I love this theater. The staff is always so friendly, especially the guy that takes your tickets. Hes the best! We have had many great experiences watching movies here! I love that it is quiet and empty sometimes (depending when you go) but I hope that doesnt mean we will lose it like the rest of the mall. I know there are other theaters out there with restaurants and deluxe seating, but if you want an old fashion experience, nothing beats this theater!

Its was cool! It was clean and we went at 11 so everything was fresh n hot. Although there was hair in our food. The manager was very good n took care of it. He also gave tickets for another movie.....so that was cool.

I love this theater I have been there many many times. But recently the mall has been dying and it has cut the movie experience in half. We used to catch a show and then go eat in the mall. But now you pretty much just have to catch the show and then go elsewhere to eat. The theater itself is still very cool to go 2. The sound system is still very decent and they have IMAX. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The prices are still high but that seems to be a national trend and I imagine they will only go higher. But still cant beat the experience of watching certain movies on the big screen

Pretty nice movie theater. The lines are usually short and they have plenty of movies to choose from. Good seating options and nice options for food and snacks during the show. Nice location in a nice looking mall. While the mall may be dying off, the movie theater is still on its feet.

Im giving this theater 4 stars, though its not my favorite. Its hard to compete with theaters that have reclining seats and Smash Burger in them. But because of how Marcus theaters draws in customers on Tuesdays with $5 movies, this theater is my go to on Tuesdays or for newer movies. Maybe I cant pick my own seats but theirs arent uncomfortable like AMC West Olive. Their prices are even lowered on Tuesdays with half price popcorn to complete with Marcus. I think they do a great job and I hope they manage to stay open with the Mills closing down.

This is a great theatre, its unfortunate that the rest of the mall has basically closed.

The rest of the place is a ghost town but the theater is still great. Good popcorn and usually there are always seats available. Best place for people who want to watch most movies without a big crowd

Its a good cinema in my opinion. Its clean & safe. Lines are usually not long, its got comfortable seating, & the snack service is good. The employees are helpful & nice. Its pretty standard. Its the surrounding area is the downer. I remember when this cinema was surrounded by cool stores, activities, & life.

I loved this theater. Everyone there that I encountered was so nice and helpful. I only went to the out Mills Mall because they were there. It’s sad that they’re closed now.

Watch Black Panther the movie was really good great place to go watch movies and whatever form you want plenty of snacks clean restrooms all the amenities

Totally empty, approximately less than 20 people watching a movie with us. Very clean, staff polite good selection of snacks. But the location of the theater is on a rapid decline of a ghost town. Maybe less than 12 businesses still open appropriately.

This place is fantastic to see a film. I have been to this theater many times and have never had a unpleasant experience. Quick service jovial staff.

This is a beautifully designed theater location. Interiors are bright and visually interesting. When attending movies here the place is just not very busy. I guess that’s good for me, good choice of seats, not too crowded.

Very big and empty as far as customers at first showing. The mall seems dead but the theater is not bad. It’s a good place to watch movies.

I was creeped out by the fact there were only 2 people in the theater. The people were nice enough and I should have enjoyed the lack of people but the building smelt terrible and the lack of people was, as I said, creepy. Would not go back.

Cool always seat. Kinda older seats ,they dont recline but comfortable. Clean place. I have no complaints.

I didnt want to give it a 1. I could not believe how disgusting it was. They wouldnt let us go into the movie theater because they said they were cleaning They even came out with brooms. Finally they let us in. Popcorn buckets were everywhere. Popcorn was all over the floor. Cups were knocked over on the floor and left in the cup holders. Maybe 30 minutes into the movie, I felt my toe begin to itch. I took my sock off and noticed my toe was swollen. I didnt see what bit me but it hurt. I put my foot on the chair. Five minutes later, my other foot was bitten. I had both feet on the chair, the rest of the movie. Felt as if something was crawling on me. I will Never return to this theater again. I live in texas. Our facilities are always clean.

I really like that they offer free movie passes from time to time but they really need to get a tad bit more organized with this process. Im going to reach out to them and offer them my services because this is a great idea it just needs a little bit of work!

