Hours arent ideal for those who work. Also they arent the easiest to get ahold of.Ive drive up twice at 6-630 and it was locked. Plus I call, no one answers, and no one calls back when a voicemail is left asking what your hours actually are.

Very clean and professional atmosphere!I got a full body massage from Julia not only did she point out areas that needed a lot of work she took her time and worked those areas.I definitely will be returning!While there I felt a calm that took me far away from the cares and stresses of life something I really needed. My body and mind were so refreshed and afterwards that I slept like a baby something that I havent done in ages.

Had a BAD experience. Used to get good massages here but not this time. Would NOT recommend massage from “Joycie”. She was unprofessional, made inappropriate comments, made it feel like a chiropractic visit rather than a relaxing massage and ended at 60 min when I paid for 90 min. I was not compensated because I was using a gift certificate so was told they could only credit my account. But I will NOT be returning. So my husbands gift of $115 was a total waste.

I went for a massage and hair cut. I was a little late as I am new to the area and they were very accommodating and professional.My massage was good, but I wish I had scheduled for an hour. My hair cut was enjoyable, a little shorter than I expected but it still looks nice. I recommend and found pricing comparable to other spas.I purchased the Cherry Almond shampoo and conditioner..love it, smells good and leaves hair soft and shiney!

This review is for the salon, not the exquisite Chungson. This salon has recently moved from its Heights Market location. Unfortunately, it left behind many of the perks that attracted me to the salon in the first place. The decor has taken an absolute nosedive. I felt like I was in a Walmart salon. It was terribly noisy with spray tans operating right by the salon chair. The wonderful greeting staff is gone. There was no hot teas, orange-flavored water, or any of the perks that made the salon experience feel luxurious. Well, except the price. That remains as high. The salon has stripped away all the little things that set itself apart in our area. And now, it is drab, dark, and depressing. I hope Chungson moves to a different salon, so that I can follow her there. This one only earns its stars from having her there.

We received a Couples Massage Gift Certificated from our neighbor’s a while back and we decided to use this on our anniversary. This was an Awesome!!!! experience and one of the best Massages that we have had in a long time. We were very impressed with the entire process and operation of service and we will be going back again.Prior to the massage I did the steam first while my wife waited for me.The steam is great and it helped me get set for the massage. We had a great masseuse and masseur that were awesome and knew what they were doing and applying the right pressure for us. This is a first-class operation and we will return. We would recommend to our family and friends. This is a very clean and safe facility.

My husband bought me three different gift certificates to this salon, and I am so happy he did because I have never experienced such comfortability, care, and genuine kindness from any other salon Ive been to prior to Ecoblu. Upon checking in, I was greeted immediately and asked if Id like anything to drink such as hot tea or water while I waited (fancy!!). Its also worth mentioning how wonderful it smells in the salon. My appointment with Lisa was at 6pm; I was seen at about 5:45, and the total shampoo, cut, and style took less than an hour! It could have taken longer for all I cared; the pampering was so amazing-- it took everything I had not to fall asleep. Lisa brought my pitiful hair completely back to life. I feel like a brand new woman with my new hair cut! I love it so much, and I cant wait to redeem my other certificates! Thank you Ecoblu Spa and Salon team.

My husband bought me a massage package as a gift and I absolutely loved it! Everyone is so nice, they offer hot tea or water while you wait or throughout your time there, use of a very comfortable robe, very relaxing music with natural and holistic oils. I have been there a few times for massage, facial, hair and pedicure services and I will continue to go when I can. All the ladies are wonderful regardless of the service you choose and you will leave pampered and refreshed.

I really enjoyed it here. They are very friendly and quite flexible with their appointment times. Managed to get a last minute change to my requested appointment and not only did they cut and style my hair in the way I requested, but they did it in a timely fashion, and at a very reasonable price for a salon! Also, their hair products smell amazing.

