Weve stayed at Honor Mansion several times and look forward to returning. From the moment you arrive you are well taken care of and the attention to detail is amazing!! When I booked the reservation they asked for any dietary restrictions and everything they gave us was gluten free for my husband.....even the afternoon crackers and nighttime cookies. The breakfast both mornings was fabulous!! The grounds are lovely and there is so much to do without leaving the mansion. This would be a great place for a family reunion, a wedding or a romantic get a way. Everything is first class! My brother is opening a B and B in Marshall, CA and I told him he must go stay at Honor Mansion to see how it should be run!

This Inn is simply awesome! Luxurious, friendly staff, and remarkably non-pretentious...not inexpensive, but well worth it!Exquisitely apportioned rooms, always a tasty breakfast (try a mimosa!), and useful connections to area wine country destinations.

I really cannot say enough about how amazing Honor Mansion is. We had a truly spectacular time and I dont have a single negative thing to say. The staff here is truly top notch, and they made our stay really wonderful. The concierge service did most of the work in helping us to plan a wonderful week around Sonoma, and it wouldnt have been half as good without them. This place is worth every penny. Well definitely be repeat guests in the future!

Honor Mansion is a wonderful B&B in the heartland of California wine country. Really, all you need to do is make the reservation and they will guide you the rest of the way. They gave great advice about restaurants, wineries, and activities, often calling to make arrangements. Besides providing a great breakfast every morning, we also received daily freshly baked cookies and wine and appetizers each evening. They also have a tennis court, a basketball court, a putting green, a croquet ground and two boccie ball areas. We really did not need to leave, but if we did, the town was only a 10-minute walk away. I highly recommend staying at Honor Mansion.

We stayed two nights at the Honor Mansion. The breakfasts were delicious with many things to choose from. My wife and I had an AMAZINGLY enjoyable weekend from start to finish at the Honor Mansion. From the moment we arrived we were immediately treated like long lost friends. We were greeted with a smile and taken to our room where details to the history of the Honor Mansion were given to us with great pride. We looked out the back door to a beautiful patio with private spa. The flowers, trees, pool, and room dripped with an “attention to detail” that are rare these days. Fresh cookies and wine were waiting for us in the room. Though we don’t drink we sure did appreciate the gesture. Quiet setting and friendly staff. Fresh coffee delivered to our room each morning was a nice way to wake up. Breakfast was served in a pleasant room with views of the spacious yard and Koi pond. Kudos to the chef! I seriously think the Eggs Benedict was the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend the Honor Mansion with absolutely no reservations what so ever.

Delightfully cozy, quiet, and comfortable. Different breakfast menu daily, and the food was great. They are known at the area wineries for their delicious cookies. Service was great and our stay was very relaxing. Owner and concierge had great suggestions for places to stop in the area to make our excursions complete. Great location and walking distance to downtown Healdsburg and restaurants.

Judging by the other 700+ five star reviews, you already know this place is amazing. But let me just tell you that what truly makes this place heavenly is the wonderful people who work here. Everyone has a smile on their face and looks genuinely happy to see you.

This place was soo nice. We normally dont stay at bed and breakfasts, but we loved it and would 100% stay again. We stayed here for our engagementmoonand they had a bottle of wine and made a cake for us, which was in our room when we arrived. They were so friendly and helped us make reservations at wineries. They have really good breakfast with unlimited mimosas and also a wine/appetizer hour every afternoon, which was also nice. One of, if not the best part, was their backyard - so huge and peaceful, and opens up to a resort style pool, basketball, tennis, bocce ball, putting green, and crochet area where you can hang out. Lastly, the bed was super super comfortable.

Our anniversary is always special, but Honor Mansion helped make it memorable. The inn is set in a quiet area and its campus provides tranquility. Pretense does not exist here, quite the contrary. The facility exudes care and attention to detail while somehow making us feel like we are home. We almost never noticed the staff unless we needed assistance.If you haven’t yet planned your day out, Steve will offer as much or as little advice as you like while you enjoy breakfast. He employs a profound ability to know if you seem unsure what you want to do or are a veteran to the area. So, if you want a well maintained beautiful and peaceful place to stay supported by a staff that provides just what you need, stop looking… do yourself a favor and book the experience of Honor Mansion.

Nice and quite suite. Fun little wine service around 5pm We stayed in the little cottage. Cant wait to go back. You can walk to food and restaurants.

Nice hotel, well situated, very good breakfasts. Lovely rooms, all air conditioned, great outdoor space for breakfast, a pool (though didnt use it) and a staff and owners that sum to please. Perfect for a getaway to wine country. Highly recommend.

This place is heaven on earth! The service is phenomenal... My friends who stayed at other hotels came by and were extremely jealous!!!!!! Bocce ball courts were awesome! Suites are very nice!

First and foremost, the proprietors run a tight, polite, and beautifully maintained establishment. The staff is friendly and accommodating. So whats the rub? It seems weird to find low quality, foam pillows in an otherwise finely finished room. Also, neighboring door closing noises invade the peaceful environment far too often and at disruptive times.

