Love this place! The wines are always fabulous. We did the food & wine pairing today and they were able to accommodate my vegan diet with the most amazing food! Our wine pourer Adam was magnificent! I dont know the name of the chef, but it was all, both vegan & non vegan, amazing. Please go if you can.

This was our favorite wine tasting of the whole day! They do a wine and cheese pairing and it was so good. It really brings out the flavor of the wines and it’s always nice to have some food and drink. We loved it so much we bought a bottle and even their truffle cheese. Which is the best! We also got the truffle salt as well. Definitely should hit up Williamson if you are in downtown Healdsburg or any where close!

My husband and I had the Icon food and wine pairing lunch and we were completely blown away. British Mark was phenomenal during the whole experience and explained why certain wines were paired with the courses.The food and the wines were stellar. We purchased a jar of sweet beet mustard and a bottle of the Grange Cuvée to enjoy when we get home.

Wonderful setting in downtown. The waiters are fun and knowledgeable. The wine is delicious and paired well with great cheeses and jams. Honestly, i would recommend to anyone and would return if every in the area again.

Many of the wineries are only offering tastings Thurs-Mon right now. I scoured the web and found this place in downtown Healdsburg. They offer a wine and cheese pairing. We enjoyed all four wines (plus a bonus taste), although only two enough to buy. We didnt buy any of the four cheeses or mustards, but Ill remember those for future trips. And our host, British Mark, was congenial and fun.

This is a not-to-miss spot for wine tasting in Healdsburg! Their wines are second to none, and they offer amidst every varietal you can think of.. from sparkling to dessert, theres something for everyone. They also pair each wine with cheese and a condiment thats complimentary to the wine youre tasting. Mustards, pepper jams, truffle salt- and they sell each of those in their tasting room, so you can recreate your tasting experience at home! I have become famous in my circle of friends for having amazing charcuterie platters because I serve many of the special condiments Ive procured at Williamson!

Awesome experience. I took a spot at the bar and had a blast with my initial wine tasting. Came back a second day for another round and introduced a friend. The small bites pairings make all the difference. The staff is very knowledgeable and the owners are on sight as well and working (from Sydney, Australia)!! Parking can be tight with on street parking but can usually get within 2 blocks.They have tables as well as bar standing area - tastings are FREE!! HIGHLY Recommend

I cant tell enough good things about this tasting. Take your time and stop in.... The food pairings will astound you.... At least they did me... Everything was so thoughtfully planned and executed - each time a new wine and food pairing were brought out I was surprised how much they complimented each other.So... Tell a long story short, now a wine club, cheese club, and spice club member. Its that worth it.

This is where you want to taste wine. Ive never done a wine/food pairing, so this was a new experience. Fun, friendly staff. They have you sample gourmet food products that you can purchase on site (mustard, jams sauces) that truly highlight their wines.

Walked in 20 minutes late for the noon tasting and Adam suggested we return for the 2pm tasting so we wouldn’t miss out on any of the wine and food parings. Returned at 2 and had a wonderful time. Adam was very knowledgeable but fun and wines were amazing. A great delicious and informative afternoon in Healdsburg. Strongly recommend this winery and tasting room.

Williamson used to be personal and friendly but has become too big. They lost the customer service they once had. The pick up parties are no longer personal, it feels like a chain. Sad to say one of my favorite wineries is disappointing!

Great wines and pairings

I walked in here with no reservations on a Friday night (risky, I know) but was treated with the utmost hospitality despite being a party of 1 seated at a 4 top table (cringe). The wines and pairings were extremely good and at an affordable (compared to Napa) price point. Kudos to this business for grade A customer service and an excellent tasting experience. Definitely planning to stop by again when I come to town.

Met here with some friends as our starter place for the day. Quite the experience. Wine pairing! Great service by Tony. Great wine and great food. That bacon jam rocks. We got here early, so I got a place to sit down. This is quite unique and quite relaxed to really enjoy some tastings and learn a bit as well

Hidden little gem. We were told by a few locals to stop in. Pleasantly surprised with the food, spices, and wine. I recommend the truffle salt!