I would definitely travel 2-3hrs to see the best hairstylist- cheongsam. She caters to your wants and gives you idea what will look best on you.we always a creative consultation to which what color or cut to have in any season.i always feel pamper after every session.definitely worth the 2-3hrs drive to have my hair done

This Spa is amazing! I was given a gift for services and it was so great I booked a return visit. The service is so personalized from the time you walk through the door. Staff members are very friendly, upbeat and always smiling! They make your entire experience wonderful. This will be my new spot for Spa get aways. The massage and facial was top of the line. I first went here months ago. Im very picky about people doing my hair, so I couldnt find the right hair stylist to do my hair. So for almost eight years, Ive been doing my hair by myself (and Im the type of person who knows nothing abot hair stylist). And now Im happy that Ive found the right hair stylist. Thank you Jordan. Because it was my first time, I never knew her skills, so I showed her the picture of the style I wanted. I only wished that she didnt disappoint me. From my long, long hair to a very short pixel cut, all my worries flew away when I saw the result. She warmly accepted the fact that I couldnt speak English well and gave her best only using the picture I showed her. To anyone who wishes for an amazing pixel cut, I recommend Jordan. She would try her best to style your hair the way you wanted.

On a overall it was good,a little pricey for what you get,dirty bathrooms;so try and hold it while your there!

Lisa was awesome! I went in with about 20 inches too much of hair, and she cut it perfectly! She wrapped up the hair I was donating for me and suggested some really great products. This was such a peaceful, tranquil experience and she really treated me with care. Ill continue coming to EcoBlu for all my pampering needs.

My stylist is the best. She always knows what I want.

I got my haircut here and my hair was uneven on the sides. I asked the stylist to adjust it when I was there and she did and told me if it was still not right, I could return and they would fix it for free. My sides still were uneven two days later so I returned and they would not fix it on the spot. Instead, they scheduled me a complimentary appointment for the following day. This is far below the expertise or customer service I have experienced at other Aveda salons.

Received the Tulasara Facial and the blu balancing massage.After my facial my skin felt cleansed and refreshed. There was a little bit of pain when the tech was cleaning my pores around my nose afterwards the feel and look was worth it. I told the massage therapist about my lower back pain and I need to be stretch out, she hit all the targets. I will definitely go back :)

I was looking for a last minute SPA service and when I asked my husband to locate me one during my errands he came up with Ecoblue Spa & Salon, located in the Market Heights Shopping Center next to Razoos.The place is neat, well kept and a full service salon. My technician was very nice and I allowed a training aesthetician to watch and assist in order for her to practice. They were both great conversationalist which is great if you need distraction during a waxing treatment!My only issue was the that not all the hair was removed from the agreed upon places. I had to do some tweezing and some touch up hard wax at home, but I think that was due mostly to the wax used. I will be sharing with them the less painful and very effective hard wax beads that I use at home for my armpits and bikini touch ups. It works for my facial hair too and its ouchless!Dont let that dissuade you from using their services though! I love leaving reviews, but sometimes its best to form your own opinion just to make sure.

Lisa was wonderful. She was so welcoming and willing to share information about Harker Heights. She did a great job on the mess that I call my hair. The salon was very clean and relaxing. I already booked my next two appointments too!

Chungson has been doing my hair for a couple years now. She know my hair preferences without having to say anything. She works with precision and complete knowledge of what a high fashion haircut should look like every time. I love coming to her and always leave extremely happy with my hairstyle and cut!!!

I contacted this place concerning gift cards that was issued by this business before it became Ecoblu (prior name was Oasis Day Spa). I was still excited about it being a new place because I love going to spas.First, let me say that the staff and manager were rude, as well as, messages left for the owner to return my calls were never passed on.I understand that the gift cards were old but to simply blow off the effort or money spent was disappointing. The manager, Stacy, in no way was remorseful or willing to offer a decent solution (I would have been content to receive an invitation to come in, check out the new facilities, and receive a fair discount for the old gift cards)...instead I received an attitude and a begrudged offer for 10% off- which in spa terms is mere change, not enough for a tip.I guess in this day and age...its too much to expect good spa service in Killeen...and I will have to continue to drive to Austin or Round Rock in order to receive fair treatment, prices, and customer service.

