This is a great place for the kids to get their energy out. The facilities are always clean and they have ample staff watching the floor. Weve done a few birthday parties here as well and the kids love it.Id look around on their Facebook page or online for jump coupons. Theres usually a deal to be had so you dont have to pay full price.

Get Air is a pretty good trampoline park. I dont think it is as good as Sky Zone but the service was better. There was one really great worker there named Devin. He was really good at his job and enthusiastic. He was quick to help me with anything I needed, he made the whole experience much better. I hope they give him a pay raise for his great work!

Took my 8 year old son for his birthday. This place did NOT disappoint. They jumped for 2 hours! The ninja course was a huge favorite. The bathrooms were clean. The staff was young but friendly and respectful. They dont do season passes but they have a decent rewards program that will credit you just for connecting it to Facebook. Tight rope, basketball, stunt pit and dodgeball. Even my over 6 feet tall brother got into it.

This place is cool, but make sure you dont bring competitors socks! They will make you turn them in to buy their own. Pretty ridiculous rule and something they should reevaluate. If you are paying $25 for 2 hours, I think you can allow any trampoline socks to work. #sockfreedom. Also, both water fountains are broken.

Children had fun, however, since one was over 42 and one was under 42 they couldnt even jump together except in some very few small spots. That pretty much ruined it for them. Whats the fun of jumping by yourself? And trust me, they really enforced that rule, even if my children were not in anybodys way in either spot (large jump area or small jump area)

My family and I really enjoyed all the options of trampolines to jump on. The staff selling tickets was nice, but thats about it. The other staff didnt even do anything when a kid was standing right in front of them breaking a rule! I did have a good time, I just wish the staff cared and tried a bit more. If you are looking to take young children here they do have a toddler and young child area, and many, many fun things to do.

This place is very well kept. Its clean. Workers are very warm and professional. I found it a little expensive. My son really loved it.

Lots of fun. More geared toward older kids. Still fun, but the bigger you are, the better you bounce! A bit pricey. But worth the excitement.

This is a great place for kids and parents! The staff is awesome! They definitely keep an eye out on the jumpers and make sure everyone is safe... my kid hurt himself and one of the staff member made sure he was alright and give him an ice pack.Definitely coming back again.

Had a bday party here. The team was very helpful and involved as much as I wanted or needed them. The park was pretty empty which made it nice for us. Its a smaller arena but has a lot of obstacles perfect for my 9 year old wannabe ninja warrior!

Took my 3yo son, what a bad experience...Teenage referees on power trips that are incapable of using better judgement.I watch an older kid do multiple flips into a foam pit in front of giant DO NOT FLIP signs. Yet they hawk me for sitting on a tramp in a completely empty toddler area with my three year old in an attempt to help him feel confident.Our Monkey Joe socks arent good enough and have to buy theirs, and they charge $3 for a bottle of water from vending machine.Total money grab. Lesson learned.UPDATE; I bumped it one star because the manager was nice and said hed address issues with staff.Just concerning that a grown man and his 3yo doing about the least dangerous stuff possible (Son is already passive and intimidated as it is) is at the top of their radar, and NOT the larger kids doing absolutely dangerous things.In fact, my wife saw a grown man launch his son by jumping on same tramp while we were there.

Its pretty nice till it gets busy. Took the kids today and first 20 mins was nice until 2 bus loads of kids showed up and over took the place. Definitely not enough supervision. Kinda ruined the rest of the hr we had. Ill just dive a little further next time to sky zone. More trampolines there anyway

Family fun, very safe and nicely set up. Staff was friendly and focused on safety. Could have been cleaner in some areas. My kids had a blast jumping and competing with others on the obstacle course. Overall a great time for your family and kids!