Met Amber while on a day of wine tasting in Healdsburg and she recommended Williamson Wines in downtown Healdsburg. What a great experience, not only were the wines great and no charge for the tasting but Amber was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant, able to answer the many questions we had. We had great service here. I believe Aron was our server. They have a free wine and food tasting and it is amazing. The wine to buy by the bottle is a little too expensive for me, but we enjoyed it here.

Weve spent 9 days wine tasting and still have one to go. This is the BEST tasting weve done. The people are wonderful, the mustard and jams are delightful, the spices are amazing and the wines were out of this world! DO NOT MISS this place!!! Were going back for one more stop... there are still little crevices in the car that can hold a bottle or two! :)

We booked a food and wine tasting in advance of our visit to California wine country. We had never attended an event like this, so we had no prior expectation. It was fabulous! The food was excellent, and our host was extremely knowledgeable about the pairings (what to pay attention to with each course). We learned a ton! It’s well worth the money (we actually had a Groupon...this opened the door to an entirely new experience. Highly recommend Williamson!

We have been wine club members for over 10 years at Williamson. They have fun, knowledgeable people and great wine. We love learning about food and wine pairing. They do an excellent job of showing how food and wine compliment each other. We were at the club party last weekend and had a chestnut soup paired with their Grenache! Wow! One of the few wineries that still offers free tastings. Do limited production so the wines they are pouring are always changing. They also do a cheese and sauce pairing with each of their wines. Definitely worth a stop if youre in downtown Healdsburg. I ended up getting their Zinfandel and Shiraz.

So, good news / bad news here. The wines were just OK - we frankly didnt purchase any and they tasted ...well...OK. However, the pairing experience was magical - they paired tiny morsels of foods with wines and it felt like both food and wine were transformed. All in all, a good experience.

George was our host for the Williamson Winery for our first trip to a winery and he was a very enjoyable host. Our time at the vineryard was emmaculant. George made our experience worth while.

This is the best tasting room for a sit-down experience paired with small bites. The staff is knowlegable and friendly. Owners Dawn and Bill will stop at the table for a chat when they are around. Allow at least an hour to enjoy the experience. I highly recommend the tasting room and the wines.

This was our favorite winery for tasting and experience. George was a great host and he gave us his full attention. We enjoyed the complimentary wines that were paired with cheese that was topped with different spices, sauces that really did bring out the best in the wine. The wines we tried were all good unlike some of the wineries we visited were we usually only enjoyed a couple at best.I would recommend this winery tasting room to anyone visiting and walking around the plaza which was a highlight of our trip.

This was hands down our favorite tour in our NoCal tour. Tony was excellent with a joke and a quick pour whenever we needed. Incredibly knowledgeable staff with a solid wine collection. The tasting was free, and we didnt feel pressured to buy anything after. I would absolutely go back.

Been here a few times with my wife and I. The wine is good, but the manager with short hair definitely needs some people skills. She is extremely rude. Wine tasting at Williamson Winery was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The wines were fantastic and the food pairings were spectacular.We had the opportunity to meet the owners Bill and Dawn and they were friendly,warm and welcoming.

A must for any wine traveler in No Cal. Their location is very convenient to access off Highway 101. Try their Pinot Noir, it will immediately become the highlight of your trip. One of the best experiences and hidden gems withing Sonoma and Healdsburg. I came here for the first time back in 2013 and loved it to much I knew I had to come back this year. We briefly met one of the owners Dawn at the event room and she quickly greeted us with a smile. The tastings were being held at the tasting room that night and she gave us directions and wished us a happy tasting. The ONLY reason Im giving them 4 stars is because we arrived at the tasting room that night at 6:15pm and were told they were closed and finishing their last tasting. I understand their tastings are intimate but we couldve ran through the wines in 15 minutes easy. Despite the minor issue we made it back around 4pm the next afternoon and had an amazing tasting with Tony and I ended up with yet another bottle of Ravish Melange (right bank Bordeaux replica.) If you like french style reds that are age worthy DO NOT skip Williamson Wines.

The best ever wine in all of sonoma and napa. I was so sold on it i got a wine club membership here. The australian owners, mr. williamson, himself and his wife run this shop and make their own wines. best part they come with food pairings and they narrate how the food and wine fit together in your mouth as you taste it. its quite an experience you wont forget.