I have been going to this salon since it opened. I have not had a bad experience in the salon or the spa. My favorite masseuse is Dana. She is excellent, and compassionate. I am not someone who makes hair appointments in advance, therefore I have had many haircuts from about 5 different stylists. Each one has been top notch.

My husband purchased a facial/massage gift card for me for christmas, I didnt realize that that there was an expiration date of a year on it. I just called to see if I could schedule a service and was informed that my gift card expired in December. The giftcard was $140.00, I had already used my facial so the balance was around $70. I asked the receptionist why didnt they call to let me know that my card was about to expire so I could use it instead of them pocketing the balance? Very upset and will not ever use them again. I understand that some places do attach expiration dates, but again they have all my information and they could of phoned me and I would of scheduled my appointment.

Its easy to get an appointment, I also love the quiet room. The staff is quick and wonderful. My massage was fantastic. My stylist did a great job with my cut and color. I cant say enough about them!

I was new in town and I needed to find someone that could cut my hair. The stylist took time to listen to what I wanted. They even let me use their computer to show her a picture of what I was looking for. She took everything I said and the picture and used her instincts to make my hair look great. I will be going back for my next cut and style.

I went to Ecoblu a week ago for the first time. I went specifically because I heard Jennifer G. is working there. She is a great hairstylist! I trust her completely with my hair. She always listens to me and my wants. She is patient with me when I am unsure of the style and gives helpful suggestions. She knows hair and what works best. Ive gone to Jennifer before at a different loca. She treated me like an old friend but did a wonderful job balancing that with my first time experience at Ecoblu. The other ladies at the salon were very friendly and sweet as well. The salon prices were stated on their website and I had viewed that ahead of time which helped when I went to pay for my hair cut. No surprises with the bill. I got 16 in. of my hair cut, and they offered to mail my donation off for me. I was also the last client of the night, but they did not rush me. In fact, I didnt even notice until I went to leave. I love that Jennifer took her time and allowed me to enjoy myself. She did a fantastic job, and I do recommend her to everyone. You get what you pay for, so pay a little extra for a great experience!

I have gone to many places to get my hair done around the area and even though they can be a little pricey I needed blonde highlights (heavy) and wanted it to look natural! Maria did just what I wanted and beyond! It looks like my natural color before I dyed it years ago and was trying so hard to get it back.

I went here to try to return to my natural hair color, which is dirty blonde, and the hairdresser did an excellent job. She asked me a ton of questions about my preferences and the end result was beautiful. I also have received a facial here and have gotten nothing but excellent service.

I received a deep tissue massage by Shana-it was awesome. I had minimal wait time (I only needed to fill out a few forms) and she was ready for me. The spa/salon was very nice. I will be returning!

Went in for a couples massage for our Anniversary. My massage from Antonio was the best!!! Unfortunately my husbands massage by Charity was the worst massage he has ever had. She asked him his trouble spots and she barely touched them. He said it was barely a massage. Sadly he left very unhappy. I gave it 3 stars- mine was five and his was zero so I rounded up..

Jennifer Gunderson @ Ecoblu salon did an amazing job on my hair. She has cut my hair twice now and Im super picky about who does my hair. I get a small massage and hot towel face wrap all four around $22 bux. Cant beat the price for what I get with her. She is funny, smart and very relational. I decided to send my wife to her.....Holy Cow my wifes hair came out sexier than I have every seen it after she gets it done. Jennifer is amazing at color corrections, color enhancements and hi lites and lo lites. Shes got us hooked for a very long time!