Just moved here from Virginia I kids love sky zone but was told this is the closest thing to sky zone that is close by it was my son’s birthday and my sister came from out of town with my nieces and nephews they made fun of my son that is autistic he has a speech problem and the employees at this facility had the nerve to make fun of my son this facility is extremely heartless this is a child place for kids to come and have fun my son gets picked up enough from other kids he does not need to get picked on from adults as well it was very upsetting that my son came home and cried and I’m top of all that we are Greek And there was extremely racist they kept speaking to me in Spanish and when I told him that we are not Hispanic they continue to do so and start making fun of our skin color and was making smart remarks to fellow employees that we need to go back to whatever country we came from but we speak perfect English I would not recommend any family member or friend or even a stranger to come to this facility or bring their children unless they want to be exposed to racism in cruelty I said all the 20 minutes asked to speak to a manager they would not refund my money and told me there is no manager I really feel at this place should be sued or shut down and when I look at all the reviews the managers at this facility gets back to the positive reviews and does not even reply or respond to none of the negative reviews

We had a large group (about 75 kids and adults) here and it went really well. Had a good time, wasnt hard to get everything moving, forms and payment could be done ahead of time to save paperwork and time. Lots of different things to do and something for everyone, good time overall!

This place has trampolines and a ninja warrior course. However, they dont honor their own gift cards. I had a $20 get air gift card and wanted to redeem an online promo. However, the website wouldnt take the giftcard so I asked them to run it at the register. They refused. The manager jay and general manager brad could not work with me and I had to pay full price. Unbelievable.

Management is horrible Today I had the worst experience ever at the Harrisburg Union Deposit location. My son and another child bumped into each other. The other child cried my child apologized twice. The other child received a ice pack and they walked away. 5 minutes later my child ran up to me crying because someone yelled at him. I am trying to get the information and a woman who I later learned was the Assistant manager named Amanda says to me hes not in trouble... I said I know I am his mother and I am right here. She proceeds to tell hme he was running and jumping (at a trampoline park) and bumped another child.... Ok he apologized. Amanda proceeds to say I talked to both children. I am reply ok for what ? They were playing it was a accident. she says she always talks to children if a incident happens and he isnt in trouble but she seen him running twice... Needless to say it became a argument and I said it was over have a nice day. She then comes back and say its 411pm his color was called at 4pm. It was not called at all we were litterally counting down the seconds for it as we were ready. This miserable woman was looking for a argument and confrontation for no reason completely unprofessional and unnecessary behavior. I was not on my best behavior either but I also was not at work or looking for it.

Great fun for the whole family. Lots of seating for parents that arent jumping. Brought a group of kiddos 4-14 that had an awesome time. Not too crowded during the week (12 PM). Multiple jump guards that ensured the kids were safe.

Love get air. The staff is always nice and efficient. We love the Tuesday and Thursday toddler jump. Its perfect for our schedule and was extremely helpful to get the kids or of the house this winter.

Of the trampoline parks in the area this is one of the best. Lots of different activity options, dodgeball, basketball, foam pit, they even have a ninja warrior obstacle course setup. Great place to take the kids.

We liked the place. They gave us time to set up before we started and cleared out when we were done.The host was quick to respond but was quick to leave and had to find him when we needed assistant. The room was clean and the colors match our party theme. Its a place well come back to have family time.

We took a large group up to get air it was a blast, the manager came out and explained all the rules to the kids on the bus, we had an easy time checking in . It was not stressful like sky zone, this place we will return and we love the staff that was fun and helpful, thanks everyone at get air u made it fun for everyone in our group even the supervisors

Ive never had a bad experience here, they accommodate kids of all ages unlike Sky Zone where its mostly dodge ball which my kids are totally not into. At Get Air our group of very different ages were able to jump together and have a great time.

