Did yall know that you can take home a Pack A Pop bag full of hot buttery popcorn home? We love this at home. When we have a movie night, we swing by for the popcorn and other snacks. Highly recommend if yall want to have a family movie night.

Great family time..just that carpets need a bit extra cleaning..I have sensitive sense of smell and can smell the dirt in them. Other than that restrooms are always clean and friendly staff.

The service at the ticket counter was nice. The arcade was expensive as expected. They waited a long time to clean the theater and let us in to be seated. The seats however were very nice and comfortable.

Just to go buy popcorn to take home. Have not seen movies yet!

We have one of the best theaters in the Valley. It has been the best long before the other good theaters caught up. Now with their updated comfortable seating & reserved seating for all theaters, it is just the best theater for me to go to, so close to home. Great choices in food at their bistro bar; Starbucks, pizza, burgers, chicken, chili dogs, ice cream... plus all the usual favorites in the snack bar. Newly added beer also. :)

Great place to watch a movie. Snacks are very costly so you may want to eat before. Not very kind to wallets. Good to visit once in a while or so.

The movie theater is clean with comfortable seating and great surround sound. My ONLY complaint is the concession stand. The staff is REALLY slow and take a lot of time to fill out your order.

Prices are out of this world $5 for a bottle of water which is just insane. Was waiting for a order, didnt even remember i ordered an thought i already got it. Other than this i received great customer service every time

Love this theater. Im temporarily in a wheelchair and travel 30minutes for this theater as it is very accommodating from getting into the theater to seating in the auditoriums and separate bathrooms. There are concessions, a cafe for entrees ect.

Missing going to the movies,just got to go popcorn with my hot dog with a drink. Wife didnt wanted to go today will make another day

It could use modern seats. But I mean it just a regular cinemark. Nothing special.

The movie theatre itself is nice, however, the seating is very uncomfortable. The rows are too close to each other and you have no room to stretch your legs if you are of average height. This theatre should consider getting reclining seats.

Enjoyed a night out at Cinemark. Loved how I was treated with friendly smiles and polite employees. Very clean bathrooms, comfortable seats, and spacious sitting.

Its a movie theater, so of course there will be some interrupting people at times, long lines on a good day, and heavy orders from people that want a buffet while they watch a movie. But its still a good movie theater. Especially for down here. Reccomend taking groups of friends or family. Order seats online or on the app early to get good seats.

The movie theater is great, the only thing is that it gets pretty hot if there is a lot of people. Also the seats are not the most comfortable seats in the world.

Nice theater, comfortable seats, very clean with plenty of food & beverage options & friendly staff.

Assigned seating is ridiculous! 20 people in the entire theater and we were all jammed together in 3 rows! Very dissatisfied with this arrangement! Unless there is a sell out of all seats, it should be first come first serve. Awful decision and made our experience miserable.

Place is beautiful and clean. But what made me give it less stars was the cashier that attended to me did not smile and rolled her eyes for me asking a question regarding the cinemark app plus there are no reclining seats.

Ridiculous place. They wouldnt let my 18 year old son buy Rated R tickets for me and my family at the ticket counter because hes 18 and everyone had to show ID that he was coming with and when I asked where this was in writingthey could not even provide it to show me where it stated that for the public to see. ( This coming from a manager when I asked for that in writing looking all over the ticket board like she doesnt see it every day. Totally incompetent) They stated that they check IDs as everyone is going in the theater. Yet I go to the movies quite a bit yet NEVER have I seen anyone check IDs at the door. Im sorry can anyone say theyve seen this happen? Oh but wait I went to the same move on Sunday and clearly posted was a sign stating no one under the age of 6 is allowed in a Rated R movie and guess what a baby was crying its eyes out half of the dag movie please tell me where their ID checking person was??? Oh and the young teen kids that kept running in and out every 20 minutes..... ID person??? NOPE NO ID PERSON. I think if this facility is going to DENY access to a person and CLAIM TO DO A JOB they need to DO THAT JOB ACROSS THE BOARD.

This is the largest and nicest theater in Harlingen. The army of teenage workers does a good job of keeping the theaters and lobby clean. Two of the 16 individual theaters have enhanced visual and auditory effects. Recently, Cinemark has replaced several rows in each of the theaters with a different style of chair which are reserved. If you dont pay for these seats, you will be relegated to less desirable areas in the theater. Personally, I much prefer reseved seating for a popular showing. This keeps you from languishing in the cattle chute and mad rush into the theater. If its early in the year, ask for a refillable, take home drink and popcorn container. It will save you money if you visit more then a few times a year. These sell out quickly though. The parking is large but can fill up when theres a new release. I would not recommend the food other then the popcorn and snacks. The bathrooms are large and there is also two smaller family bathrooms. The air dryers in the bathrooms are laughable. Plan on drying your hands with napkins in the lobby. Most weekend evenings theres a Harlingen Police Officer moonlighting for security in the front of the theater. If you get cold easily, bring a sweater or a blanket. The theaters are kept very cool.

I went on Saturday to watch Rambo couldnt be happier with the service, I had a very pleasant experience with a worker named jorge he was very helpful and had no problem answering my questions the service here and movie theater here is top notch.

It was very nice how well management goes out of there way. Me and my wife witnessed one of the managers ensuring that the team that clean up after every show do just that. He was a very professional individual who instructed his team to fix the thing that they missed. Effort like that of the manager and his team are what make going to this establishment worth it. Keep up the good work. It is the little things that count..

I love the movie experience, but this place is so dang expensive. The snacks! I mean I know they need to make a profit, but its kind of ridiculous that you cant go with somebody to the movies and not drop at least fifty bucks.

Great location and parking lot is well lit for parking anywhere. Security is on the grounds but indoor only, all is good the staff is kind and courteous to the customers. Movie theater is clean but arrive early as possible to grab. a seat, not reserved in standard theaters screens.

I am still waiting on the lounge seating but they havent started the project. Its still too pricey for the drinks and popcorn. The staff are friendly however.

Okay the XD wasnt even loud at all and I literally felt no difference between a standard. The seats are okay but your gona get restless no matter what your sitting in. The concessions are okay but dont overpay for tickets unless your a seriohs movie goer but dont expect XD to blow you away.

Very nice and modern theater.

The theatre was filthy, the seat where my granddaughter sat had chocolate and her clothes got stained. We didnt notice it because it was dark. The cupholder had water. We did not have a good experience. We did complain to management, but she did not offer to refund the ticket or anything, just said she would talk to her staff.
