so we lost an hour. The lodges were extremely crowded. The skiers came flying in at the bottom of the hill and almost took out my son. Most of the kids running the tubing area were miserable. But the tubes were good, the hills were fun, my son was happy, and the huge M&M cookies are delish! But I dont think we will go back and will try tubing somewhere else next year.
