Its a beautiful trailer park but the management its awful :(

Too much going on around here to have any kind of privacy at all !!

One of the nicer parks in town. Site manager could use some anger management and customer service lessons though.

Well it has pretty sunsets and has a good pool but the people are sometimes rude and the field it is never watered during the summer. Some people can be nice but other people are not as nice. We need some nice people here.

I would say its a good place to live but they do not water there grass and so it is always dry. There playground equipment the poles are always so lose and there is rude kids but sometimes they are nice but has great sunsets.

This is a large mobile home park. It looks like they have a rec room and a separate business office. The roads are wide enough roads for cars to pass each other. And it isnt to far from town.

Ive lived here for 5 years had been Christie is a great manager I think maintenance I think Sean is wonderful he will help you with anything and I though that pretty much everybody is nice as long as youre nice to them are nice to you I like them in here I have no problems they have rules just like everybody else theres some that conado bite obey bio and of course they get man and condemn it but as far as me living here for vart 5 years Im happy with Christie maintenance and the people that live here

Owners suck but not a bad place to live

What to say? Its a single wide and double wide trailer park. My friends have one of the nicer places. It all depends on the pride of ownership and upkeep of the individual owners and renters.

As far as trailer parks go, its probably the nicest one around Helena. It feels like a decent community with an odd neighbor or two. Facilities seem to be maintained aside from a constant water battle. Not bad!

Seems like a well kept mobile home park with no real run down homes. Has a nice pool and indoors activities center. BUT hey, I dont actually live there so take my review for what its worth. Only go here to visit.

One of the nicer parks in the area. Strict rules keep it looking nice. Small dogs permitted but daily clean-up is required. My only problem is the excessively strict water restrictions prevent effective care of landscaping... Your flower beds will be full of weeds because youll be watering with a bucket and the weeds will grow where the water is.

I have several friends that currently reside here and I have had many more friend who have also taken residency at this locarion. Its a very nice place all around. Its only improved over the years.

Just driving through its obvious the community is well cared for.

Bad personal experiences

All trailer parks have a reputation and Im sure it has its bad points but it seemed to me to be very clean people were very respectful as I was driving by which is very nice

This place outs just a trailer park. But I like there pool and exercise room amazing

Well maintained, reasonable lot rents, manager on site. Has a pool, gym and Rec Center.

Its a trailer park, but they have a pool and hot tub.

The speed bumps e a little extensive....there r a lot of them...otherwise its a nice park...
