It needs to be vCleaned up and taken better care of,For the rent amount they charge! It once was a great cheap and friendly park but has gone down slot and they keep raising the rent & do no improvements!

The people are polite and nice and the property is well kept and very clean and looks like the best trailer park in Los Angeles South Bay!

Last chance before the Twilight Zone. One of the few Trailer courts left in Los Angeles. In fact I was brought home from Daniel Freeman Hospital to a tiny trailer near Randys Donuts in Inglewood. So Im not too proud to say, this is where Im from. Humble beginning to humble end. The adventure this nomadic life offered my parents and many more like them is experiencing an restoration. A freedom we cant buy and as we discovered here in America, you cant go back again.I have been dreaming of Glamper for years, at last I have my project trailer. 1972 Caveman 15 feet long 13 feet interior. I could not find anyplace to store it while I worked on the restoration. This 4 week project turned into six months of dispair. So I looked everywhere, high and low. Then I found Chets. The place where dreams come to die. If you could get a space there, Ill bet youd be living a #bladerunner style life. The smells, the sounds, the lack of air between trailer spaces feel more like cells than houses. Keep driving,its not worth selling your soul for a place to park your project trailer. No overnight no pull throughNo service.

Scared of some of the alleged # RedNecks distinct feeling of No Colored Persons allowed. Not a smile in the place. Dear God help us, this is the last stop before the #TwilightZone

The on-site manager is an A**hole!! My bf & I stayed with a friend for a lil while .. When he was taking a shower in the parks mens room, the manager purposely locked him in. Twice.

Its an eye sore. They should call it Chets camper dump and scrap yard.
