This park is beautifully maintained all the time! Each season has its own unique beauty here. Its a great place to walk and enjoy the beauty, and plenty of places to sit and relax. Definitely bring a camera! What I consider the main entrance, isnt open right now. The back parking lot by the pond house is open as well as along the road.

The park is beautiful! It’s a nice place to take a walk with your friends, and there are great trees to climb all over the place if you or your kids want something a bit more interesting. There is also a stage near the roses where performances regularly occur. I caught a jazz combo performing when I was there, and everyone loved the live music. Make sure you visit when the rose garden is in full bloom, though, because the flowers are absolutely breathtaking! Overall just a beautiful place to enjoy nature.

I absolutely love this park. It’s so beautiful. They take such good care of it. There are plenty of things to see. It’s perfect to walk around, relax or explore with your family or loved one. I highly recommend this park. I loved it and my nieces and nephew loved it too. There is a food court but it was closed when I was there. I wish it was open because it look so adorable. Anyway, go have a look and enjoy. I know you will love it too.

I went to Elizabeth Park Rose Garden later in the day at around 3pm.There was easy parking right outside of the park. Not being from this area I had never visited this park before. Looking at the pictures I did have a completely different vision of what the park would look like.In the google pictures you do see the center part of the park. That has a lot of green, the rose garden, and other small bundles of plants. But what I experience was not really knowing where anything in the pictures are was a bit confusing. If you follow the path you will get the center of the park where you see everything eventually but until then you cant help but think am I in the right place?. With that being said the walk on the path to the center of the park is really very beautiful, full of trees, little streams and other bushes.Once you do get to the center of the park it is as wonderful as the pictures you see. There are lots of people taking wedding, graduation & family pictures because of this. The center of the park also has a wonderful Café that is in front of a body of water that is full of ducks and swans. All a wonderful asset to this park. The entire walk takes about one hour and half is you are strolling and open to peaking around the whole park. All in all, great adventure.

Its always beautiful here in the rose gardens. This year especially! Its absolutely gorgeous. The roses are perfect. Some dont even look like they are real, theyre so perfect. I come here every year. Its so worth talking a ride here. They have a snack stand where you can get drinks, ice cream or a hot dog. Lots of places to sit and just take in the beauty. If you havent been here its totally worth stopping. Its free to get in and free to park.

The gardens of the roses were very nice..The walk was nice . But if you need a walker or cane please bring it. There are benches around but mother natures family had other ideas in mind . The only draw back was parking. We went when there was no parking in the park and the road was cut off so no cars VERY NICE ( hope it stays that way). If you need a day to get out and walk around a suggest this gem of a place.

Beautiful and extensive collection of a wide variety of roses both heritage and hybrids. Beautiful archways, gazebo, multicolored roses of every hue draw your attention each way you turn. Annuals, perennials, herbs, a bonsai display, a shady pond with lovely stone bridge. Refreshments are available. Plenty of seating on benches in the garden area and an open field is also available. Tours are offered. Pets are welcome as long as well behaved and picked up after! Parking is at a premium during the busy peak times and licenses from all over New England show what a wonderful destination this well cared for park is.
