I have been watching all of the movies since I have came here and their staff sure knows how to be in charge of the snacks.They keep the place neat and tidy.The movies I have been watching in the cinema were pretty entertaining and nice.Their staff were friendly,nice and also they keep the seats clean.I cannot wait to come to this place again sometime.

The staff here is really great but I wish they had machines in the lobby to buy tickets. You have to get in line with everyone getting their snacks and I feel like it makes the wait longer and stresses out the people working if its slammed. That being said, this theatre is super easy, clean and nice. Plenty of parking.

I see movies here often. No complaints, except that for the price they charge, the seats need updating. Friendly staff though and fresh popcorn!

IMHO. The sound system was lacking bass. Turn off the exit sign next to the screen. The theater was cold. The seats arent reclining and very small...or Im just big. Could be. The bathroom is tiny. The building is run down. This theater needs to be rebuilt.

Way to many Covid-19 rules. There is no joy in movie going anymore. Movie selections are poor as well.

Staff is super friendly. I attempted to take my toddler to his first movie, it didnt go well and we left 5 mins in. The staff saw me about to leave the front and offered to give my money back since I didnt even get to see the movie. I wasnt expecting that at all! Very cool of you guys to do that thank you.

Very disappointed with the theatre. Brought the family for a family movie night. We could barely hear the sound of the film. All of the guests literally had to quiet down completely just to hear the movie. The lack of sound made the movie seem as it was low quality. The venue was small and poorly lit. We paid full price for what truly is dollar theatre quality. I would definitely suggest that people reconsider coming. Unless they make major renovations I would not suggest that you visit. There is no scenery. Theatre place is old and run down. The reviews lead you to believe that this place is much better quality. They did not even have staff working the ticket window. We had to purchase our tickets inside where the concession stand is. They have a closet size arcade. Please put some money into the place.

Seemed pretty modern and new when I visited. 3 yrs ago though. Remember it being clean. The a/c was actually on and set to a comfortable setting. Seats were soft and still somewhat new. A little crowded. The concessions are ridiculously over priced which is typical. Get there early if going at night. The parking spaces are quite far from the entry. The ones available.

The organization asked me what was needed to create a 5 star experience. Here is my response: Please provide open captioning to hearing impaired patrons. The captioning is already embedded in the movies you show, so please just turn it on.

I love this theatre the vibes are great everyone who complains about the seats not reclining sound so snobby the movie theatre is perfect and so many great memories here I rather go here than to any other the snacks are FIRE TOO

The theater is pretty small but comfy. Get there early for good seats Becuase almost everyone always shows up at the last minute.

The show was supposed to start at 6:55, but the commercials lasted until 7:18. That gave plenty of time to use one of the 14 stalls in the ladies room. There is also 1 stall for the handicapped.It was very clear! The theater, the restrooms, and all.They also have a membership opportunity where you can receive free items with the more movies you watch.I did not order anything to eat, however, so I dont know the costs. My ticket to see Little Women was $9.70 since I do not have a membership.There is a huge parking lot, and it is located right across the street from the Hemet Valley Mall.

Great place for a Date night. Watched Star Wars. Had an Awesome time.

Seating is on the awkward side, but it is a cinema for a small town so its very understandable, staff are very friendly, though theres no line, so people usually cut. Its decent Ill give it that.

This is a theater with no stadium seating. But this does have digital projectors and sound. BASIC is the only word to describe this place. Nice staff.

A great way to see a movie if youre on a budget

Forty bucks for two grandparents and their two grandchildren. That was just for the movie showing before 3pm, we will never patronize this place again. I got the impression that we were not the intended audience anyways.

Its an amazing place to hangout despite the lack scenery. They also have all the movies like any other theater would have so theres no complaint there. Overall, its a great place

I live within walking distance of this theater and I have been twice. Honestly, I would visit more frequently if the seats were WIDER, had more cushion AND if the cup holders could be lifted up. I hate watching movies in pain! Seriously! Those seats are elementary school sized. TO THE OWNER - PLEASE, PLEASE FIX THE SEATS OR ADIVSE PATRONS TO BRING THEIR OWN CHAIRS!!! The good news is the popcorn was phenomenal and it was made fresh for me, and I didnt have to ask. I will come back if the seats are larger or if I lose 1,000 lbs or chop off my legs altogether. This movie theater should have recliner chairs its way better and comfortable than the old fashioned uncomfortable chairs.

Everyone we had contac with was very friendly and efficient; from the girl in the box office to the one directing us to the right theater. Clean theater.

