Great place to go and grab some food and drinks. They have an indoor golf course, arcade section and even a full clubbing venue. The workers there are super laid back and down to earth! They have parking in the back or you can try and find street parking. Otherwise there is valet .

No liquor license. This is a cool spot tho. My BF is obsessed with cars. He drives a GTR, and he still gets a thrill out of this place. You get to drink beers and drive...There are lots of engineers and mechanics in this area, aerospace, etc., and Im sure they appreciate the concept. Its a little hard to find - theres nothing around it. They have big screen TVs which are nice to watch the game. There has to be some way to attract the female crowd though, and serve liquor.

The place is amazing. I like this new concept of racing cars and dining. The service was extraordinary and food was great too. Great going guys will come again. Recommend this place. A+

Base 51 is an incredible experience. I have never written a google review for anything before but had such a great time that I had to give them a positive review.The racing simulator and racing rig is top notch. Super accurate and real yet adaptable. There were professional Indy, F4 and other professional race class drivers hanging out at the venue that I got to race against! How awesome is that?! The staff and service was phenomenal. The Director Of Operations personally came out to our table, greeted us and spoke with us. The food was amazing. The salmon entree was awesome and the clam chowder truffle fries are like nothing youve ever had. The pricing of the food was super reasonable. The driving experience and food could easily stand on their own but the combination of the two make for the ultimate experience. Next time Im in L.A, I will most definitely be coming back as the first and last thing I do. Well done Base 51 and thank you for such a great experience.

We werent sure what to expect with a sports bar that has race car simulations, but wow. The food is to die for and the wine list is extensive. This place would be great for anything. We had our two year old, so he enjoyed watching the race cars and we were beyond happy with the food. They have a small room for gatherings, so I will keep this in mind for work get togethers. The service was on point and very knowledgeable about the menu. This place is truly a hidden gem.

Lots of fun, races should be longer and you should have an opportunity to pic your track. Over all a fun day activity or a team building exercise

Thais is a really cool place. The simulators are really engaging and fun. But like most people I would like if each race was a little cheaper. $25 is high enough for me to only do one race each time I go. I didnt have food, but the drinks are priced pretty standard. You should go here with large groups to race and be competitive

They provide a world class racing simulation. The food is decent and drinks too. If you want to race like a pro this is a must go spot. Whether you get the BMW OR AUDI you will feel the force of a real lemans style race. Challenge your friends and loved ones. Choose between a full VR headset or a 3 screen extravaganza. The even offer automatic transmission for the less experienced drivers.

If you are into Motorsports, this is the place for you! Staff is amazing prices on food are fair, and the food quality is awesome! Lots to do here and watching Motorsport racing on their big screen is amazing! Plenty other TVs surrounding the eating area, so you’ll see everything with ease. I’ve been here twice in the last month and it’s well worth it! I WILL be visiting a few more times before moving out of the area. I wish I could rate it better than 5 stars because it’s that awesome!

If you are in to mitor racing this is yhe place fir you. It has 10 motorized seats for computerized race challenges that run every 20 mins. Food ia just OK but the beer choice is good. I was litterally their only customer while i was there and that surprised mass to be honest. I will re visit.

Had a great experience with the entire scene here. Didnt really mess around with the food and bar portion and just wanted to try out the Sim racing! The sign up process was simple and the service was great.As for the racing experience, the racing setup seems to be in a rather weird place between arcade and full simulation which came off a bit polarizing for the first couple laps. It was also a bit of a weird situation considering I first tried this setup on a rather complex track. I think the force feedback is a bit aggressive for a arcade/amateurish setup, But a bit laggy and jolty if you wanted a real world setup. As for the racing, I was very happy to have raced against a fairly competitive and professional group of strangers so I didnt experience people ramming and driving like lunatics.As far as pricing, I think its fair but i wish they offered better scheduling that allowed a slightly longer session before jumping all the way to the expensive race academy. The practice time wasnt long enough to get some good laps in and the race ended a bit too soon to mount a steady race. Also there arent any safe guards (penalties) in place to keep drivers from driving poorly if they choose. The track I tried allowed for huge margins to cut the track and gain massive amounts of time and there was nothing much to do other than go along with it to keep up. In any case I will definitely be trying it again to see if I can improve and to find other good racers to compete with!Thanks to the owners for offering something like this. Hopefully they stay a float for some time to come!

Base51 is an interesting concept for a VR arcade--it only focuses on racing, using motion chairs and intense force-feedback steering wheels. But, charging $30 for one 10-minute VR race is absurd. Especially​ considering a place like The VOID blows Base51 away for the same price.The experience isnt that great--it seems to be a PC running Assetto Corsa, a game you can play at home with an Oculus Rift. While other VR arcades give you a unique experience​ you can only try on site, Base51 features an off the shelf game running on high end equipment.Also, its a hardcore simulation, making it nearly unplayable for people just looking to have a fun racing experience with friends.The line management and reservation system seem​s to need some work as well. Its disorganized--they dont have a group onboarding​ while the others are getting out of the simulators etc. Its kind of a mess.Honestly, Id rather go to a Go Kart place.I will say, the food is really good! Although the combination of VR and food can be....volatile​...they really have some great eats here. Shame about the VR, though.(Oh and for $5 cheaper you can play the game flat, in a 3-screen cockpit)