I have been here twice and have decided to make this my hair Salon. In order for this to happen the place must have the following characteristics:1. clean - - Really Clean. They are very Clean.2. Hip -- not out-dated and smell old. It smells good there like essential oils such as peppermint, ylang ylang, and lavender. They sell those products as well and there is a masseuse there -- whom I hear is excellent. Yes, yes, yes!3. Have good quality hair products for sale.That, they have, Iv used them.4. A front desk receptionist is well groomed, professional and speaks like their working for a stand-up reputable business that they are proud to be a part of. Very impressed, Eco Blue found some good representatives.5. The hair stylist should be intuitive to her client and use that as an asset. Some clients like answering questions and want exactly what they are looking for, some do not really care and would prefer to be plesantly surprised. I believe my my hair stylist has set the bar in this department. After moving so frequently I have had to jump around and experience all sorts of personalities and approaches to my hair. I was referred to this place by a friend and I got lucky with Megan Demarco. She is remarkable at coloring and highlighting; is devoted to keeping your hair healthy by not destroying it with harsh chemicals to get the job done faster. She will not cut too much off your hair. She is attentive, kind, down-to-earth, and professional.I almost forgot to mention that they massage your head with a eye an waking essential oil; I think it may be peppermint or lavender. The ONLY reason Im not giving the salon 1star is because everyone was friendly and nice that worked here. As far as my hair goes thats a different story. I normally pay around $115 for a trim and full set of highlights; here they charged me $175 for highlights that did NOT come out right. With my hair being dark I guess only certain professionals know how to do my hair because it HAS been done correctly multiple times at Hott Heads salon in NC. Im disappointed as Im new to the area and the ONLY reason I picked this salon was because of the high ratings. I could of saved a bunch of money by going anywhere else to receive the hair service I got. Instead of blonde highlights I have brown highlights. Which makes no sense because I even showed a picture of what my hair looked like in the past and explained that I wanted the same exact blonde highlights. I wont say my hair is terrible because its alright, however, Im disappointed as its NOT what I wanted AND it was overpriced!

Truth be told, if I could kidnap Jennifer G and take her home to be my hair slave without legal reprecussions I would do so in a heartbeat!!! Jennifer not only gives me a top notch cut and color every single visit, she also creates an atmosphere that is relaxed and comfortable. She listens to my painfully inadequate description of what I am wanting and somehow, with very little help from me, manages to give me the style I pictured in my head! Jennifer greets me with a smile every time I walk in and sends me out the door looking drastically better than how I entered! Ladies if thats not what you want from a visit to EcoBlu Spa than you might want to reconsider your expectations and go find a bowl and let a novice give you a bowl cut! Luckily for Jennifer G the law does frown upon attempted kidnapping so I will have to settle for coming back monthly for a fantastic cut and color! P.S. But seriously if you are down for the hair slave thing...let me know. ;)

I went on Monday to get a consultation bc I wanted to get my ombré redone and I needed a haircut badly! Well they recommend getting a haircut during your consultation. So I said what the heck. It needs it pretty bad anyways. I have long hair, yes it isnt the healthiest but she literally chopped so much off. And on top of that she made the all the layers look awful and not to mention my hair was extremely oily on top! Why would you let a client walk out the door knowing her hair looks greasy?! It was like I havent washed my hair in days!! I had to go home and wash my hair out bc I couldnt stand it. Thankfully I wasnt going anywhere after bc I would of been embarrassed. What makes me even more mad is it cost me $45 dollars!! I dont mind paying that for a really good haircut! But this was just terrible work! During the haircut I asked her how much my ombré will cost and she said $169 dollars! Like seriously?! I paid $100 back in Washington and she did an amazing job! I cant imagine paying $169! What makes me upset about that is not once she did tell me how much it would cost not even my haircut! If you were a good hairstylist you would make sure the client knows what you will be doing and how much it will cost. Ive heard this is a high end salon but I cant tell. She was a terrible stylist and I wouldnt recommend her to anyone! My hair stylist name was Jennifer. She was annoying and made snappy remarks. stay away from her and the salon!!

Once again it has been a wonderful experience, not only for the haircut with Lisa, but I also tried the eyebrow waxing. After finding this place I cant see myself ever going anywhere else.

After five hours the hair done was not the color that was expected plus eightfive dollars more than it should of been the staff just laughed it off