I wouldn’t even have rated this a full star but I had to in order to write the review. We came here on a Friday night for one of my son’s friend’s birthday. The music they were playing was so extremely loud we couldn’t take it! It hurt our ears and vibrated the ground because it was overly loud which was absolutely ridiculous for young children to be exposed to music that loud. When I asked the front desk employees if they could turn the music down, they looked at me and said “No”....and not in a nice way. We could not stay because it was overbearing, not to mention the rudeness of the employees! I don’t know if they play music every night but don’t ever come in the evening unless you love music that will burst your eardrums. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. They didn’t even try to accommodate us. Terrible customer service from sassy kids. I asked for a manager and was told his name was Brad but that he wasn’t in.

This place is expensive, but you dont even have to reserve hours before time, you can just walk in when ever you want. This place has 7 different things you can do and they never get boring. But before you can jump, you have to were the special get air socks, but they are only three dollars. You can purchase only two hours at first, but two hours seems to last forever. Having a birthday party here would be a great idea and the kids would love it, but you have to be careful, your kids could get severally hurt and they probably will.

We took our daughter and 2 of her friends and also decided to engage in the fun! We got the whistle blown at us 3 times within the first 10 minutes by a younger gentleman that continued to scratch his genitals and put his hand down his pants. Even with that being said we still had a fun time and got lost of exercise!

Every time I come to get air I have the best time of my life! Jumping into the foams pits is possibly my most favorite part of the place and Dan makes sure I always have a good time every time I come in on a Saturday night! Thank you so much get air!

Dodge ball was dangerous to have grown men & younger children all playing together. My daughter got hit in the head by an adult that whipped the ball as hard as possible. They should have 1 game for younger players and a game for older players to avoid the situation. The kid watching over the game was an idiot and was to busy talking to people to monitor the behavior.

While the staff can be a little strict, this place overall is great

Fun, unusual experience here. Lots of trampolines and fun to be had. Safety issues and squared areas kill the best fun of jumping together if you have a round trampoline at home (really the best, try it). Not much like it around here so its a must see

A great facility with great staff. Sadly during our visit one family could not follow the very simple rules. They immediately started calling staff racist, cursing and even spitting on the windows of the business. It’s ashame anyone would act like this in general but especially in front of young children. A big two thumbs up to the management and staff for the way they handled this unfortunate incident. It’s a facility like this and a great staff that brings us back! Highly recommended!!

My son loves this place and as far as the atmosphere its . It is clean and the children have staff watching for their safety. I also like that they are cautious about who is exiting and entering. It is unfortunate that youngsters who work the registers are extremely rude and vacant. We payed for only an hour and socks and found out after my son cut his band and put his shoes on it is by an hour get one free. It would ve helpful if the staff had informed us. It is the winter and my kid could of used the extra AIR time.

We went there to meet up with a friend. Her son was right at the line for the 46 height requirement. After a few employees and one manager checked his height, it was determined that he had to go to the smaller kids area. My daughter is taller and had to go to the bigger area, so she couldnt play with her friend. While trying to decide what to do, I called Sky Zone to see if they had any height requirements and separation. They said no, which was completely contradictory to Get Air telling us it was a PA mandate. Honestly, I do not think it is a PA law, rather, Get Air is trying to save money on liabilities, so they feed that line to consumers. If you are going there for a play date with the kiddos make sure they are all in the right height group. I will not be returning there. First. they were not very friendly. Second, they lied. Third, they lied. I dislike being lied to....

Get Air Harrisburg is way better than Skyzone has slack line ninja course foam pits that you get an instant replay. The Staff is very kind and goes out of their way to help the kids. This is a fun place for anyone to come and have fun. You wont find a trampoline park with harder working staff and new innovative activities like the get air in Harrisburg PA.

We usually go to Skyzone but tried Get Air based on a Groupon deal. It required us to use it M-Th, so our Mon evening might be different than other nights. It was clean and organized. The amount of staff reflected the low attendance of guests. My 9 y.o. enjoyed it more than Skyzone for the variety of jump areas and obstacles. I found the seating to be more comfortable. If Get Air was closer, wed probably come here more than Skyzone.

Very fun place and better than Sky Zone except youre not allowed to do doubles which is disappointing for some people
