WORST hotel experience EVER!we changed our mind after noticing foul odor throughout the hotel, probably due to smoking.the RUDE receptionist would NOT accommodate us and could care less about our concern(s). we were persistent in our grievance so they called the security on us!!!we told them that we would NOT take a room even for free, due to sub-standard level of their hotel and the RUDENESS of the staff.will NEVER EVER go back to this FILTHY place, in all respects!!!

Its pretty nice, the upstairs meeting room is spacious. This is the veterans advocacy class, being hosted by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Some areas were a bit tough for the guys confined to scooters for mobility, the staff was petty great though. If you want to become a certified Nevada Veterans Advocate, pretty sure that they will be doing it again in this location. Thanks to Fiesta for the amenities!

Its a decent-size casino with a small-town feel. They have both modern and old style games and the payout seem to be reasonable. Theres a cafe and a Mexican restaurant off the main lobby. Adequate Buffet upstairs with a wide variety of foods. Overall the place is pretty nice but if youre not into Smoky environments I suggest to try someplace else

Ended up with a free shot glass and post card. we are from Michigan and you cant smoke in buildings by on the casino floor you can smoke. To get the free credits towards a gift you need to sign up as a preferred member which is Free by showing your ID and then you also have a souvenir by having a car to take home with your name on it you also need this card to play games and accumulate more credits. It seems like a very secure place. I also added a gif of the sun rising.

Easy access, safe parking. Comfortable casino. Couldnt find non-smoking casino areas except eating establishments. Nice rooms. Friendly atmosphere. As now is found in many casinos, the additional Resort Fee of $20 exists. For that, we received 2 10 oz bottles of water and internet access, so it really is just a way to increase the room rate.

We use to visit this location Fiesta Henderson Hotel and Casino every week. The buffet was always clean with many options. I must say that it is sad to see Fiesta Henderson Hotel and Casino go down-hill. I was not very impressed with their food quality, as of late. I have had better food selection in the past from this casino buffet. The plates are often not clean, with food particles. The employees seem like they would rather not speak to you. Very strange, Fiesta Henderson Hotel and Casino.

I just recently started going to The Fiesta Henderson and have only been there about half a dozen times so far but I really enjoy this casino. Yes it is a ways off for me and most people but it is well worth the trip. The casino is a good size, very clean and full of a ton of great gaming options. The staff there have all been excellent from the slot personnel to the security guards and the slot supervisors. It is relaxing and fun all at the same time. I highly recommended Fiesta Henderson to everyone.

Enjoyed dinner in the buffet. Our beverage server, Patty, was excellent. Ask to be seated in her section if you want to be well attended with perfect timing. (No, were not related.)The lounge show, Rocky & Stephanie ?, was what one would expect for Las Vegas entertainment. The quality and music selection kept the dance floor packed. Cant say much for the slots or video poker machines. Would enjoy winning now and then but not in the cards, so to speak . Overall, a pleasant evening at the Fiesta.

Prefer the Fiesta to any other casino including those on the strip. The staff is friendly; their steakhouse excellent and your odds of winning good. I was a local and avoided the strip like the plague. If you are a tourist and want to put your wallet and life on the line hit the strip; if you want to have fun and have a good time go to the Fiesta

Disgusting bathroom, paid WiFi was way too expensive for slow speed. Nasty smell in the room. Front desk guy clearly hates his job. Cafe host made everyone wait 25-30 minutes to be seated when many tables were unoccupied. Resort fees for a hotel stay when the pool isn’t even open. Clearly exploiting travelers. I’ll try the skyline hotel for my next 4 month trip.

Nice place to stay off the Strip! We spent our last night in Vegas there waiting to fly out the next day. We probably lost as much if not more than we lost gambling in a more expensive hotel. We had a fantastic dinner at their higher end restaurant. The desserts looked so good that we went back before the kitchen closed at 9 so we could eat one. The hotel staff was very helpful. The only issue I had was where to go to check in. We circled the building twice following signs trying to find the hotel registration. Not well marked to tell you that you are in the right place.

Be sure to download the Regal app to build up points for the show and free food. There are fast food eateries available, as well as, the Fiesta buffet, which offers breakfast, lunch, or dinner at a reasonable price, and restaurant such as , Fuego Steakhouse. Stop and get coupons for free stuff. On the downside, there are areas around the slots that are smoky, however not throughout the casino. On the positive, there is covered parking, so.if its raining or windy, you are protected.

I liked the quick check-in. The room was clean. The thermostat does not work very well. It kept reverting to the previous setting, which made for a cold night. There was a connecting door to my room. I could hear noises coming from the other room, and I could see light shining on the sides of the door. This occurred throughout the night. I did not like having to walk through the smoky casino to get to my room. The price I got for the night was excellent. The staff did an excellent job.

This hotel is quite nice. It was well taken care of and and very clean for an older hotel. Staff was friendly. There was enough to do for my teens as well. There was usually a spot available at the $5.00 blackjack tables and dealers were friendly and informative. The only reason I gave this a 4 star was that the room had a very strong perfume smell when the air conditioner was running. As well, having a small cube fridge in the room was an extra charge of $11.00 per night and I feel that fridges in the room should be available at no charge.

