I moved in with my boyfriend and child we are 19 and for a few months things went well until my boyfriend got hired on as a maintenance man and got fired three weeks after for a dumb reason because they hired too many people and after that we got a 200 dollar water bill because at EXACTLY 2 am 400 gallons of water was used.... Everyone in my house sleeps at that time when we tried to explain it to them they made us pay it anyways we are now experienceing the same thing except someone broke our water line and we have 760 dollars due and Ive called several times to get this resolved and no one will answer my calls these people are scam artist preying on those who dont know any better please be careful if you are looking into getting a home here

Place was terrible. Manegement Maria yelled at us when we tried to dispute a 300 dollar water bill. They said we probably had a leak. We checked and found nothing then we went to talk to them and asked them to come check they said they would and never did for over a month when the second 300 dollar bill came up they refused to check for leaks. So we decided to leave. We shut down the main water line only to find out the next month we had 150 dollar water bill again. Does that make sense to any one. we asked the city and they said all this bills were imposible but since we were out of state starting from scratch we didnt pursue further. This was a scheme to take money from us. Their scum bags ripping people off. Never go here unless your ready for high water bills. My family was herrasd for OUR water bill and even threatened. Worst manegemebt in my life.