My husband surprised me by taking me to the Honor Mansion. What a treat! We stayed in the Pool Suite, which had a lovely living room, spacious bedroom, and two private decks, one with our own hot tub. The staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We checked in quite late on Friday night and they left us a plate of appetizers and a bottle of wine from their happy hour. The grounds were immaculate! The pool was a little to chilly for me, but there were several places to lay out. And in the very back, there are so many fun activities to try, including golf, tennis, bocce ball, and croquet. The atmosphere here is mellow, quaint and relaxing. There is happy hour in the afternoons and a scrumptious breakfast every morning. For dinner, you can take an Uber to the downtown area and not worry about drinking and driving. Its the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life! I highly recommend the Honor Mansion for your next romantic vacation!

Visited for our 10th wedding anniversary and were blown away by everything this inn has to offer. The grounds are gorgeous, staff is top notch and owners could not be nicer. The attention to detail was amazing - delicious homemade biscotti next to the coffee, the beautiful afternoon spread and wine tasting on the patio, we even arrived to the most delicious little lemon poppyseed cake in our room for our anniversary. Concierge made us a last minute tasting reservation at Medlock Ames and we enjoyed a fabulous tasting and picnic on the grounds. Highly recommend! We loved our stay here and cannot wait until next time.

My boyfriend and I visited the Honor Mansion on a Sunday, for a quick getaway to Healdsburg (we live in Sonoma County). While we arent traditional B&B types with flowerly and overly feminine designs, we opened our minds up after reading all about the amazing experiences people have had at the Honor Mansion.Upon arrival at the Mansion we were greeted by Lupita, who is the manager of the property. She was extremely professional, extremely welcoming, and made our experience so special. The main Mansion is really lovely and had touches of traditional B&Bs (a parlor, a breakfast room, DVDs to borrow and a fireplace for chatting, rooms upstairs) with a modern, contemporary Victorian style.We stayed in Vineyard Suite #1, which is located in an annex near the main Mansion. The suite was exceptional. From the bedding (I think it was the most comfortable bed I have slept in and I travel for a living) to the bath tubs (TWO, count them TWO tubs - one a soaking tub inside and the other outside is a jacuzzi). A fireplace, big TV (we didnt even use!), wet bar (brandy anyone?), a beautiful huge shower that is big enough for a small family to live in, and a lovely, private back patio (again, jacuzzi tub).They anticipate every amenity and need you may have - and they do a great job at it.Wine was waiting for us in our room, but we instead enjoyed a glass of Dutcher Crossing offered at our welcome with Lupita. They also have appetizers in the evening in the Mansion.We walked downtown to Healdsburg for dinner at Valette, and took a cab back.Tea was delivered to our door in the morning with delicious homemade biscotti. After a relaxing wake up, we wandered to the Mansion for an exceptional breakfast. They have different specials each day - this day it was a Southwestern style omelette with cheddar biscuits (with a hint of jalapeno!). We also nibbled on fresh fruit and pastries. They can bring breakfast to your suite, but we loved the cozy breakfast nook and chatting with the friendly staff.Oh, and I forgot - MIMOSAS! They have the longest list I have ever seen of mimosas! We tried the mimosa of the month - pomegranate. It was high quality sparkling and the flavor was so great. You get two complimentary per guest, so enjoy.We walked the grounds and wished we had more time for bocce and warmer weather for the pool - pool side massage? Yes, please!We loved it so much we bought a gift certificate for my parents. Lets just say - if they dont use it, we will!An exceptional, romantic experience for fans of tradition and fans of the modern.

Awesome hotel with an awesome staff, my husband and I stayed at honor mansion on Trip weekend 2 2016, with comfortable, relaxing rooms, pitch-perfect amenities, and welcoming, gracious staff, nice food.

I called on Tuesday, spoke to a Manager named Josette. I was quoted the exact rate for the 3 night stay i requested including taxes. I called back the next day to confirm and was told by the receptionist there was a 4 night minimum and asked who i spoke to. I told her Josette. She replied oh, shes new and in training. I was transferred to a manager who apparently is Josette. She recalled the conversation but said she made a mistake and there was a 4 night minimum over the weekend. She was very argumentative and unhelpful. I asked for exception to the policy and she stated they were a small Inn and wouldnt accept the reservation. After telling Josette that all of my calls are recorded (I called from work), she stated i had nothing in writing and proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and when i asked to speak to the owner, she hung up on me again. The true test of a company is how they handle their mistakes. Based on my experience, i would never recommend. There are many gorgeous Inns in the area. I would avoid this one.Hello Steve, thank you for your response. I would be happy to retract my review upon listening to the recorded call. I too record all calls and I guarantee you dates were given and mistakes were made on your companys part. Ive been in the travel industry for over twenty years and Ive never experienced a more unprofessional individual than Josette. Why would I have called back after she told me she was hanging up on me? She was caught in an error and didnt want to live up to her mistake. I run an amazing business as I live up to my word as my reputation and credibility is all that I have.