The mills isnt the teenager hangout it used to be. The theater is clean, inviting and usually fairly empty. I take my family to see all the new movies here because I know I wont have any problems getting the seats I want.

Decent experience but why are tickets $9+ during the work week in the morning? Also they didnt even have a senior discount. This place was virtually empty! Which is great for those who dont like crowds but horrible for business. If you usually have that many empty seats (there was 1 other person the show we were watching which mimic the whole theater) during the day jump on the band wagon and have special pricing for early work week shows. People would consider coming if the prices were cheaper.

Its a very nice movie theater it could be cleaned a little bit better than it has been. Very reasonable prices for movies

Great experience I went with my mom and stepdad to see no bobys a fool and it was very funny and the Nachos was delicious.

The mall its located inside of is absolutely desolate and so is the theater itself. Its a great place to go if you dont want to be crowded in a theater.

Initially had a bad experience, lights were not turned off during the movie. But the management responded quickly and handled the situation. Overall a good experience. Kudos to Management.

The theater was clean and staff was very friendly! Only have a few small gripes.. One being the seating. Although it was stadium seating, it was rather uncomfortable due to being seated almost straight up. And also the sound wasnt up to the standard most other theaters ive visited. Prices were about on par with therter prices though.

Growing up here was so much fun, this place is my Home Away From Home, excellent seating choices, the screen is slightly dim comparing to the new big screens, the snacks are great normal movie snacks, and the lines are always a breeze.

Nice theater, but like most the food prices are outrageous....I know its supposed to enhance the experience but the sound was So loud that I covered my ears a number of times just to get a break...the decibel level was almost painful...and Im a senior whos beginning to have hearing issues!Id hate to imagine what its like for someone with excellent hearing!

Went to see Detroit. The movie was good. The ticket ($9.90) was too high for an afternoon movie and the food is ridiculously priced. The movie was to start at 12:55, but it took an extra 15 minutes. The extra 15 minutes showed tv, Netflix, and new movie previews. YAWN! This is my second time at this movie theatre. The first time I spent $25 for a movie, popcorn, and soda. At the Chase Park Plaza Cinema (upscale hotel with theatre), movie ticket is $5 and $7-$10 for popcorn and soda with a free refill. I dont think Ill be back a Regal Cinema St. Louis Mills.

Staff was wonderful. Audience was terrible. Many unsupervised children ruined an 8 pm show. Not sure if well be back. Its terrible that the audience has to ruin the show for everyone else.

This theater in the mostly now abandoned mills mall is usually empty, meaning you can see big movies without large annoying crowds. However, the popcorn we tried once was gross, i wouldnt recommend the food. Also prices are high unless you have rewards or pass.

The place was empty maybe because it was during the night. Almost nobody in the parking lot or the theater. St. Louis is considered to be the 15th most dangerous city in the world right now, so that could have had something to do with it. It wasnt kept up very well there was popcorn and garbage on the floor. The good thing was that the movie did play well with no issues and the sound was good. Good enough for 3 stars.

THE LIGHTS IN IMAX THEATER IS HUGELY DISAPPOINTING, SMALL LED LIGHTS GUIDING THE PATHWAYS AND LIGHT EMISSION FROM THE SCREEN IS ENOUGH TO GUIDE ANYBODY THROUGH THE EXITS. DO NOT, REPEAT-- DO NOT HAVE TO KEEP THE WALL LIGHTS ON AND 4 CEILING LIGHTS DIMLY ON THROUGH OUT THE MOVIE, TALKED TO A SUPERVISOR KIND OF LOOKING GUY BUT WAS NOT HELPFUL. WENT TWO TIMES, 2ND TIME WAS LAST TIME, not going to this theater again. I MEAN ITS IMAX MOVIE, I EVEN SAW THE SIGN OUTSIDE FOR LETTING THE STAFF KNOW IF NOT THE 100% SATISFIED, WHICH I DID, ISSUE NOT SOLVED. VERY DUMB MISTAKE FOR CINEMA LIKE REGAL TO FALL INTO.another isSEATING is hugely disappointing, very stiff, no movement at all. you sit in same position through out the 2 hours of the movie. and overpriced looking at all this funny dumb stuff for a fancy looking cinema...go to watch AMC instead, way better.
