Love this place! The staff is amazing! Helpful when I called. Once there, Ronan was friendly & knowledgeable! Told him what I was looking for, he not only directed me to those products, but offered suggestions for me. I ended up buying what he suggested & love it. Great selection & prices. Highly recommend!

You have a white man in a mostly black community. He tells me they have a no purse policy. Im a woman who carries a purse. A small purse at that. So dont shop here. They want our money but want to immediately treat you like a criminal . No greeting with an hi or did you need help. It was you cant have your purse in here . Like I walked in looking like I had intentions to steal. My little purse that couldnt fit anything in it if I was a thief. Dont go to this place they are racist.

Customer service usually starts the moment you call up to the store... I called and was met by a very nice lady who answered the phone and my questions without judgment. She made me feel comfortable as soon as she began to answer my questions, I came right in to buy! Store was clean and very organized I had no problem finding what I needed and even saw some things I wanted too. Overall, customer service was great and Ill happily come back

Big ups to my guy Ronan the manager. He was very helpful and informative to everything I asked him and he recommended some great products that my wife and I tried this weekend. Lets just say my wife and I lit a different kind of fire this weekend!!!

I’m a very shy person so I was a bit nervous when I entered the store, but WOW! Victoria helped me find what I needed and wasn’t judgmental at all she definitely made me feel confident with my purchase and even gave me detailed opinions on the different selection of toys they had. I purchased the bunny kiss and I love it! I’ll be coming here more.

My boyfriend and I came in and what we thought was going to be an awkward experience turned out to be very comfortable and natural feeling buying experience. Immediately Zack welcomed us in, and made us feel like we were his friends. He was very charming, funny and most importantly patient with me ( I didn’t know what I wanted). He tested out all the products that I had in mind which ultimately helped make my decision.This has been the only store I seen that cleans the product after testing it, very professional in my opinion. Overall I can say that I will be back and I hope Zack is working then too!

I will not return I would rather spend my money where I can carry my OWN PERSONAL PROPERTY.... the employee was rude as heck and just my opinion this kind of things that will slow/ stop business!!!! INVEST IN CAMERAS IF YOUR WORRIED ABOUT SOMEONE STEALING

My gf and I went in here and at first we were a little shy but Chrissy made us feel very comfortable and helped us find exactly what we needed. Within minutes we felt very comfortable with her. Jessica was helpful in assisting us as well. Love this place and the service, we’ll be back for more!

Really nice variety of things.However, I didn’t have a good experience . I don’t know if it’s because the store is right off 8 mile, but I was being watched the whole time by employees, and it made it made me uncomfortable. Caught little rude comments from the sales clerk and cashier as well. Just a little FYI every black person doesn’t steal.

Went into the store and browsed for a minute. After I made my selection, I proceeded to the counter where, who come to find out, the VP of the company was arguing with and belittling the manager who was there. I asked if I could get some help and the manager immediately turned to me to help me, but the other man (again, the VP of the company) was still trying to argue. He also told me that I could take my business elsewhere. Other than this man being extremely unprofessional and rude, this store, and the manager, is awesome. It’s sad to see someone who is supposed to care about their customers be so nasty and even tell a customer to go to another place of business. That is not how a VP should be acting, no matter what the situation is. Highly reccomend a new person be put in place.

If your black you’re gonna get followed around, while I was leaving one of them said “I’m glad she didn’t steal it”. So I won’t be going back at all. Every black person doesn’t steal.

The staff at this location was extremely helpful and answered all the questions I had. I came into the store for the first time last week. Ive only been into Lovers Lane before and Ive got to say I was really surprised at the huge selection of toys, especially the ones up on display at the counter. The store was super clean too, really organized, and the guy working, Cam, was really helpful. I was going to go with a toy but he showed me something even better than what I was going to pick out. He took it out of the packaging and tested it for me and showed me the different settings etc. The second toy was a little more expensive but Ill say after using it... it was verrrry worth it. So thanks Cam and Ill be back with my receipt for a discount!

Ive driven by this place at least a half dozen times and never even knew that it was there, what the company was, etc. Both the name of the store and the buildings exterior is very nondescript, discrete, etc. Seeing as how Front Page is located on the border of Oakland/Wayne county, it might not appear to be in the safest of neighborhoods, but Ive been there a couple of times so far and Ive never had any problems. I like it because its quick and easy for me to get to. I pass the 8 Mile exit on a daily basis. Easy on, easy off.Walking into the store, the first things that I notice is how big it is, how bright it is inside, and how clean it is. The other thing that I notice is all of the toys. Without a doubt, Front Page has the largest selection of toys in all of metro Detroit!What impressed me the most about Front Page, though, is the people they have working for them. The Google reviews for Front Page seem to be one big lovefest for this dude named Cam, but honestly, he deserves it. The few times Ive been in the store, hes been there. Hes always been professional, super helpful, and very knowledgeable. He makes me feel OK enough to ask him some pretty dumb questions about some pretty awkward things... and he always answers them without the slightest judgement or tone in his voice. Dude is just happy to help!The only place where Front Page could use a little improvement is in their selection of lingerie/sexy fashion/bondage. Compared to Lovers Lane and Cirillas, Front Page doesnt have as good of a selection of things like costumes, wigs, sexy shoes, etc... And compared to Noir Leather, Front Page is lacking a little in their selection of bondage, leather, etc.
