Three Rivers looks awesome every time I see the property. It’s clean and maintained beautifully. They are constantly improving the property. The management is very friendly and easy to work with.

Nice place to live in peace

Park staff is very friendly, always willing to assist or give information if needed. Grounds are well kept, homes are spaced nicely. Parks are beautiful.

Alyssa in the office is THE BEST for a sales coordinator! While I had some problems with closing and dates being pushed back due to Covid-19 and other problems, she was right there in the thick of it with me. Even to the point of texting me updates after hours or on the weekends if something happened to change. She has had my back all through this process and made what could have been a horrid time with worry, bearable and while I didnt always like what she was having to tell me, I knew it was genuine and it was her keeping me in the loop on everything. Down to getting a set of stairs (temporary) so I could get in and see the house before the deck and stairs were done due to my disability and not being able to climb a ladder safely. Hopefully my closing will happen in the next week and I can say I will be a proud resident of the park.

All the trailer park was very clean very quiet updated no raggedy trailers there the people in the compounds were friendly and the maintenance was friendly I love being there

I been thinking of moving so Ive been going to mobile home parks to check them out and I have to say Three Rivers really does a awesome job on keeping up on the grounds and making sure their tentants keep up on mobile homes I was really impressed not only with park grounds but also with office staff they took time to show me around but also to explain things to me thank you and keep up the Good work

Very disappointed in management. Daughter was trying to move into park and was denied. Her credit is good and she is a great person trying to get back to town. She works for the state which has a very extensive background check and the park denied her for a background check... within hours. Makes no since. She works two jobs and is a decent human being. Thumbs down to this new management. Hurt mother.

Got pulled over. Revoked license. Pulled into the trailer park. Officer said because we were in the trailer park I was free to drive in there. Five stars.

Staff is fabulous!

New ownership (as of 2019) is a joke. I recommend living anywhere else, like a box would beat living under the insane rules the new management has put in. You cant have a pool or a trampoline, you cant have any trailers or recreational vehicles. The owners have also decided to raise the lot rent between 10-20% every year from now on! Oh and they havent improved any of the alleged amenities at all. Just a total joke. Very sad that the biggest (and only one of two) trailer parks in Hastings is now owned by a greedy corporation who cares only about profits.

Three Rivers is nice in some parts and not in other parts . They do provide garbage which is nice but you have to pay water. There are two parks on site but not in very nice condition . I like that its right off the bike path and management is nice . They are working on the roads

Has nice areas and not so nice. Neighbor has cars, rvs, boats all sorts of junk. parks in others spots. Area needs more parking for everyone, including visitors. .

Its one of the most kept up parks around. Try to keep it clean. Some trailers are getting pretty worn out.

New owners came in and raised our lot rent $70 a month

Was just visiting a friend, but giving an overall score of 3 stars due to lack of parking and the roads throughout trailer park need some work. Seemed like a quiet nice place to live otherwise.
