Aside from the limited selection this theater does its best to make up for it in customer service. Its clean and comfy. Ive never had a problem with the staff or the ticket pickup.

Well its a movie theater and served its purpose I watched a movie and its clean so its good for me

Theater was clean. Movie was excellent quality. Only complaint was the service. Wasnt given anything that we purchased except popcorn until I asked for it

Has gotten much better than the last time I went to a movie here back in 2016. Tickets are cheaper too. Only thing kept from a 5 was the large drink I bought was just as much as the ticket but free refills.

Bought 4 tickets online quick and super easy for the 10 pm Avengers, they had a new time at 930 available that we were able to switch too, had a great time!! The popcorn was delicious! So are the pretzel bites, the only thing that would have made it better is a big Pepsi, instead of Coke products but hey it was still great. The staff were young, but they were friendly and welcoming.

Staff was very polite. But that is where it stops. First time being at this theater and the place was a mess... Gum literally everywhere, sticky floors, stains on the screen, and messy seats... I enjoyed my movie but I think that will be the only time I go to this establishment.. Good staff poor cleanliness!!

I love this theater, always get 5 dollar popcorn and the staff is great. AMC really likes to show 30 minutes of previews though, so you can be late to the movie and not miss anything.

Charged us for 3 movie and our snacks, then refused to give us a receipt and the third ticket, double charging for the third ticket. Did apologize for the inconvenience, but never actually apologized for the mistake, never took responsibility and never even offered a discount as an apology, as though double charging us was our fault. Took forever getting the popcorn and even longer with the prepackaged nachos. Even with the awful service was still able to enjoy a RETRO feeling of movie going with the small screens and the outdated seats. I got to experience for the first time what it must have been like to go to a theater in the 70s. The one saving grace was that I got to see the movie I wanted, I guess that is the one thing I can depend on for a theater. I did like the movie, but the theater really had nothing to do with that part. Thanks super creepy strip mall theater!

Such awesome, awesome service here! I went to watch Toy Story 4 and had my baby with me. She got upset because one of her favorite toys wasnt there (in all irony) and would not stop crying. I decided it would be best to leave before causing too much trouble for others and the manager offered me ticket passes to come back at a later date! I always get A+ service when Im there!

Has an old time feel. I like the fact it doesnt have the recliners in it. Could use some new carpet.

This is an AMC Classic Theater complex. Nothing fancy. Ive seen better theaters in towns smaller than this.

Called on the phone at 9 30 asked about the last showing of crawlWas told the last showing was at 10 15 but movie did not actually start until 10 30 was told we could come in on between those times to get our tickets.We had a whole family with us of 6!The theatre would have got a lot of money but instead as soon as we pulled up and parked we saw the 2 people that we’re working there peer over the counter and one slouched down while the other turned down the lights and started rapidly wiping down the counters...The one that turned down the lights and started cleaning everything busted her way to the door when we attempted to go in and stopped us and said SORRY WERE CLOSED even though another group of people literally went in there in the 5 minutes it took us to get up to the theater doors...When I asked her about what she told me on the phone, she simply looked down at her phone and lied and said the hours recently changed. I asked her within the half an hour I called and spoke to you?She again looked down at her phone and started rapidly texting and started complaining about her ride being late?????? And then she just shut the door in our face.She then went to the counter where the other person had ducked down, and showed them her phone. I think it was a guy but I couldn’t tell.Me and my family want some kind of service done about the way we were mistreated and lied to and shut out when other people were there and we were there exactly at 10 15 when she told us the movie started it’s previews!

First time seeing a movie at this location. The movie was good, the theater was ok. There was a rip/spot on the screen that was distracting. The seats were really uncomfortable and too close, no elbow room. The staff were too busy talking amongst themselves to care if they had customers walking through the door. The bathrooms were clean but theyre located in the very back of the building (not helpful when youre trying to make a quick bathroom run). All in all I give it a 3 because it could use some improvements (mostly staff morale and nicer seating) but it was clean, the previews werent half bad and the money was awesome!

Prices on drinks and snacks are expensive and the seats suck. I can overlook prices, but the chairs are way to small and narrow. Completely uncomfortable.

This place is in need of some remodeling!!! But the only place to go other then Branson to see movies.. the movie was decent. The chairs sit a little too low to the screen. Lower then the new theaters do but over all it was ok

Wonderful and friendly staff. The seats were extremely comfortable. The sound system amazing. The theaters and the bathroom were extremely clean. All in all, this was a great family fun trip.

My wife and I went in for a matinee showing. I was running late and frustrated by the long wait for only 2 people in front of me. But the staff was very friendly and cared for the customers who I could tell were regulars in the familiar way they talked to them. And, the trailers were very long so I didnt miss any of the movie. The restrooms were very clean. The popcorn was delicious and the price was awesome for a matinee.

In my opinion if you buy a large popcorn it should be filled for free but..no..I had to become a member to get that..

Cool theather! But went to see a movie and there were a couple of annoying teenagers talking VERY LOUD ALL THE TIME. I wish someone wouldve payed attention to that and kickes them out.

I love having having a theater so close, and the the changes that have been made since AMC took over. I would like to see new chairs that go along with being an AMC. I love the staff they are always so helpful.