It need to be rebuilt its old in the inside time for better seating up in there so while the out break of this virus they should rebuild or at least renew the seating

Theater was filthy. Kids booster seats were really gross. Nobody works the ticket counter. You have to stand in a 15 minute line at the concession stand to get your tickets. So make sure your early. Missed the first couple minutes of the movie. Ill take the drive out of town from now on. Outdated seating, and cost as much as places that are cleaner with recliners. Dont know how they are still in business, or able to sell food still.

Too hard too get movie times, you need a computer now or smart phone. If you dont have those you have to walk up to the theatre (no ticket window in use) and find out, pain for older people. The 844 number is useless unless you have a computer, the direct number is for the empty ticket window.Concession prices are out of control.But the theatre is clean and kept up, play too many kiddie movies not many grown up movies tho...

If you’re coming to see a new movie on its premiere date be sure to make it to the theater earlier than usual because the lines get outrageous. The theater is well kept and the staff is always friendly to my wife and I. Not bad on the prices either

Clean but very old and falling apart. The screen was small and had an exit sign in front of it. The seats were old and uncomfortable. Limited refills on the large concessions.

Nice, smaller theatre with current movies. Basic snacks available at typical theater snack prices; but it available. A lot of eating places nearby too.

Seats were uncomfortable, lady got our order wrong twice, they ran out of 3D glasses and had to wait until 2 minutes before the movie actually started to finally get glasses. Bathrooms were definitely not up to standards held by other Regal Cinemas Ive visited.

Wednesday night, 8:10 show and I was the only one there, previews started and 5 minutes before the movie, still just me, eventually there were 5 people all together. Movie still ran, sound good, clean space, just baffled why so empty.... Oh yeah, $12.50!!! A ticket!! Seriously?;?

Good theater that not crowded but can use a serious update. Im a big man and would appreciate seating with higher back and armrests that lift up.

My neighborhood theatre. It’s always a pleasure to walk over and watch a movie on a Saturday night. There are complaints that could be made, as there are with anything, but I enjoy every trip I make.

Theatre was clean and nice. Great matinee prices too. Seats are not comfortable though. And not much leg room. I’m only 6’ and I had to love to an aisle to have leg room. And getting through a 1:45 long was pretty ruff on my butt. Seats need upgraded.

The theater was clean and not busy today, but it is Super Bowl! The popcorn, hot dogs and drinks were fresh. Watched a great movie with Kevin Hart--The Upside.

Movie theaters have really stepped up in recent years but this one has stayed in the past. Seats seem so old and uncomfortable and dont even recline. The lobby is really small with nothing fun or exciting. Not that San Jacinto theater is a big step up but I would rather drive a couple miles if Im watching a movie in the valley.

Customer service was very good, attentive. The only downfall is that this theater needs renovation. The smell in the restroom is that of stagnant water mixed with heater. The seays are a bit rigid in legroom for a 64 man to enjoy a 2hr long movie.

Not very clean. The seating is really old and uncomfortable. I live about a half mile from the theater but usually make the 15 min drive to San Jacinto Regal theater. Much cleaner and seats are not new but much more comfortable.

Run down movie theaters. It isnt horrible, but I wish it could be fixed up a bit for the local people, so we had somewhere decent to go instead of always having to leave town.

We went last night to watch Bumblebee. It was a good experience and its real easy to find were you need to go if you have common sense. Just like any other movie place.

This place is super clean... The sound is dialed in. Must get reassess for almost every movie. All ALLLLL the 3d movies ive seen there.... It was just me and my girl. Like we rented it out for a private screening. The theaters are smaller than normal. But the screens they have are not smaller. Gives you a now depth experience. Today i saw avengers end game. Couldnt be happier with a movie theater. No one ever comes around half way through with the light looking around for stuff. Keep up the good work. Btw 10 bucks a ticket

I was there accompanying my daughter to drop off my grandchildren so that they could enjoy a show. They enjoyed the show and were reported to be well behaved as they did so

The theater room was older style. Chose really uncomfortable. But played a good movie

This is the WORST theater I have ever been to. The staff was great and friendly. The screen was small and the coke I purchased had a cigarette after taste and the guy that sold it said their Root beer taste like fish. So if I can help it I will never come here again. But try it and make your own decision.

Expensive and I dont enjoy the seats at all. The arm rest is fixed so I cant move it up and as a chubby girl, it was uncomfortable.

This theater could use a major overhaul. The seats are small and cramped. The theater wasnt clean. The drinks tasted terrible (I think it was the ice) and so did the popcorn. The only positive was the staff. Everyone was so helpful and friendly.

Very old theater. It is kept clean but it is tine to at minimum upgrade the seats. Snacks very pricey. 2 medium popcorns and 2 medium sodas over $30, making it a plus $50 outing. It is way cheaper to go to some of the newer more modern theatres. Maybe a loyalty cup like Harkins. Popcorn was stone cold....we wont be back....