Rooms are spacious and clean but overall everything is dated. Rooms don’t have coffee makers but “coffee is available to purchase at the onsite Starbucks or the house cafe”. I wasn’t thrilled when I discovered that. Most hotels, if not all, of the hotels I have stayed in offer this feature to their guests. I also asked for a tooth brush at the front desk since most hotels will provide this to their guests when requested. I was informed “this was not one of those hotels” and that “I could purchase one at the gift shop”.Pretty stingy. The real kicker is they are pretty deceptive with their posted prices for their house buffet eatery. No prices are posted at the entrance of the eatery and the ones that are don’t apply to their non preferred members. The picture of the advert for the restaurant is posted throughout the hotel. A reasonable person would think the price is what is displayed. However, when I went for the Sunday brunch I was charged $16. When I asked about the price difference vs the posted prices I was told those only applied to their preferred members, which I could enroll in for $11.Later, when taking the pictures I discussed this with a member of the hotel staff. I asked why the true prices weren’t posted anywhere. They directed me to posted signs with the preferred prices. We then reviewed the poster and they agreed the displayed advert was either incorrect or misleading.Pretty shady.I would think that laws against untrue or misleading advertising would kick in here, like the “Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act” but maybe that does not apply in Nevada. Still really shady though.

We had a malfunctioning air conditioning / heater unit. We both called down to the front desk and both times they said they would send someone up to fix it. I thought I heard someone at the door and when I went to look, the peep hole was all distorted. I opened the door to look and nobody was there. What I did find was shattered glass in the peep hole. After waiting and nobody coming, we eventually went to dinner. We had to sleep with the heater unit off and were cold the whole night. Furthermore my wife and I woke up completely congested due to something in that room. After we checked out, we were all clear. When we went to breakfast, it took about 40 minutes to get our food. Everything was cooked incorrectly (I took pictures of our meal and the under cooked eggs that were supposed to be over medium) and the food was swimming in grease. Nobody asked how the meal was but rather we were told how our server was only on his second day. The top plate was supposed to be biscuits and gravy but the gravy was sour and it was swimming in egg yolk. The other plate also had sour gravy and the eggs and hash browns were soaked with grease. In summary, the food was TERRIBLE, something in the room was causing my wife and I to be awfully congested, the maintenance on the room was sub-par, and there was no usable climate control in our room.WORST experience ever and has left a TERRIBLE impression of the Station line.

Don’t follow people onto the elevator! Be sure to use your room key to activate the elevator, otherwise when you get to your room your key won’t work and you’ll have to travel all the way back down to reception to have them make you another key. Happened to me three times in the night. Perhaps I’m imagining this and the keys are simply too sensitive to interference around the casino and get wiped. Nonetheless, it is an issue that needs a solution.

Honestly I loved this place more than most of the Strip casinos I visited. I had a hotel room at the Aria while on vacation for a couple days, and it was quite nice, however I didnt care for their casino or their $45 resort fee plus tax, or their $21 bottles of water. Very high minimums and poor drink service.Fiesta has excellent video poker and an all around comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. Its quite a big place, but not overwhelming huge like MGM or Mandalay. I frequent Sunset Station as well, pretty good buffet. I personally would rather stay at a Station casino than the Strip, which is just a tourist trap and extremely overpriced.Fiesta blackjack dealers definitely arent the friendliest people. One older gentlemen was average, but a Hispanic, heavy set middle-aged male was obviously annoyed and rude when I didnt tip. The casino house wins a lot more than I do, so if I do win, I prefer to hold on to my winnings. If they have an issue with their job, they should go find a new one. Tipping on table games isnt a requirement.Food options are bit limited, so I left, but overall I will definitely be back on my next Las Vegas vacation. A little surprised how crowded it was early in the week, but not a hassle in any way. Also on their 6x points multiplier on Wednesday, they took some of the better video poker games off-line. Not a huge fan of that.

They should allow to park trucks overnight without registering with casino hotel. I understand they dont want trucks to park overnight for free. I would gladly pay for parking or prove with receipts how much money I spend on grounds, for example movies, popcorn plus drink, cigar from cigar shop, restaurant and obviously money spent in casino itself for me its easley over $100, isnt that enough to cover parking for one night. If that is not brought to property management attention Id be looking for other place to park and spend my money. To bad because I like the place especially for Starbucks and cigar shop and large casino with many, many different games to choose from. Staff is very friendly, place is very clean. Fiesta Henderson is an old hotel; it is in need of a complete makeover. Nothing of the hotel is outstanding, however nothing is really bad. The hotel and food in general is mediocre. Casino is good but SMOKE FILLED. I did not see one air cleaner device.I believe that through the years smoke has permeated every crevice of this building. The only way out is to knock it down. The rooms are clean ,well maintained, and have an odor of smoke. The beds are OK with marginal pillows. The air-con is an old fashioned wall unit and is like having a diesel engine in your room. VERY LOUD. The buffet was hit or miss, some items fantastic others you would not give to your enemies..or maybe you would. The resort fee is a joke added to increase revenue without providing anything. Free phone calls and wifi?? had that since I bought my first cell phone. Everyone in a third world nation now has a cell phone. They should dump the resort fee and just raise the price of the room. I paid a little less than $140 for a night, on Saturday, I thought it was a little too much.Got a non-smoking room. It looked ok but had an unpleasant smell, kinda weird, but it definitely didnt smell like smoke.

We like to travel by car a lot, and found this gem online and gave it a shot! Located in Henderson, far from the traffic of Las Vegas proper, it was easy to get in and out of the casino, large rooms, but no coffee or microwave in the rooms, but offers all sorts of restaurants and cafes, Starbucks and even a movie theater! It is older but clean, and was a joy to stay at. Helpful and friendly staff as well. Will stay there again!

I like Leticias , a Mexican restaurant. The staff is so nice and attentive. I am so happy Leticias has a large menu selection, we even found good stuff for our tweens (lol) and they are very picky eaters! Some of the sauces are a little on the spicy side, you can always order mild or plain with the sauce on the side. If you like cinnamon today crunch cereal, you have to try their horchata its the best Ive had in a while! So delicious...Love it!
