This was a great recommendation by a person in the visitors information center in Guerneville. We really loved the wines, and the woman who was doing the tasting for us was hilarious, while also being very informative. Highly recommend a stop here!

Great place, great people, and great wine!

I’ve been to moshin a couple times now and both have enjoyed my tastings there. Plenty of parking and no reservations required. There was one staff when we came but that’s all that was needed. She was very knowledgeable. Tastings were about $15 for about 5. We bought some wines for the road.

My wife and I have been going to Sonoma and Napa for years. After meeting a nice man making furniture out of their old barrels, I told him we would definitely visit the next time were in Russian River. Im so happy we did because not only did we find some amazing wines, but the people that work there are equally amazing. I would recommend Moshin to anyone who likes down to earth great wines and great people!

Ive had the honor to attend two wine making dinners featuring Moshin wines. Plus the grand opening of Autocamp wherein his wines were featured. The whites and reds are some of the best that Sonoma County can offer. But his BEST ever is Moshin Potion. If I were rich Id have that after every meal.

Their wine was good but to be completely honest the visit was ruined by the server. It was obvious that she was frustrated with her day and decided to take it out on us unfortunately.She did her job and all (served us the wine) but when we described what we tasted, she said what we tasted in the wine was wrong. This has never happened to me in 15 years of going to wineries. I understand if thats not what YOU taste, or even what MOST people taste. But people have their own opinions of wine and thats what makes wine tasting special. To say that what you taste is wrong is the same as telling someone youre wrong for not liking a wine. This made our visit very awkward and uncomfortable.Also, she made everyone in our group feel stupid. She talked to us as if we were children, and never gave us a chance to share our opinions (constantly interrupted us with her own facts).She also said that Paso Robles was a place where there are only old world blends and that she would never visit. I have family in Paso Robles and theyre the OPPOSITE of old world. All their wine is full of new world blends with Zin, Cabs, Pinos, and more. The fact that she said that discredited everything else she said.Lastly, my group wanted to say that EVERYONE ELSE was wonderful and super nice and accommodating. This one person just ruined everything for us. I understand that this one person was having a bad day. But as always, its really not okay to take it out on your customers.
