The neighborhood is definitely child friendly. The office and maintenance people are awesome. I havent really needed my trailer fixed but love that when I moved in its safe and mold free! Nobody really bothers you and its mostly quiet.

Our new home! Brea is amazing! From the moment we met her she was so friendly, outgoing, honest. She really cares about her tenants and making it safe and family friendly living!!

I visit Greenfield at least one to two times a month on business. The park is always well kept. The streets are in good repair. The manager is very friendly and helpful. If I lived in the area I would consider living there.

They dont like to fix anything! They keep tell you to wait or the maintenance man going to look at it and never shows up. I have mold in my bathroom floor by my shower and by my toilet and they have not came to fix it yet and I cannot even sleep in my room.

WOW, From there website you would think this place was a five star resort, NOT people please do not rent form this place way overpriced carp units and the manager was rude to myself and wife, Me and my wife heard from past residents with children this place dose not like kids. There dog park and play area for the kids was a JOKE. This place needs a SERIOUS update to become up to date. Like a POOL and a REAL basketball court and playground. People please take business elsewhere..

I use to lived there for a long time from 1988 to 2000 ! Its a good place to lived !

Its very quiet most people respect your privacy. A lot of nice people here well taken care of.

BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!!! They are thieves. When I was going to move from my home, I told them 2 weeks in advance that I was going to pay for the last month of my rent and then I was going to expect my DEPOSIT back (so as there policies said). The Manager in charge (Vicky) told me that I just have to clean out my home really well and then I would receive my FULL DEPOSIT. So I did as she asked, our family spent 1 whole day cleaning the home, (the place was spot less). We moved out to our new home and months have gone by. We were expecting our DEPOSIT back in the first 3 months (As their policy stated, It will only take 3 months to receive your DEPOSIT back). I called the people that were responsible for the returning of the DEPOSIT, and they tried to ignore my call for over a month. Today I have finally received a check in the mail that was for the DEPOSIT refund, and out of $675 I have ONLY RECEIVED $225. They ROBBED my money stating that the home wasnt cleaned (Maintenance fee). PLEASE BE CAREFUL!! These people are just a bunch of scammers.

Very clean well maintained homes and yards. Nicest park in this area.

Ive done work here and noticed how the place is kept up and was really impressed. The management ensures that the homes are in decent shape always.

Great, family friendly place. Backround checks done, lawn care, required to keep up appearence of your lot. Brea is an amazing property manager and does her best to have things fixed in a timely manner. One of the best trailer parks I ever lived in.