This theater leaves something to be desired. It desperately needs renovations to be brought up to speed with the current AMC theater standards, and that is made clear in the cleanliness and condition of each screen room. I am a MoviePass member and resident of Harrison, which means I come here often. However, I still consider driving 45 minutes to go to a different theater every time I go. Some of the rooms have annoying speaker clicks (NOT fun when watching A Quiet Place), others have bits of curtain falling onto the screen and cutting off part of the movie.

It so needs an upgrade, AMC acquired Carmike but did no retrofitting, bummer

Small town theatre in desperate need of make over. The movie was great, popcorn was expensive. It was fresh popped though I recall they used to buy it prepopped and put in warmer.

Disappointed in the fact that the sign said $5 for popcorn and it ended up costing $15 because a drink. On top of that the movie screen was dirty.

Very clean, courteous service. The girl selling the tickets, quite friendly and informative about specials and courent specials. The volume in the theater was louder than I would like. Im sure for other movies the volume needs to be that loud.

Have been going to the movie here for years. When we attended last Friday night we ran into an issue. I didnt make much out of it, even though it was a rather big deal as far as watching the movie was concerned. Today, while filling out the survey on my receipt, I explained our issue. Within 15 minutes of writing the review, I received a call from the manager. I was pleasantly surprised at the quick response and how concerned he was to make things right. In this day and age of declining personal service, I was very pleased. Im glad to know that there are still people in management who still care, and go out of their way to insure people are happy.

Since they have become an AMC cinema, they are more accommodating with their movie schedules. The theaters are small but comfortable and clean. The bathroom is kept clean also.

We went to see Aquaman at this theater. Before it was bought by AMC and fixed up, we had stopped going there and gone to theaters in Branson instead. This was because it was dirty, the staff wasnt the best, and more than once there was actually no heat in the middle of the winter.Im glad we gave its new incarnation a try. We had a great experience. Not only was there heat in all the theaters (*gasp* lol), it was clean and the staff was great.

This theater is dirty always,and the showrooms smell like a wet dog. I also dont like the fact that the ticket line is also the vending line. I have sat in line well into a movie because of people buying all their food and drinks as they get tickets. I think someone with a little wealth could do nicely building a good theater. PS bathrooms are horrible.

I love how they don’t check tickets because it means I can sneak into R Movies with my friends!!! But you only talk to robots when calling the theater.

Small but cozy

I wish we had a better theater. On one occasion, I noticed ants in the candy display. A lot of them. I told the counter guy and he just said something along the lines of Oh. The food was really stale on this visit.On the other visit, we bought a regular ticket and the movie stopped about 5 minutes in. When it restarted it was in 3D. People complained and the workers would not give us 3D glasses. We had to go grab a bucket of glasses and pass them out. We were told that we had to watch the movie in 3D, even though we specifically paid for and wanted the 2D experience. 3D gives me and my child headaches. Nearly everyone in the room was angry. I thought the other patrons were going to riot. This was The Force Awakens on opening weekend.Ive been back since a couple of times, only because it was convenient. Much better to drive to Branson or Ozark, MO to watch movies.

Im very glad movie theaters still exist in this age of Netflix, cable, satellite, streaming, etc. Excellent staff at AMC classic Harrison. The only thing that can use improvement is a few repairs inside the building (hallways, restroom, etc).

This place was great except that it was very cold.

First time we went to see a movie they sold us the ticket for 7:30 show, we went in and the movie was almost over..... why didnt she tell us up front?!? Next movie started at 9:30.The time was listed wrong on websites!Then last night we went to see a movie, waited in line for tickets, we got up there and they had not received the movie. But did not post it or put signs up.... so many people left mad! Me included!!! I am done! We will go to Branson to see movies from now on!

Nearly 7.00 for a large drink. Concessions are more than tickets and they wonder why people try to sneak stuff in. I can buy a 24 pack for as much as they want for 1 drink. The seats are uncomfortable and needs to be updated to reflect the recliners they show in their own commercials about what makes AMC great. I am missing carmike. They did a summer program for children and this year we dont have it.

Theater and staff are good overall. This theater really needs to begin offering matinees on Friday afternoons. Town truly needs that rather than having to drive back and forth to Branson theaters.

I applaud AMCs efforts to revamp like the soda dispensers, awesome food options, but the building is so old and the seats are bad and uncomfortable. The arcade needs to be redone. I go here cuz its the closest and only one in Harrison.

Is a great place to watch movies use the AMC Rewards card that you sign up for you can get your popcorn movie for $20.79 and if you can get more you ask them how you earn more points while watching movies is a wonderful place to be free refills with rewards members card also same card

The movie kept cutting out, the seats were not comfortable. And the speakers were not loud enough, compared to other theaters. But the popcorn was on point, the staff was nice.

Awesome place for the family to watch the best movies America has to offer great snacks, and game room as well.

The lady that was working in the stand was quite rude... we were suppose to pay 61 dollars one of the guys took 70. I also asked for nachos with salsa and cheese but he just gave me salsa with no chips or cheese Am I suppose to eat it by itself. The snacks and drinks there are expensive... The theater we were in the screen wasnt big enough about the bottom about 1/8 of the movie was hanging off the screen... also needs a remodel

Love my hometown cinema....always good time there....only issue is sometimes they hang on to movies for too long and bypass bringing in other movies. At least twice i have had to go to Branson Meadows to see a show because Harrison did not bring it in.

They have a great sound system and amazing resolution on the screen.
