I’ve been a member for a year now and over all the place is nice. There are many courts for tennis and chances to learn how to play. The pool is always clean. I wish there was a spot to put in comments of little things needing fixed or ideas to change. The yoga, trx and biking classes happen a few times throughout the week but maybe a few on a Saturday would be nice to get more people on their days off work...Just a thought.

I am going on my second year here at the club and I absolutely love it. Not only is the gym great but they have great exercise classes with excellent teachers who really watch your form and care about your well-being. The pool is a blast and I love that you can order food from the Bistro. The staff have been nothing but kind and generous to everyone.

The social events are poorly planned and sparsely attended. Everything else is an up-sell. The exercise equipment is dated and poorly maintained. The staff is inattentive and focused on everything except members needs, apparently believing it is the beneficence of the clubs owner and not the members that keeps then club going. The pool, to be fair, is well kept, though the food at the adjacent clubhouse is resolutely terrible. Security is poor: The gates are never closed, and everyone in the neighborhood knows how to get it. The locker-room showers are tepid at best and on motion detectors. The lockers are smaller than you would find in the exercise room of a motel off a farm-to-market road. And if you move or are transferred they will keep charging you. All told, this is the type of place that relies on the (perceived) strength of their contracts to keep members. (My wife is a minister: We moved for her job and they expected us to pay until our contract ran out, then pay an exit fee AFTER we had paid an initiation fee to join.) Similar places -- and/or places that offer far greater amenities -- NEVER lock you in because they know how to keep you coming back and paying your bill with service and programming, Plus they NEVER alert you to tell you when your contract is being renewed to ensure that is what you want. This is a cut-rate exercise room -- the YMCA offers far superior benefits at a far less price. All in all, its poorly run, poorly equipped and under no circumstances should anyone do business with them.

The contract should have been a red flag. Legit places offer a refund or at least an opt out if youre not happy. This place is a run down joke, but still ripped me for a whole year of payments.

This place is awesome! The group exercise classes are great and the instructors are so accommodating. The facility itself is beautiful and it really has that private club feel. The gym is never packed (unlike traditional gyms) and I love not having to wait for machines. I 100% recommend Peloton Ridge to anyone who is looking for a place to really relax.

The adult and junior tennis programs are amazing! The coaches and the people/kids involved are great. There is no better way to beat the heat of Texas summers than the awesome saltwater pool! There are also regular social events year round, which are so much fun!

Volatile owner who cannot maintain relationships and is out of touch with membership. No fitness classes, gym is subpar at best and doesnt compensate for lack of swimming when pool is closed. No planned events in months. Owner has chewed up and spit out 4 managers in my 4 years at the club as well as telling members off the property while enjoying some of the few amenities the club offers during business hours. Management will charge you for whatever they like and then maybe sort it out later. Do not waste your money here.

The name country club is not accurate when describing Peloton Ridge. The gym area is dirty and crawling with bugs (summer months). They sweep up the bugs several times a day. Get an exterminator already! The pool is very small and has no one to monitor the members who just do as they please. For example: play their own stereos loudly, smoke, and let their children run around doing whatever they want! One lady was changing a baby’s poopy diaper right on the cabana cushion. Once the pool is closed all you have is a small dirty gym and some tennis courts. We had to pay $200 to cancel our membership early! Don’t waste your money on being a member. I’m sorry we did.

Monday night 27 March 2017 Greg the owner got into a personal argument with the tennis professional he had on staff and proceeded terminate him from the club not only in front of paying members but he made a huge scene in front of these members and then proceeded to kick them off of the courts they paid to have access to as well. Until this point there has been little to no real apology for his actions which shows that this club and its management do not care about us paying members and our happiness one bit. Were just another dime to them. The two pros that were coaching us are now gone and replaced with a man who cannot even pass the skills portion of the USTA tennis professional qualification course and they expect for us to continue to pay the same fee as before when we had 2 certified pros on hand. The courts are cracked everywhere the wind screens are torn theres zero tennis equipment for members to use when they go to the club. Not worth the money at all. Definitely do not enjoy being just another number to these people instead of made to feel like we are welcome and wanted members of this club.
