We rented the 5-1 inflatable this past weekend, and it was such a hit! A wonderful company, with great set up and take down personnel!

Very professional business owner. Rented the 5 in 1 bounce house for my daughters birthday party. They had a great time and some adults may have played in it as well.

We rented a giant waterslide for a July 4th party. The owner was very easy to work with and took the time to review pics of our property to make sure everything would fit. The waterslide was delivered on time and set up within 30 minutes. All of the safety precautions were clearly explained. Our crew consisted of school age kids, teens and adults. Everyone had a blast with the waterslide. It was in great condition.I will caution anyone with really young kids, this waterslide is super fast. Our two year old granddaughter was a little too young for it and was pretty scared. But everyone else absolutely loved it.The next morning the owners picked it back up and hauled it away within a short time. All round a very good experience and I would recommend Grand Slam Inflatables for your party needs.

We have rented from this company twice and have had great experiences both times. Brad and his wife are very professional and friendly. The inflatable was clean and in excellent shape. The kids (and a few adults) loved it! We will definitely use them again in the future.

Working with his company has been great! Brad has been quick to answer all questions and is very professional. They showed up on time to drop off and pick up and everyone was very nice. The inflatable was awesome...we got the grand slam for a summer kickoff party and it was great for all ages! We had a blast. Thank you for everything!!

After paying cash for my rental, it rained on the day of our party. Grand slam called and cancelled the rental. On Monday when I returned to get my refund, I was told that I could only have a store credit because of company policy. When I explained we already had the party his answer was use it next year. He then flat out told me he couldn’t refund me because they didn’t have the money. Pretty awful customer service from a small business owner.In reply to the owner....... My event went ahead as planned. The only thing canceled was the inflatable, by you. I still have the incoming call on my records. I used my credit because a friends daughter was having a birthday party so I donated my credit to the cause. Sometimes doing the right thing is more important than the all mighty dollar. But you seemed to sleep well keeping my $300 for doing nothing more than making an appointment so I don’t think you quite understand that. I applaud your attempt to throw dirt on my review, though.

We used Grand slam for my sons birthday party last year and will certainly use them again. They were friendly and prompt and the inflatables were in great condition

Very professional on the phone, showed up on time. Better than expected, will definitely use again and will recommend to friends wanting to rent a bounce, slide, or obstacle course.

Worst experience. First they took money out of my moms account without her even signing the contract. Then it was for a more expensive bounce house that we didnt want or sign for. 6 weeks in and still no refund for the difference. Its like a one man business and hes clearly over his head, and the number for the business must also be his personal number because he answers hello. No business name! The operator of the bounce house didnt even properly secure the bounce house and it started to deflate while the children were playing inside. First and last time Ill ever go through this business again.
